This company sells defective headlights and will not give your money back. I have exchanged 5 set of Bronco headlights with the same issue. Since I took advantage of the trade in, I no longer have my original headlights. They will not give my original headlights and they stole $1357.50 and I dont have working headlights. Im taking them to small claims court since they ignore my emails promise to call me back and dont. They leave me with no choice. Ive swapped out 5 sets of headlights which is a lot of work and damage to my truck each time I do this. Buy Oracle headlights! Unfortunately Im out my money and headlights. Also I was pulled over because they were flickering. Unnecessary to be confronted by the police with headlights that are supposed to ****** certified.

Purchased a set of headlights for my 2021 **** Ranger a couple months back. Paid separately to have them installed, almost immediately the daytime runners and blinker stopped working. When I addressed it with the independently ran automotive shop, they mentioned that they have come across this issue with a lot of **** models. They advised me to speak to Morimoto to see if they have a fix. After a couple/few months, Morimoto didn't seem to be making any progress on finding a fix, however they acknowledged that this is a known issue but it was only effecting a SMALL amount of vehicles on the market..... (Seems interesting that its a "small issue" but yet a small mom/pop ran auto shop knew about it). Morimoto has since offered to send a replacement but also mentioned that with the small amount of people that have requested a replacement, they have continued to have the problem with the new set. Leaving the consumer out additional money for installation of the replacement set. The bottom line is that Morimoto knowingly had a faulty product on the market and failed to "take it off their shelves" until a solution has been made putting the consumer in ***** way.

Sold me tail lights for my truck, immediately they didn't work properly and they get water inside. Morimoto sent me another set that I had to pay $700 for that was to be refunded when they got the old lights back. New lights arrived broken, they are physically cracked. I emailed Morimoto and stated I just wanted to send both sets of lights back and now they are refusing to answer my emails and when I call they just put me on hold until I hang up. Morimoto owes me $1400 for the two sets of broken tail lights that they sold me that I can't use.

Wasted my time with their paid to trade program. It appears to be a farce. This was a waste of my time. I can not process this claim based on the proof you provided. My hi-beams don't work anymore. They used to work before but now they don't work even on the stock head lights. More details below They only sent one of the adapter needed. I left the front end disassembled and caught an Uber to and from work the next day. **************** was nice about it and over-nighted me the missing adapter. I wish I caught the gentleman's name because he was the only pleasant person I encountered over the phone.The day running lights do not work. After talking to a couple of their reps on the phone, (*********** was aggressive and insisted I installed the product wrong before assessing the situation) they decided to send out another fuse tap. I'll keep the taillights but the only reason I bought them was to match with the headlights.The fuse tap didnt work. I emailed ****** who had me wire the harness in a way that another customer had success with. One of the DRLs worked but the high beams stopped working. I found this interesting because everytime I spoke to someone in support the first thing they asked was are my high beams working-it's like they new they would eventually stop working. I used aligator clips on the stock headlights and they are fully functional. I tested the fuse box with a circut tester and the hi beam fuses are not lighting up the tester. I put in some new fuses and still nothing. Now I have to take it into the dealer to have them figure it out. Another notable fact is that some of the support associates recommended a refund because these problems are not uncommon. Characters are limited on BBB. I have a 2012 ****** Juke and I upgraded my headlights with plug and play LED 2Stroke 3.0 bulbs and I must say I'm very impressed with the lighting at night and my overall experience while driving at night. Will buy again once my morimoto LEDs go out.

My son bought a pair of headlights. for his 2013 F250, and they looked good good and were so **** bright, I had to buy a set for my 2016. I also bought two sets of fog lights and they are also really good. Installation was simple enough, and the lines and curves matched perfectly to the body. I was amazed once I ran them at night. I love the lights. NOW Lets work on equally awesome tail lights for the F250's out there so I can complete my lighting.Thanks for the quality.

Picked up a set of XB tail lights for my 2017 4runner and they are such a phenomenal product. As far as appearance they are perfect and the functionality of them is amazing. Simple plug n play design makes for a quicker and easier install. Their customer service was awesome as well, when I had one of my tail lights broken they worked with me to help me get a new single light replacement. Hands down one of the best companies Ive had the pleasure of doing business with, will definitely be purchasing more products from them.

Bought these lights for my truck and had to turn in the warranty on one of the bulbs within a few weeks. They had a replacement in the mail, I think, the same day I contacted them. Awesome product and awesome customer service.
