      Headlamps purchased were stated to have excellent UV Protection and higher quality than OEM standards. After 14 months the housing of the lamps have been fading. Upon discussion with the company their requiring me to either pay the full price for replacements which is $1,400+ then await a refund after inspection and replacement, or return the lamps and await the same but leaving me without a vehicle.Their warranty policy doesn't state either of those things needed to get a replacement as of May of 2024.

      Hello,I purchased a set of Tail lights for my F150. During the time they offered a purchase program to buy your old lights. I purchased the new tail lights based on the trade in amount listed to offset the cost of the new. After they received my old tail lights I get an email stating they are reacting my tail lights as the do not accept the LED version even though it was clearly an option to select. So, now I've been trying to get a response from them to rather send me back my old tail lights or atheist give me some kind of credit even as a store credit to make this right if they won't return the old set. I've made calls and even sent a reply email and haven't heard anything back. Based on the history of complaints here, they don't seem to respond to anyone, so I'm not holding my breath.       Lights. Purschaed 1st pair March 2023 from stickerfab For 1150. Got 600 for trade in a few weeks later. Sept 2023. Lights started to have issues. Called . Was told to wait till Oct due to lights having issues and was going to come from a new supplier. Order in Oct. Had to buy a pair of them then when old ones were received would get money refunded back. Put in Oct 29th a few days later, issues again. Called and since they have not issued the refund yet , kept it and sent another pair. Put in then in the 2nd week of Dec. 2023. Got the deposit back. Noticed 3 weeks later , issues again and called. Paid deposit for yet l another pair to be shipped and got them. Put them in Feb 20th. Sent defective ones back and got deposit back. 2 weeks later issues again. Emailed then and requested a pair of oem lights due to constant issues with them. Was then told in a email that they could not send originals cause the go to a 3rd party but they will refund my money back when I send them the defective lights back. Sent defective lights back but no refund to this day. They have a 5 yr warranty on them. Basically they made money off of me with getting another set of headlights from me. Been through 5 pairs total( 4 in 4 months plus the 1st pair). I have all emails and bank statements and receipts of everything.

      Purchased a set of 4qty ***************** and a set of 8qty RHB Bluetooth Rock Lights from 4WP. The white lights have functioned well, however the *** lights suddenly went out while I was driving and smoke started to come from the Bluetooth module that was under the rear seat. I had to race to disconnect it before it started a fire. The entire Bluetooth module was distorted and had melted. I contacted Morimoto customer service and ******* was absolutely unbothered and unconcerned. I had to ask him questions to engage any response. Again being entirely unbothered I asked him for a warranty replacement and he asked for my email and to respond when I got the emaol. That was it, no questions and entirely unconcerned about the incident or what happened. The module is not safe and based on the response from the company I do not feel safe with any of their products.

      I placed an order for the ** LED headlights and ** LED taillights for a **** F150 2014 on November 25, ************************************************************************************ when the order was ready to ship also stating most orders ship within 24 hours. After a couple of weeks I sent an email inquiring about the order status, no reply. I sent 12 more emails CRICKETS from the company. I called on December 27, 2023 I waited about 40 minutes a recording said a representative would return my call, no call made. I tried the live chat method only to be told they were experiencing computer problems but they would return my call, again no reply. Order#MM1052015

      MM******** I purchased 2 Xb taillights which when installed had a very poor fitment housing sunk into the body contacted morimoto via email and spoke to tech support via phone was told I'd receive a response back. I also purchased a third brake light and after a wash today both tail lights and third brake light all have condensation in them after all the money I spent with them this is absolutely poor customer service on top of the very expensive lights that now have condensation in them which will lead to failures.

      I have made several attempts to contact the company to inquire about a warranty. I have sent several emails as well as called multiple times. I have been unable to gain contact with the company regarding the products I have purchased and the warranty they state they provide. The items in questions were purchased directly from the company.

      Purchased morimoto headlight assembly 3/07/2022. These assembly were installed by an automotive shop near me charging 3.5 hrs labor @ ****** pr hour.On 5/14/2022 had my first headlight failure when *********** halo failed to completely light up. Morimoto sent replacement assembly and I was charged by installed automotive shop 1.5 hrs labor.On 6/27/22 and 8/23/2023 same problem with headlight assembly as started on above paragraph with the 1.5 hrs labor for each. On11/13/2023 Headlight assembly was leaking water internally and at this time I was done with product and wanted refund as I'm **** dollars in total labor with a product that keeps failing. There is a 5 year warranty on headlights but I can't continue to pay labor for installation. The shop that got the headlight assembly and did all installation contacted Morimoto in my behalf to get refund from Morimoto and was told no. I can't afford to do this anymore.       I purchased a new set of Morimoto XB Hybrid headlights for a 2020 **** F150 XLT. During the purchase it asked me if I wanted to trade-in my existing OEM headlights using Morimoto's Paid-to-Trade program. After selecting "yes" I enrolled in the program and shipped my OEM headlights to Morimoto as instructed. A few weeks later I received an email from Morimoto stating that my headlights did not have the required rubber headlight bulb covers on them and that the mounting tabs on the lights were broken. In actuality the rubber covers were inside a ziplock bag taped to the headlights in the box. Additionally, the mounting tabs were most certainly NOT broken. These were OEM headlights that were approximately two years old and in perfect condition. Morimoto did include pictures of the headlights to "prove" the condition, however I have no way to verify that the pictures are my actual lights. This would all be fine if the company had returned the headlights (even if broken and now missing parts) as I'd be able to file a claim with the shipping company. When I asked when I should expect the shipment back I was informed Morimoto DOES NOT return headlights in their Paid-to-Trade Program if they don't accept them. OEM **** F150 halogen headlights retail for over $1,000 - I don't expect this, I'm simply including this for reference of cost to demonstrate the significant value Morimoto essentially stole or, at best, threw in the trash. When I contacted Morimoto, I was advised when I clicked through their Paid-to-Trade web-based application, this is stated in their program "terms and conditions." I have no doubt this is true. I believe I likely have no consumer recourse due to this being buried in a long document. Buyer beware. I emailed and called Morimoto customer service to file a complaint and seek resolution - or at least increase their awareness of a poorly running/deceitful program. I was told they have no complaint point-of-contact or process. Unbelievable.

      Order a set of headlights for a 2006 dodge **** and installed them to find they shut off when going from high beam to low beam. They only way to get them to come back on is to turn off key switch completely and restarting truck. These headlights came with no installation instructions and nothing online. A complete safety issue. I have emailed them 4 times and called multiple times and been on hold for over 5 hours total. I have emailed and called another dealer to seek help and have advice with no luck.
