      If I could put no stars I would!! I asked for a two week extension to pay off in full due to my husband having a stroke and only having my income coming in and they said no!! 2 weeks really?!?! So they are making me pay the interest. I dont recommend them. They will not work with you. Worst company I ever had to deal with!! Sorry I went through them!!

      Greensky is notorious for misleading customers, misrepresenting terms, and deceitufl business practices and advertising. Please avoid this company at all costs.

      This is one of the most terrible companies ever to do business. There is so much front loaded interest it would be detrimental for anyone looking to improve their home. I made a early payment of 23k and they charged the full interest amount on the existing amount as well as another early payment that was made. This company will crush your credit score. RUN don't walk. customer service **** have no idea how to use a simple calculator to determine an interest payment and it is compound on the day not the month so it is never a set amount. as far as we are concerned this company can go **** on an exhaust pipe

      VERY dissatified and disappointed. I went in looking for help on remodeling my bathroom and ended up being fooled into paying more than I was expected considering that I was specific about my budget. The financial institute that is used "GreenSky" is not reliable by any means. I was told one thing during the consultation and saw something way different once the work was done and payment had begun. They completly fooled me and were not willing to help one bit when I called searching for help in adjusting. I am a first time homeowner and I can guarantee that it will be my first and last time renovating anything in my home with these people. I want absolute no part with anything ********* has to offer as to their project loans, will be canceling ********** project card as well. Now I have had to spend money that I didn't have and they still end up winning. 0 stars all the way. Will never recommend to anyone

      My house was damaged by catastrophic hurricane *** I had over $200,000 damage to my house. You have insurance to protect your house from storms like *** especially catastrophic. Part of my house that was significantly damaged was my front door, no roof, no pool cage it fell everywhere no fence garage door the list is extensive. I needed a door without waiting for the insurance company to release their ***** day grace ******* When I applied for greensky and I submitted the cost to the insurance company 8800 dollar hurricane door I was assured all would be taken care of well unfortunately my insurance company decided to deny after all the money spent repairing certain areas ( NOT all was repaired). I filed complaint with the governor, florida bar and *******************************. Greensky gave me a year to pay off until interest accrued the bill is now at ****** plus the out pocket monthly charges I was paying waiting for my insurance to settle instead it made it to the appeals court at which time they finally agreed to settle after two and a half years. I wouldve never anticipated that I would be denied coverage for a house that Im paying for to be covered in catastrophic situations like ***. I have spoken to many account specialists through the greensky organization and finally got to a lady who requested upper management to waive the interest that accumulated during my frivolous litigations actually one lady by the name of krissy actually stated that greensky likes to help out their loyal customers. My insurance company will only pay for the door at the price that I submitted which was ******* I wanted to pay for the promotional price tag for the door but upper management decided that I should pay for the ******. Ive struggled big time with the loss of my property and they are not a forgiving organization. I dont have the funds to continue, the offer was made to pay the promotional amount i will now have bad credit because of them

      I have a credit score well above 800. I have a six figure salary. I was declined for a loan for an HVAC unit with GreenSky AFTER I was conditionally approved when they found I was disabled and did not use voice telephones. They did not communicate with me via email at all. Instead, they told the **** vendor to have me re-apply after which they declined the loan again. This company blatantly discriminates against the disabled and should be shut down.

      Stay clear of this company. Even though payments were on time they did not cash checks and therefore charged us a late fee. Unable to reach them by phone or email we don't know what to do. They have us over a barrel. Beware of their scam company.

      BAD COSTOMER SERVICE, is not EASY to talk with them, ask many times the same questions and THEY ARE CHEATERS AND USURERS, THEY NEVER WANT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, NEVER, NEVER ASK FOR CREDIT WITH THEM

      Very shady company!! Sent a check to the Atlanta office in November and they didnt post it to my account. Called them and they said they didnt know where it was. Mailroom somewhere. My bank had to cancel the check. Paid it in full online and still showed a balance of $28.62 in December On the day I made the final payment of $28.62 12/19/24 They charged a finance charge of $103.15 12/19/24 When I sent a message asking why. I was told because the final payment posted on the same day as the finance charge. Thankfully I only had this loan for a short time because at the rate they were charging me Id have never paid it off.

      Very very shady business practices.I was approved for a loan thru Greensky, the bill came before work was even ********** interest for 18 months but every bill had interest added. Very deceptive practices. Luckily, we were able to go a different route before we borrowed the full ***************** Recovery recommends Greensky and my family has a different take on who they will call for foundation issues now.I will not support any business that recommends Greensky.
