    Received a diagnostic Mammogram on 8/22/23 - received an Explanation of Benefits from my medical insurer - ********** and Blue Shield - that my cost was $0.00.Starting in November 2023, I started receiving bills from Northside Radiology that I owed $372 from the procedure. There bill did not match what they had sent to the insurer.Called - was told it was a billing error and would be resolved - owed nothing.Got second bill in December, still showing incorrect amount due of $372 - called again, billing error would send to billing department for review.Received a notice dated February 5th from a ******************* *********************** - for the $372. Called Northside AGAIN - still same billing error - would send AGAIN to billing department for review - and would tell collection agency to stop action. This was confirmed by email on 2/13/24.Checked on 3/10/24, ***************** still shows amount due of $372.Called Northside Radiology, again they state it is being reviewed and would again send information to collection agency.Do not feel Northside Radiology is capable of fixing this error - need assistance

    I went into the hospital due to my water breaking at 35 weeks. Someone came around to do an ultrasound to check on the baby and make sure he was doing ok. Everything checked out and the ultrasound tech went on her way. Later on about 15 mins later the ultrasound tech came back stating she forgot to get the babys weight because they didnt tell her to and did another ultrasound. Now I am receiving a $460 bill from them for the second ultrasound as my insurance is not covering it since the second ultrasound was not medically necessary. I have been calling this business for months now and you can never get in touch with anyone who can look into it and I dont want a medical bill going into collection but I also shouldnt be responsible for something they forgot to do. How do I know this isnt just an attempt to get more money since no one will ever call back to get resolved. Terrible billing/business practice and I believe it is done intentionally.

    I am rejecting this response because: the first ultrasound was covered. The second ultrasound wasnt medically necessary therefore not covered as it was done because the ultrasound tech stated someone forgot to tell me to get the babys weight. I shouldnt be responsible because of what was forgotten on someone elses part. I came into the hospital under emergency circumstances therefore trusted things to be done correctly and appropriately.

    I am rejecting this response because: there were only two tests done while in the hospital both via ultrasound technology. What was the reason for this test to be done if the first ultrasound was done and then this other test was done? What is the difference between the two tests that were done?

    I had imaging done by Northside radiology in May 2023. In August I received my first bill, with no insurance payment showing. Within 2 weeks, I received another bill threatening collection action if not paid immediately. I was working with my insurance provider, however in good faith I made a payment. In September, I once again made a payment, and then received word from my insurance provider that the claim had been paid. I reached out to NRA and provided them with the information that insurance had paid. On 11/20/23, I received an email stating that the issue had been resolved and a refund, in the amount of $142.33 had been issued. On 12/14/23, I called the office to advise that I had not received the refund. After being put on hold many times, I was told that the refund had not been issued and that I need to allow for an additional 4-6 weeks. When I demanded to speak with someone, I was told no one was available. I was then told the check had been issued and to allow **** business days for receipt. I emailed back to **************** on 12/29/23 asking for update. Received email 1/2/24 stating refund issued on what appears to be 10-28-23 and if I did not feel this resolved my issue I could submit a new request. Seriously? How many times do I need to say, I do not have a refund. This is ridiculous. While you are on hold, waiting to speak with someone, you keep being asked if you need to make a payment. They are all about getting their money, but sure don't want to send you yours. TERRIBLE business practice. The doctors may be A+, but billing is definitely an F---

    This office keeps sending me bills for a routine mammogram despite the fact that I dont owe a balance. Confirmed with BCBS two months ago and also by phone with Northside billing office but I do not want this going to collections. Billing office said it was coded incorrectly.This is crazy.     I already spoke to your billing office in whatever country it is located and the young lady said it would take 45 days to resolve. But I want written confirmation now that I will not be put into collections for an amount I never owed to begin with!

    I had an mri done and payment was set up autopay. I only owed $729.00 they took $399.50 to much. Been calling for months and they keep saying in progress for a review. I paid them promptly. I need my overpayment back to cover other medical bills.

    On May 24, 2023, I had an MRI with Northside Hospital (Riverstone).I self-paid a flat rate of $655.00. I was told my insurance would not be billed that the flat rate covered all expenses. I was told and have been told several time since that the flat rate was paid and that I owe nothing additional, including radiology interpretation.Radiology Associates billed my insurance and sent me a bill for $211.62. On 7/31, per Radiology Associates, I emailed my flat rate pay receipt of $655.00, showing my proof of payment for all services to: [email protected] said that it would take ***** days to resolve. On September 28, I received a bill from ************************ (a debt collector) I spoke with Northside Radiology again, on September 29 and they said that the flat rate included radiology and that my insurance should not have been billed. I am not sure what kind of scam this is but I self-paid 100% of the flat rate fee and Radiology Associates billed by insurance company anyway and then turned me over to collections.I paid 100% and nothing addiitonal is owed on my end.

    Northside radiology associates, is a bill collector for ***********************, I overpaid them, then they advised me my medical insurance overpaid as well. I have been calling for over two months for my refund of ******, they continue to tell me they are going to escalate the situation and expedite the refund and the last time called on August 18, 2023, still no one see the release of the refund which make me feel they are scamming, I am simply trying to get my refund and report their horrible business practices and horrible customer service.

    I am writing regarding a CAT scan that was completed on 2/28/2023 at Northside/************* Imaging in *************, ** *****. I was told that I needed to pay $1,046.51 for this scan. I paid the full amount the day of the visit. I asked if there were any other associated fees for this scan. I was informed this was the only fee and I should not receive any other bill for this scan (please refer back the recordings).i have not received any written prior notice for any additional charges. I just received a bill for $17.99 from Northside Radiology Associated (*******, **.) I am very concerned that this ***be one of other bills that *** come after I was told that there would not be any. I would like the $17.99 removed from my account and any other amounts that *** come. Like I said I was told that since I paid the $1,046.51 on the day of the visit I would not have to worry about any other fees so e can settle without further litigation. Please adjust my account and notify me accordingly.

    Northside Radiology is non-responsive and fails to resolve a billing issue after months of inquiries by patient. They fail to acknowledge that they received negotiated payment $646.65 (full billed amount $1437) from my insurance on 11/14/2022, for which my coinsurance is set at $71.85. As of 2/18/2023, Northside Radiology still has not sent me an updated bill. Throughout this ordeal, they have repeatedly tried to bill me for $1437.Full background: On 10/25/2022, I had an MRI at Northside *****************. My insurance completed processing, and paid the claim, on 11/14/2022. Electronic inquiries: I first submitted a copy of my EOB via customer service ticket #****** on **/**/2022. No response. On 1/20/2023, I submitted a second customer service ticket #******, which was closed on 2/6/2023 with no resolve. It was noted as a duplicate. On 2/18/2023, ticket #****** (from 12/21/1022) was closed with no explanation as to the resolution.Numerous phone inquiries: I have called billing at ************, numerous times to no avail. Called on 12/21/2022 and told account would be updated and within 2-3 weeks and I'd receive updated bill. I received a bill dated 1/11/2023, not updated. Called 1/19/2023, told it was "escalated" and that I will receive an updated bill within 2-3 weeks. Instead, I began receiving bills for the full billed amount of $1407. They did not acknowledge they already filed with my insurance and was paid by my insurance in November of 2022. Called 1/20/2023, told it's "still under review". Told "escalations" take 3-4 weeks. Somehow escalations take longer than the regular inquiries which are quoted at 2-3 weeks. I was told to disregard the due date of 2/10/2023. Called on 1/30/2023, I was told it is in pending status as of 1/26/2023. Again, told I'd receive an updated statement. I still have not, it is now 2/18/2023. Additionally, I was instructed on 1/30/2023 to speak to billing supervisor *************************. I left a message and never heard back.

    I received service on 11/17/2021 and had a balance due of $21.69. I paid on 1/4/22. Attached is copy of cashed check. Today, 2/17/2023 I was notified that Northside Radiology did not post this payment to my account, claims I have a balance due of $21.69 and sent my account to collections. I want the monies credited to my account, proof of same and confirmation the credit agency has been closed. I also want proof that their error did not negatively affect my credit score.
