1 starThink of timeshare sales tactics. That's Virtual Imaging. They prefer to work couples, rather than individuals, knowing that if one of them is scared into wanting the overpriced 'membership" Virtual Imaging offers, the other loving spouse will give in. Also, they have minimum salary requirements. They want to make sure you can afford the long term overpriced membership that they require you use their Care Credit financing. Afterall, that's why you're there - give them oodles of money for services you'll probably never bothering to use. And don't tell them you need a day or two to discuss it. Oh no, the deal they're offering has limited openings for membership. You don't want to miss out. It could be over tomorrow!!!They don't want to waste their time pushing sales on younger people who can't afford it or don't yet have health concerns. They prefer 'mature' couples. Greater odds of never having a chance to get your full 10 years of overpriced membership ******************* will not cover their overpriced membership fee or single visit scans.Beyond a cursory glance, my primary care physician and specialists don't have much use for the data provided by Virtual Imaging. They prefer to refer us to the healthcare professionals and radiology teams associated with actual hospitals and clinics.Virtual Imaging is about selling. Their sales people are good at what they do. As empathetic as they appear, I doubt they care one bit about their customers unless they can open up their wallets and purses. In my opinion, they target vulnerable prospects they can sink their hooks into with a product that has minimal value. In our experience, we're better off with the care and diagnosis we receive from our regular doctors (and are covered by insurance). We feel ripped off by the sharks at Virtual Imaging. Would I ever recommend Virtual Imaging? That's a hard 'NO'.Review fromBrian O

5 starsRecently went in for a free heart scan. There is a presentation of the process and how the scan works compare to other hospitals, etc. There were packages that were offered for full body scans or other system as well as pricing. I felt no pressure at all and became well informed of how calcium scores and artery blockage works. I was so impressed by the person I worked with that I did decide to buy the full scan package. At first I was worried about finding out something I didn't want to know but then realized I was going to worry anyway and might as well be proactive! I must say I am glad I did. I found out I have an umbilical hernia and it explained the occasional belly button pain I have been suffering from. Listen, for people who want your free heart scan, I felt no pressure to buy at all and could have received it no questions asked. Having the option to do more and know more may come with a price but I was able to choose an affordable option. I was able to talk with the Director and he was very kind, courteous and personable through this process and I got my docter reviewed and analyzed results in the timely fashion communicated.Review fromCatherine J

5 starsI highly recommend Virtual Imaging. The staff is great and they put me at ease during my 1st appt. I was nervous because what if I wasn't healthy? I ended up getting both a coronary artery and a full body scan. Turns out I'm fine, but my husband isn't. They found the beginning staging of liver cancer. Thank God it was caught early. My husband had absolutely no symptoms! He followed up with a specialist and he's now cancer free. We now go to Virtual Imaging every year to make sure his cancer stays in remission and neither of us gets clogged arteries.Review fromValerie S

5 starsI recently had the pleasure of joining Virtual Imaging, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! It exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The negative reviews are misleading. The company is a concierge imaging service, and the maximum benefit comes from routine monitoring. My results, thankfully, showed that my heart is in excellent condition, and I want to keep it that way! Heart disease runs in my family, and I wish to be on Earth for as long as I can. The knowledge of the staff is exceptional, and the quality of the imaging is next-gen. I have recommended this company to all of my friends and family and will continue to do so. It is life-saving technology, and I walked away EMPOWERED! Thank you, Virtual Imaging, for providing such a wonderful service!Review fromKathi V

2 starsI responded to a radio ad for free heart scan. Was given a high pressure sales pitch, uses scare tactics, takes 2 hrs and I ended up signing a once a yr memership for full body scan for 7 yrs/$260 a month. Was given lots of pages to initialize. Unfortunately, I went along with it. Then I got my care credit statement that says if u don't pay your whole bill off in 24 months, your billed ****% interest. I would like to settle this issue by canceling my membership program and just paying for the full body scan. I was not smart in signing everything as I was told. I tried calling the owner..never got a call back. I am very disappointed regarding the whole thing. Beware of this company!Review fromGarry S

Tried multiple times to reach them about a scan, finally got a response that had to meet superfluous requirements befor they could schedule me, 1. Verify I make more than $75,000/year. 2. only see me if I make my spouse attend and buy package and be between certain age group. When I responded my wife wasnt interested and I could pay their fees never received a response - guess if they cant sell 2 packages then no need to take my money. However, after seeing their business tactics and lack of customer service, they did me a favor as I will not be using any business that employs such low brow schemes.Virtual Imaging, Inc.

Mr. ******** we, at Virtual Imaging, go to great lengths to not only meet our customer's expectations, but to exceed them. Therefore, reading about your experience tells me we still have work to do. After scanning over ******* people here in the greater Atlanta area and receiving only a handful of less than perfect reviews, we are sure that our company is one of the highest rated in customer satisfaction. I am fortunate enough to speak with multiple individuals each day who absolutely love Virtual Imaging and what we do. We have thousands of passionate customers whose lives have either been greatly enhanced or even saved by doing one of our scans. We also have hundreds of customers that scan with us and do not wish to participate in one of our promotions. They simply call in and book an appointment. It is only if you want to participate in one of our varying promotions that you may have some minimum requirements, but you are in no way obligated to do so. I am always happy to speak with you personally to help resolve any misunderstandings that have been created and to help you get a life saving scan.Kind Regards,--*******************Review fromR. 1 starDo NOT go here under any circumstance. They use fear and high pressure sales to get you to sign a contract for thousands of dollars. Once you sign it you have to pay hundreds to get your tests read. The thousands covers your tests, and the hundreds covers the reading of your tests by crooked radiologists.WSB takes advertising dollars from them and should be ashamed. ***************************** and *********************** of all people endorse these scammers.Virtual Imaging requires a spouse to come with you because they use fear to make one spouse convince the other by the worthless contract. Once they have your money, they treat you like dirt. I know because that took $4,000 of my money.
