1 starHi Amerisave , Its a shame your going to argue with me over $200. I'm a Disabled person who wasn't disclosed on the ridiculous amount to pay back on a $60,000 loan , $205,000. I will start a complaint on BBB , write my reviews on each website I can. There was ********** done for me . It's the principle , you can't take advantage of people . AmeriSave offered me excellent service. The people I worked with was ***** ****** who is a top notch loan officer, was very Knowlegable and knew all her loan products like the back of her hand. She was able to figure out, the best option that benefits me after speaking to her in 5 minutes, and Yes I mean 5 minutes, in comparison to working with Rocket Mortgage, ***************, and Shieldhomeloans that same week, the biggest waste of time was shieldhomeloans, until the Loan officer disappeared on me. Anyways Going back to ***** ****** she was caring, very respectful and she puts clients needs first, ***** made this process so much easy, and whatever she said, turned out true. My next person I worked with Was **** **** the lead Loan Processor. **** kept in touch with me all the way. He is so organized and always 2 steps ahead of the Underwriter. He explained the process to me so easily, and was very honest of the timeline of completing the Loan, in which other companies can't even compare to ****** Expertise. On a few days when **** was out of the Office, his Colleague ***** Ngan ** another Lead Loan Processor, she was just as amazing as ****, kept in contact with me on a daily basis and very Knowledgable. This team is amazing, I have 30 years of experience with Loans and these guys are amazing. I have never dealt with such amazing people Like ****** ***** and *****. They are a biggest Assets to Amerisave and they should all get a raise. And from this point on ******** is my one stop shop for all my loan needs. Again thanks a million to ****** ***** and *****. Hope to work with you again.

Somehow they got my number and have been calling me 3-6 times a day, spoofing a different number each time. I would consider why they do this deceptive stuff before doing business with them.Amerisave Mortgage Corporation
