      We hired Bulldog Movers in January to pack the contents of our rental and store in their warehouse until our home was ready in March. We have a baby and we needed to move quickly so we hired Bulldog Movers to pack all the contents of the rental. We purchased full replacement insurance for the move. In March when they brought the items, a television arrived cracked, they damaged the mantle in our brand new home splintering the wood and chipping the paint. The following day the second television that was below the damaged mantel stopped working. They did agree to replace the tv that had arrived cracked and not the other. And lastly, a brand new in-box Hermes watch band that had never been used or worn became missing. They denied the request to replace it and stated client packed and they closed the case. No one has responded to my email requesting to appeal or further explanation. A terrible experience going through a vulnerable time moving.

      I contracted with Bulldog Movers for service on Tuesday 5/31/2022. At our final destination the moving team had nothing in mind but to leave as fast as possible at a minimum of customer service. I regret being 'persuaded' by the team leader to give the 4 movers $40 each as a tip for doing a good job (additional $160). In the afternoon of the move I called ***** (the so-appointed move coordinator per text message) as well as the cell phone of the moving crew lead (*******) regarding a missing leg off of a ShopVac, I never got a response from either. By the weekend I realized that a suitcase was missing that was filled with my athletic shoes. On the following Monday 6/6/22, I sent an e-mail to the salesperson (*********************). He replied 'I am sorry to hear this' and copied his response to a generic e-mail ******************************** On Tuesday 6/7/22 I was called by ***************************** (Claims and ***************** which started a ****** period of non-resolution voicemail responses. During that period, on 6/15/22, I sent a detailed claim totaling $1,114.93. On 8/23/22 I called and spoke with ************************************* who flatly denied my claim and basically called me a liar. All of this is in spite of me having paid in advance for 'Full Value Protection to cover loss and/or damages' at REPACEMENT VALUE. There is much more information I can share but not enough room here to be complete.

      Bulldog Movers initiated a thorough trace for the items listed as missing. In Addition to our search we spoke with our lead personnel on the move and he stated that nothing was left on his truck. in our search, no luggage were found in our warehouse. The missing luggage did not return to our warehouse. We must, therefore, conclude that all items, which came into our possession were delivered. Based on the information presented, we find we are unable to offer compensation.

      We had Bulldog Movers come and give us an estimate to move the contents of our home 6.5 miles fr5om ************** to ****** *******. We were happy with the quote, PURCHASED the ZERO deductible Insurance as we knew they would be moving 3 large screen 4K HDTV's. We packed one in a TV packing carton from *********** this included, foam corners, tv wrap and a heavy duty cardboard carton. Were had them package the newest (3mo old) in the ORIGINAL ******* 75" box, the 3rd we paid for boxing. The one that we paid for the boxing wasn't "boxed" at all. It had 2 cardboard boxes wrapped over it, had a blanket wrapped around it then I'm was wrapped in shrink wrap.Well needless to say when we went to plug ins all the TV's before we mounted them ALL 3 displays were CRACKED!!!!!Q ALL WORKED PERFECTLY BEFORE THE MOVE.It has now been 2 weeks, we provided pictures of the TV's the model numbers, serial numbers and we were told they would be replaced ********** forward 1 week, we were now told that (2) of the TV's would have to be picked up and evaluated, serial numbers confirmed only THEN would replacement be considered ( We are told we are SOL for the one we packed) We have been met with nothing but resistance in order to get our 3 TV's replaced that were destroyed by the movers. As a Sidenote we signed a contract with BULLDOG MOVERS yet the truck that showed up to move our home was from BUCKHEAD MOVERS!
