    I must say that communication & updates about my vehicle has gone well with ******. My vehicle (2020 Grand Cherokee) has been in the shop for over a month which I can admit has been a hassle, but ******************************* has helped out a lot. I just want my vehicle fixed properly.

    ****************** is horrible. They will have your car for weeks and not communicate with you. Chrysler will not authorize a rental until you have a diagnosis and you will not get one. You will have to wait until your car with the car note that keeps you from Ubering anyplace is done. When they are good and gosh darn ready. Express Lube is way better. Not having your car that you are struggling to pay for in Metro Atlanta is terrible. Not as terrible as this monument to horrible customer "service"

    Landmark Dodge repar department is a 0 star. I took my Dodge Challenger for warranty replacement of tire and they refused to honor the warranty. In order to get the work performed I had to pay ******. They still did not do all the work entailed. I am having to file claims and complaints with other agencies which has caused me time, all because of this business refusal to be professional.

    As a selling Dealership we do Honor any Mopar Warranty. However, there is no promise or guarantee by the warranty provider that a claim will be approved. Any warranty claim must be submitted to them for approval during their normal business hours. No dealership can file a warranty claim to a warranty provider if the warranty provider is closed. If we can not verify a claim will be approved or paid. The only thing that we could do is wait until the following Cooperate business day to file a claim on a client's behalf, or the client can pay for the repair and be reimbursed by the warranty provider. Which involves calling the warranty provider and opening a claim, then submitting a copy of the invoice that was given at time of purchase to be reimbursed. We were requested to get the vehicle back on the road for safe travel to *******. We also found while removing the old tire that the tire pressure sensor was broken off in the wheel, in which we had no tire pressure sensor in stock to replace the broken sensor. Unfortunately, we can not provide what we do not have to give.

    Horrible rude unprofessional service experience. Took over two weeks to get my car back which would have been fine had I had received even 0% of communication expected. I called service office multiple times over the 2 weeks to see what they found wrong with my car and if they had any idea on when it would be done and did not get 1 single call back except once with FALSE information. I had to get the service manager involved who was friendly however when I showed up to pick up car 1) I ended up waiting 4 hours because my car engine light came on when I was about to pull away and 2) they installed a belt wrong on my car which took additional time to fix. Hands down worst service experience I have had in a very long time and I will not be going back to this location.

    I understand there were only two service reps working, but that is no excuse for the terrible customer service I received. ******************************* kept saying they had other customers to tend to as if I wasn't a customer as well. I was not greeted when I arrived for my appointment, I had to call to get updates on my vehicle FIVE times because ****** NEVER called me to update me on my vehicle. I had to leave my car on a Wednesday and was told I could pick it up on Thursday only for them to get to it late Thursday so I had to pick up Saturday instead. I was not provided a loaner, I was not given a thorough explanation on what was going on with my vehicle besides the battery, I was given the keys to find my own vehicle in the lot upon pick up instead of having someone bring it around. I definitely would not be returning to this location to have my car serviced.

    Im here to say that Landmark customer communication skills is at a 3rd grade level. My car has been sitting at the dealership for 2 going on 3 months. My car was sent to the dealership to get a reprogramming of my ECU and also a spare key. I was contacting the service department but they didnt answer the phone, and when they did it was always We will give you a call back. Ive been waiting for that call back for 3 weeks today. I never received any calls emails or anything back about MY vehicle. Even today NO ANSWER. I have no transportation and at risk for eviction due to lack of transportation. I NEED my vehicle TODAY well see Thursday when im able to go to location
