  On September 22nd I paid by a check dollars **** as a half of payment to finish a shower and tile it with floor and toilet. I made a deal with a lady named ******* and her husband for her husband to do the job. They started on 22nd by sending someone to make a demo on the shower who doesn't speak English or know what he is doing. He made a crack in the siding of the house and hit a pipe and made it leak. The husband who was called ****** came on the same day evening and fix the leak. on the 23rd , they sent another man who made a shortage in the electricity and caused for all the light bulb to burn , he cut the cement boards on the carpet and did not clean after himself. on the 24th , they sent a man who doesn't speak English at all and he started to work doing a very bad job so we called ****** telling him and he said he is coming tomorrow. He came on the 24th and he redid all the work the other man's did . He said he is going to replace all the materials that the other man messed up , liner and 3 Durock panels. After he was done for the day, my husband and I had a talk with him that we made the deal with him and he is the one who supposed to come and he said he is the only one who is going to come starting from 25th and the shower job is going to take 7 days only! after the 25th nobody has shown up even after I told them they broke something in the toilet and it is leaking. They said they are going to send someone . They did not sent anyone. They do not answer the phone calls . nothing at all. They are scammers, they do not want to return the money or complete the work with the man who we made the deal with. ******* said she doesn't give a **** for reporting her to *********************** and take her to court. so , I am reporting them now and I am trying to save other people from using those people. I have proofs of everything I mentioned .

  ************************* hi this statement is absolutely false and I would like to talk to someone regarding this issue we did the work she asked and she would not let worker work at her property and I have message to prove it she is rude and disrespectful

  I am rejecting this response because:
  

  I made the contract for professional workers to work in my property. And when we were making the deal , I asked her if her husband is going to work and they said yes. She did not do anything yet in my contract. and I have massages from her stating she is taking so long to send someone because she doesn't want anyone to mess something in the house again and I have a message from her husband stating that he is not going to send the bad guy again to the house and he will be coming or his brother. Also, She is saying I am rude and disrespectful after she I told her they are not professional telling me people are coming and they do not show up and I be just waiting for hours for them missing work. I also have those messages printed out. By law, she is required to give me the money back since the work wasn't done as planned. She is trying to keep the money and not finishing the work.
