    I received an invalid gift code for a purchase I made that was no longer available . I tried using the gift code sent to me and continuously get a message saying this code is invalid. I would like a valid gift code or a full refund.

    I purchased clothing from the business on. August 31st. In September after waiting a few weeks, I went to the website to track the order to find that it was no longer there. I sent messages to the business on two different social media networks and there was no response. October 4th, I received an email that their website was hacked and they were trying to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Someone reached out on Instagram and asked for my email address. I sent it and received no further communication. Once the website was back up, I sent two messages to customer support with no response. At this point I just want a refund. This is not my first time having these types of issues, but I tried to order from them again because they claimed to have fixed the issues they had before with order fulfillment.

    Transaction Date:9/10/24 Cost of item:$69.99 Order#***** The nature of this complaint is in regards to merchant stating on website that the item shipped on 9/12. I was provided a tracking# however whenever I clicked on the provided link to *** that site states the merchandise hasnt been received from the merchant. Ive tried reaching out numerous times via email for a refund and or the merchandise. And to no avail a response has yet to be received. Businesses such as this shouldnt be able to steal consumers ahard earned money..

    I placed an order on July 10th, and despite waiting over a month and receiving multiple assurances that my Chocolate Reign Skirt Set would ship in July, it was delayed to August. By mid-August, after following up again, I was informed of a supplier issue, and my order was canceled, with a refund promised.Since then, I've been waiting for my refund. On August 21st, ****** canceled the initial refund due to non-receipt of funds from Gritty Souls bank. I requested the refund again and was told it would be processed within 24 hours. Yet on September 12th, ****** canceled the refund once more for the same reason. Despite several attempts to resolve this, I have yet to receive my money, and now my emails are being ignored.This company is deceptive and refuses to issue refunds that are rightfully owed to customers.

    I placed an order in October of 2023. It was supposed to ship October 27th but did not. I waited and waited. Eventually half of my order was delivered on November 17th but no word on when the other half would arrive. On November 30th they sent an email apologizing for the delay and saying that the item was still available so I could choose a refund or choose to continue to wait and the item would be shipped in 7-10 business days. I chose to wait however the item never shipped. On 12/12 I received another email talking about supplier issues. Eventually I contacted the company and requested a refund. My first email went unanswered but then on February 5th they responded and said that a refund had been issued. It is now March 15th and I still havent received a refund or credit to my account. I did email them again to find out how and exactly when I could expect the refund however they did not answer. I just want my merchandise or my money back.

    Hello, I ordered from Gritty Soul on Nov 05, 2023 and only received part of my order. I have contacted them several times either through their website or through email but have not received any correspondence. At this time I would like a refund for the items I never received. Emails are attached of the order, partial shipment, delivered items, and my emails to them.

    I purchased two items from Gritty Soul website on 11/26/2023. I received my package on 12/07/2023, checked out the items and wasnt satisfied. I emailed Gritty Soul Company multiple times regarding my purchased items. Gritty Soul Company ignored my emails. I am trying to return the items for store credit. Gritty Soul Company still ignored my issue.

    Good morning, I am so upset. I have sent you o less than 5 COMMUTATION Sasking for a STATUS update on orders that I have not receiv5ed since septem4ber?? I use to shop with you all the time but you DON'T even respond ..I have no less than 4 orders pending UNFULFILLED from SEPTEMBER to November.I will not take REFUND I wantwhati orders(I spent 10z of dollars that has never been fulfilled. If you can not be. Bothered to resp4ond x within the next 58 hours I will report your company y to the bbb.I don't know what happened to your company but I have ordered from u for years and I have never had **** happen. I am completely let down y your company's disregard for orders like a sweater and coat that by the time u get ** u e er get them it will be spring. Again please respond and don't offer .e credit. I want the 4 items I ordered. I will be PUTTING IN A BBB COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB BECAUSE THIS IS NOT RIGHT.I have 4 orders with order numbers if needed I can supply them.     I ordered a pair of vanilla coated metallic pants size large on 9/22/23, totaling $47.00 (order number *****). I have emailed this company multiple times, and they have since stopped responding. I was told on 10/31/23 that I should receive my item in **** business days. However, I have not received my item yet. I emailed this company on 12/16/23 asking for a refund for my item, but they did not respond back. I emailed them again on 12/20/23 and on 1/16/24 (I got a notification back on 1/16/24 saying the email address no longer exists), and I still have not received a response back. I even went to the Gritty Soul's website on 1/16/24 and sent information about my request in the contact us box, and they never responded. I would like to be refunded my $47.00 for my item please.
