      I placed an order with King Crab ATL on December 11, 2023. I was given an estimated delivery date of December 19 - December 20th. Today is January 9th and I still have not received my order. It was order number ****. I ordered the butter sauce and the seasoning. They even charged me for shipping. My total cost was $41.88. I looked on the website, and my order still hasn't shipped. I tried to email them, and got a message that my email was blocked. I their calling the number, and get a recording on an answering machine. I left a message after the general recording. When you call, the business automatically sends you a text. I responded to text asking about my order...no response. I sent a dm twice on instagram. They never read it. I went on Da Brats page and tagged them in a comment. Of the comments on their page are turned off. How convenient! I went to shopify twice and sent messages. I went to the company website and sent a message twice through the "contact us" link. Still nothing. I've ordered from this company several times before with no problems, but, it was all prior to covid. I just want my money back. They should not be able to take online orders at all! This company is just taking everyone's money, and not delivering anything. That should be against the law!

      My complaint is the same as most others I've seen posted regarding this business. I placed an order #**** on 11/9/2023 for King Crab ATL Butter Sauce 2. Confirmation gave an estimated delivery of Mon, Nov 20Tue, Nov 21. The order was never shipped, I still have not received it. I disputed with my bank, who completed an investigation and found evidence of fraud due to multiple similar complaints. My payment has been reversed by the bank so I have my money back. I wanted to support this business. However, with all the advertising on social media for their products, I am disheartened that they treat customers in this manner, what I consider to be by theft. They should no longer be allowed to solicit online purchases and Shopify should terminate their merchant site. I have also submitted a complaint to Shopify as well. This is a small amount, but it is the principle. I am open to receive a response from King Crab ATL.

      I purchased a order of seafood on July 29 2023 via Instagram. I paid ****** with my **** debt card. August 7 th I was given a order number **** but never received my order. I wait 3 week on August 28th . I was given a tracking number **************** and never received my order. I Dm them many times, no answer for months. I dm 3 to 4 times a week but they said it was shipped. Till this day of December 7 2023 I still haven't gotten a refund in which I requested several times. And still nothing. I would like a full refund

      On 8/7/ 23 I ordered buy one get one free case of crab egg rolls and I they were supposed to be delivered in 2 days but were not. I emailed several times and I have call and text the number on there Instagram page with no response. I tried to dispute it with my bank and they stayed they needed more time to deliver the product. It's been almost 4 month with no communication at all and no response to emails to my order number ****

      I placed an online order with King Crab ATL back on July 14, 2023 for one case of their self love egg rolls. The email provided a tentative shipping date for between Wednesday, July 26 - Monday, July 31. I received a shipping notification for a shipping label leaving me to believe my order would be shipping in the time frame provided. It is now November 18, 2023 and I still have no order and *** shows my shipment as canceled. *** reached out to the business via email and only heard back after I threatened to contact a lawyer at which point I was advised the rolls were on back order due to an issue with a lobster distributor. *** since emailed them again letting them know Ive been speaking with a lawyer to determine my options. That was October 23, which has been almost a month ago and still havent heard anything from them. I just want others to be aware and know to NEVER do business with this supplier.

      I placed an order with King Crab ATL on August 17, 2023 for 12 bottles of butter sauce for a total of $192.60 (Order #****). The estimated delivery was Monday, August 28 - Thursday, August 31. To date, I still have not received my order, nor has the business responded to my emails or calls requesting either the product or a refund.

      I made a order for buy one get one free seafood eggrolls and a bottle of sauce on July 21, 2023 with confirmation order #**** in the amount of $50.99. I received shipment confirmation number via email, ****************************** by way of ***** The estimated delivery date was Aug 2 - Aug 7, 2023. After the 8/7, I started checking the status of shipment via tracking number and the items never shipped with no updates. I made countless attempts to contact King Crab ATL for updates with no response. I emailed on 8/31/23 and 9/10/23. I direct messaged the company on Instagram on 10/1/23. I also called and texted on 10/3, 10/14, 10/15, 10/18 and 10/27, all went unanswered. I seen posts on Instagram made by the company that they were backup on orders and was working on them at the beginning of October but I never received my items and no updates. I also see that my tracking number has since been deleted. I would like my full refund.

      I placed an online order that totaled over $150.00 in September and still havent received that ordered which was supposed to be delivered by October 5th-6th. Ive tried calling their number, *** sent multiple emails, tagged them in a post because theyve turned off all their social media post and I still havent received a response.
