      I placed an order on July 28 2023 for a shipment of egg rolls for $49. I did attempt to reach out Aug *********************************************************************************************************************************************** September due to no update and now it is October 2023 and still no refund nor order fulfillment.

      I placed an order with this business on July 23rd with grantees shipping by August 8th and it is now October 9th 3 months later and I have yet to receive anything nor a refund. I believe this business is scamming people out of their money with online orders just to fund their store front business and they have intention of fulfilling these orders and they are currently still taking online orders and have several people that have filed complaints for orders they have been waiting on for months. I would just like a refund and for these people to not be able to scam anyone else online.

      On August ******* I placed any order totaling $121.88 to date I have not received my order. I have reached out to the company twice via email, once with Sezzle and now here. I was guaranteed delivery within 7 days of placing my order. It is well over 30 days and no response or order fulfillment.

      I ordered a case of self love seafood egg rolls from their website 3 weeks ago. I was provided a tentative delivery date. Once the date came and went with no shipment notification I reached out via email twice, with no response. I have commented on several of their Instagram posts inquiring about the status of my order. Still no reply. They either delete comments stating people havent received their orders or shut commenting off on the post entirely. They posted that they were backed up with online orders but continue to advertise the very egg rolls everyone is waiting for (some since the spring and before).

      I have been trying to get in contact with someone about my order and I've commented on ********* post email etc and no response until another person commented on my comment asking if I received them. At this point it's been weeks that I've been waiting and now they printed a pre shipping label on Monday when that was my scheduled delivery date. And it's been just sitting there since I am not willing to take the chance of receiving spoiled seafood egg rolls. I've tried to reach out several times to make sure I am not overreacting but at this point I'm just trying to get my money back they can keep their food. This is very unprofessional in their part.

      I seen an advertisement on Instagram on May18th that said we now ship to your door in 24 hours so buy yourself some self love egg rolls. I inquired through DM the price and process on how to order. They responded right away and sent me an invoice to my email. I never heard anything else from them. No tracking. No case of egg rolls. I kept trying to contact them to get a status update but they would either never read the message or answer emails. I am not the only customer with this issue of not receiving items that we purchased. I filled a claim through my bank and I have yet to still get anyone back because they are still investigating and are trying to contact the business. I am out of $123.00 and it's 2 and 1/2 months later from order and paid date. In the meantime they have been shut down and reopened, steady advertising sales of all kinds and expanding their business when they will not it right with all the customers they have wronged. I just want a refund so I can put this awful experience behind me. Every time you comment on a post they will delete it if it paints them in a bad light. Such bad business practices and you wonder why people don't always want to support small business owners. It's because of business owners like this.

      I ordered a case of butter sauce 2 months ago, didn't receive no info on when the product will arrive, no email, nothing. I paid $100 Dollars and never received anything, I want my money back, I no longer want to patronize this business

      I purchase a case of seafood egg rolls and never received tracking information or the product. I have call text and message the business numerous times with no success.
