I ordered a case of butter sauce 2 months ago, didn't receive no info on when the product will arrive, no email, nothing. I paid $100 Dollars and never received anything, I want my money back, I no longer want to patronize this businessInitial Complaint

I placed an order totaling $123 on May, 18 2023. The order was supposed to be shipped overnight due to it being a frozen food product. As of today June, 8 I have not received my order or been able to communicate with the business via phone, emails, text, or social media. I was guaranteed my order would be received by Monday , May 22, 2023. I would like either my product or a full refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for seafood eggrolls on 05/17/2023. The vendor sent me an invoice in the amount of $82.00 and I paid it on 05/18/2023. They finally sent me a tracking number on 05/22/2023 for what was advertised as OVERNIGHT delivery. The tracking didn't update for several days. Once it did the delivery date was 05/26/2023. When I received my order, it was not properly packaged and was spoiled. The vendor will not respond to any of my calls and messages. After weeks of no response, I call the GA ****************** Their findings caused them to close this business but I still have not received my money back. There were several people that placed an order and still have not received their orders. This is ridiculous and should not be allowed.Initial Complaint

*** placed several orders with this company my most recent was February 2023. I placed a order for a bottle of their butter sauce. I received a email stating that my order was accepted and in processing. I have emailed, called, and tried to reach out on various social media platforms. ****** received a response I even tried to place another order through their social media site via direct message. Still no response this happened to me last year when I placed a order in August 2022 but didnt receive my product until November 2022. This is unacceptable as they are collecting money and not sending products.Initial Complaint

I purchased one of their products from their website on March 28th 2023. One bottle of their signature sauce. I never received it when I tracked back to their website it was never processed the status says order placed. I tried contacting by phone, email, messages no one is responding. I placed a online order for total of ***** on 3/25/2023 order was supposed to be delivered between 4/5 - 4/10, haven't received my order no tracking information and King **** won't respond to emails, text or phone calls. Transaction date 01/20/23. Amount paid $36.88 with credit card-Amazon pay. Trackin#****************************** thru ***** On **** site since 01/24/23 it say: preshipmentinfo sent to **** await item. When I contact **** they stated they are waiting on King **** to send the package. I have called ph# ************, I have text. I have emailed several times @ the King Crab ATL website. I am not getting any response. All these methods of contact. Only respond back to you their hours of operation. I just want my refund at this point. I never got my order. Bad business to not try to contact me and make it right. I want to report this business as bad business behaviors. Mistreatment of their customers that are trying to do business with them.I would also like an apology.Initial Complaint

I placed two orders. One on January 9th and January 23rd. I received a text that the label was generated by **** and nothing else. I tried to contact them by phone, email, social media , and via linkin. No one has ever responded to me and I see that the Buisness is open. They took my money and sent no product.
