I purchased clothing items during Black Friday on 11/24/22 and I never received my order. I contacted SBC via Instagram DM and email status regarding the status of my order. They said that they didn't have the items I ordered in stock anymore and asked if I wanted something comparable to it. I said yes and I never received those items. The date of the transaction was December 15, 2023. I paid $135 for a hoodie, sweatpants and a fitted cap. I reached out to the company on January 15th via email and never received a response. I reached out to their customer ********************** via Instagram on 1/22. I was told my order was now in their queue and that they were working on processing unprocessed orders and that Id receive an email once my order was processed. I then reached out on 3/10 after not hearing anything and requested a refund. They said theyd check the status of my order with their team. I then reached out on 3/20 and received another apology but no update on my order but they said theyd prioritize a refund. I reached out again 4/18 and 5/25 and have not heard anything at all from this company.Initial Complaint

I bought 3 items (total with taxes and shipping: $151.20) from this company on April 9, 2023 as gifts for a religious holiday. I paid for my order in full (Order #******). I never received my items and when contacting the company, they refuse to give me the items or reimburse me for my purchase. When contacting them via email and on social media outlets, they give me the same response which I have attached below.
