      I received a parking ticket when I had payed the appropriate parking fee through the phone *** This business does not allow for any way to speak with a person directly about disputes. I disputed the ticket online (by providing a photo of email proving I had made the appropriate payments). My dispute was denied, saying that the license plate on my car did not match the license plate entered in the *** However, I have an email showing that I changed the license plate linked to my account in the parking AP when I parked. Since my dispute was initially declined, the business provides me no way to provide them the additional documentation or speak with an actual person about my situation.

      Our call center is open M-F 9a to 5p and all voice mails are returned promptly.

      As explained in your appeal online, we cannot apply a payment to a tag after the parking session is over. Theer is no way for the lot checker to determine what payment is supposed to go where when the customer makes a mistake.

      On Transaction date 1/27/22 I met a friend at a restaurant to have lunch. We parked in the parking lot behind the restaurant and did not see the sign for a parking fee of $6.00. we were in the restaurant for about 1 hour and came back to our cars with a parking charge notice of $45.00. There were only three cars in the entire lot with over 20 open spaces. Had I known that there was a parking fee I would have paid for it or used another lot. I have tried to reach the company with no luck. Have filed an appeal online with them. This is absolutely unacceptable amount of a fine for this supposed violation. Have looked at their reviews and this seems like an unethical company. So for two cars (Mine and my friends) I am on the hook for $90. She also did not see a sign for paid parking. Called the restaurant and they said that they are owned by the Pharmacy next door. Called them and they said that we would have to take it up with the parking company on the violation. When I looked at the reviews for this company it seems like they are very shady to say the least. This is such an arbitrary amount of money to charge while 90% of the parking lot was empty. Again I have no problem paying the $6 x 2 spaces but to charge me $45 x 2 is outrageous. Might understand if they were missing out on spaces (sales) but they were not! How do we allow scams like this to occur in society today?

      On 1.7.22 I parked at ************************* in the parking ********* went on the park mobile app like Ive done before i clicked pay for the time slot. Then i received a message from my bank saying my card had been used for $7.35 at the ********* went into the business came back out about a hour later and a ticket was on my car saying pay a fine for $45 i went over to the employee of the business showed her that i had went through the app and if didnt go through i could try again and she said file an appeal on the website . It was denied. Im seeking a refund of the increased fee.

      It appears that the ****** paid for the wrong tag when purchasing parking. Payments are assigned to the tag and this is how the policing is done. The supervisor for this location reviewed the appeal and denied the claim.

      As a one-time courtesy, we will cancel this notice.

      The new BBB website makes it impossible to know what the initial dispute was here. However, your screenshot doesn't provide any useful data- no tag, amount, time, etc.

      This company sent me a fake parking violation in the mail with a picture of a car that is NOT mine and a license plate that is not mine. The ** plate on the ticket is GEHK54, Ive never owned this plate! When you ****** this entity online, you will find many congruent news stories outlining their fraud. In their legal letter, it also threatens to send me over to collections, for a ticket that is not mine with a plate and car that very clearly does not correlate to my name. Unethical and horrific people, they deserve to face jail time.

      On January 20- the same day he complained here, the complainant sent this message to us:

       

      I dont know what scam youre running here, but you better fix it real quick before you face legal action.

      1) GEHK54 is NOT my license plate, nor has it ever been.
      2) I would NEVER drive whatever goofy looking car is pictured within your fraudulent ****

      Respond promptly and acknowledge youve made an error. Failure to do so will result in a lawsuit.

      My correct and only plate is attached.

      I received a notice in the mail about an $85 parking ticket at the AMLI Arts Center on 9/15/2021.... I've never parked in this area. This area is in Midtown Atlanta and I live far away in Woodstock. Also, I went on the website and checked the pictures they took. The car is not mine and the license plate does not match with my car. However, I was sent a final notice (I didn't even receive the first one). I've yet to reach a resolution.

      I parked at a parking lot under Professional Parking Management at AMLI Arts Center on 7/25/21 at 10:43PM. The app said the cost of parking was $0 so I did not register as I was only going to be parked there for less than an hour while eating at a restaurant nearby. A violation #XXXXXXXX was issued to my vehicle by staff Misty ** which is ridiculous considering there was no charge to park there to begin with. I tried to appeal the violation but it was INSTANTLY denied. I was never provided a phone number or email to speak with someone about the violation and now I am being harrased by mail saying I owe $75 and threatening that my car will be impounded. This sounds like a complete scam. Again, I was not parked there for more than 1 hour which was ultimately supposed to be free because it was a weekend (according to the app).
