    Pattern of Complaint:
According to information in BBB files Goal's Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery has a pattern of complaint alleging misleading sales practices, failure to provide promised services and failure to provide refunds.

Specifically, many consumers have alleged instances where they were initially informed of a specific doctor for their surgery, only to have a different doctor perform the procedure without proper notification.  Multiple reports have highlighted procedures being botched, with patients not receiving appropriate pain medications during surgery. Others allege they were quoted one price for a medical procedure but billed a higher amount, with additional charges added after initial consultations. Complaints also include allegations of late or no notice for cancellations or rescheduling of surgeries, leading to more expenses due to fees previously invested for lodging and travel. Additionally, consumers have expressed frustration over the lack of refunds after providing medical documentation explaining the consumer wasn’t a good candidate for the elected surgery due to other health concerns.

On February 23, 2024, BBB contacted Goal's Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery to request their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint; however, Goal's Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery failed to respond. This aspect of the Business Profile will be updated once additional information becomes available.

Unfortunately, due to my medical condition, my doctor denied medical clearance for this elective surgery. I placed a deposit of $500 and although they received a medical note explaining why I do not qualify they keep giving me the run-around about the refund. I possess some of the conditions that are listed on their contract as a qualifying reason to cancel surgery and receive a refund (please see page 15 of 19 of the contract) . I'm truly disappointed with this poor client experience. It really doesn't take 2 months to issue a refund! The document from my doctor was submitted on November 18,2021. I've called numerous times and they keep telling me someone will contact me back about the refund. Haven't heard back from them. They usually take up 2 weeks to assess the documents - according to them (call centre agents) the assessment of the document wasn't completed yet. I am simply looking for a full refund of my deposit of $500.

On August 23, 2021, *****************, was to preform full back lipo and double bbl. After unsuccessful attempts to reach the ************** regarding my results. I am here looking to resolve this issue. The results i have to what Goals Plastic surgery stated they could give me do not align with with what I have. In this purchase I paid for a double bbl and full back lipo. I purchased full back lipo, which I still have fat rolls that are very prominent and comparable to the rolls I had pre-op. I purchased bbl which **** is flat and comparable to the flatness pre-op and lacks the projection as I was told I would be getting with my purchase. I purchased fat to be added to my hips that are so disfiguring I look square now, and lacks the definition promised and purchased. The procedure itself with the local anesthesia was very painful and traumatic, this was sold as the Dr would ensure patient comfort and pain management, and that did not occur either. I purchased a service from Goals Plastic Surgery and did not receive what I paid for nor promised. This is not what you advertised to me, as per what you directly stated you could provide to me nor what you advertise in your social media Instagram page, as to what you can provide to me. My results are not the result was told I would be getting. I would like a full refund of my money, as I did not get what was disgust per the contract nor what is advertised.

On June 16th 2021 I paid for liposuction 360 in the amount of ***** from GOALS ATL. I was convinced by the agent on the phone to paid in full instead of just the $500 deposit to lock in the price. Surgery date was set for 11/19/2021. The agent on the phone assured me I was in good hands with this company well thats wasnt true. I found on the news they are NOT board certified surgeons. Most of the Doctors are OBGYN OR Pediatricians which is not safe. I was expecting to be put to sleep for surgery which is what I asked for but they only numb you locally which means u feel all the pain of the lipo. Women are screaming during surgery from pain, womens are dying when they leave they are also being sued by several women for taking their money and giving them no services so I called this company to canceled in September well before my surgery date they put me on hold or hung up on me wouldnt answer any emails. Finally I did speak to someone from GOALS who informed me they will not be giving me a refund no matter what I was completely shocked because no services were given. I need help I feel robbed out of a small fortune. Also these consultants who work for them will say whatever u want to hear to get your money and these are using their own personal cell phones (no company phone) which is also weird. I would ok if they say we are keeping your deposit but they are keeping everything I sent them Im devastated HELP ME PLEASE

On June 22, 2021, I made a deposit of $2000 to Goals Plastic Surgery (******* Office) for a BBL Surgery.I was supposed to have the surgery upon a medical clearance by my ************ Dr. I was not cleared for surgery and sent the medical letter to Goals so an initiation of my refund will commence.Goals Plastic Surgery has been running round in circles about my refund and so on November 11, 2021, I made a follow up call only to be informed that only $!500 will be refunded to me and not my $2000 payment. This is a clear case of FRAUD where you want to keep $500 for providing ************ to a client.I will implore BBB to please help me get My money back from this dubious company. How can they still be allowed to even operate with the negative reports by multiple people on this same company.

      * a detailed explanation of the different between the service/ merchandise you ordered, vs what was received. Include a copy of the invoice /advertisement ? I paid for flex sculpt 360,double bbl,and hips he only performed liposuction to the stomach and transferred fat to the hip he did not perform a fat transfer to the buttocks attached in the documents you will find pictures of how a fat transfer should look once it has been performed.if it were done you would have visible holes in the top part of your buttocks where the fat was inserted, on the side and at the bottom . If you look at the image, I provided which was taken the day of surgery you will notice (No holes),nor did I feel him do inserts while I was slightly sedated on the front page of the service agreement ,you will find checks on everything that I was supposed to receive. When I went the 3rd day to receive my massage they had a sign up that it would be a 2-3 hrs wait but I did make the clerk aware that the doctor did not insert me ( no one called)I also tried.*(what date was cancellation /refund requested)the 3rd day when I went for a massage.* a second opinion from a neutral third party merchant, who is certified /licensed in the applicable field, indicating that the disputed work was faulty and had to be redone ,was unnecessary,or caused additional damage? No I based it off previous work the company displayed on their social media accounts which they use for adverting and I could visibly look at the buttocks and see there was no difference and there was no holes indicating a fat transfer was performed . I attracted images from there site showing what a buttocks transfer looks like once it has been performed. If you look closely at the pictures, I attached you can see where he put a mark but did not inject any fat.if you look at the other pictures, I attached you can see holes at the top of the buttocks from previous surgeries they performed.*include a copy of the invoice that I message them

On October 21st of 2020, I scheduled an consultation with goals plastic surgery. The $500 deposit was paid on the same date, and my surgery date was scheduled for August 6th of 2021. The remaining balance of $8600 was paid as well. After the consultation, I thought my next appt would be with the actual surgeon Dr. Shannon. However that wasn't the case at all. I only meet with phlebotomists and a nurse for medicine. Each time I went, I was told my blood pressure was high. I was then informed to receive clearance from my primary care physician. I went to my primary on 7/31/2021, and I did not have HBP. Therefore my primary doctor cleared me for lips surgery. I then went back to Goals on two occasions, July 31st, and August 26th of 2021, both of which I was told I still had HBP and I had to cancel the surgery both times. I then started more research and found there aren't any board certified surgeon and complaints were filed. I then requested a refund & was told I could only reschedule.
