I have not AC in my apartment for about two weeks now. Ive notified the leasing office and the maintenance team and no one has came out to fix it. Im not sure why this isnt an urgent issue, considering the fact that its reaching triple digit temperatures. Also, I was told that they were waiting on a replacement part and today I was told that there was a backlog on the vendor. They gave me ONE portable AC unit that is only in the living room. I now have to sleep on my couch to get cool air. Additionally, this will probably run my light bill up due to the fact that the portable AC unit is running all night.Initial Complaint

I lived at ****************** and I left I'm the middle of the night because the people in 3013 a were using illegal infrasonic weaponry that was lethal and someone at Carroll is aware of this. The manager let me leave without penalty but they put a ************************** anyways. This is Carroll's last chance to remove it before I put bliss ******** on the stand and open up the door to attempted manslaughter charges for the owners of the property. Arium trail wood ******* ** *****. I want this off my credit forthwith or this will get so much worse. ******************* ******** 244 61 6538 ******** 3013 corner circle. The apartment below us had a bad leak due to a hole in one of our pipes, and on Tuesday 6/18/24, after 2 days of us being told to turn our water off, and being told to only turn it on to use it when we "really needed it," a third party plumber came in to repair and replace the pipe. as a result they had to cut through the wall and insulation in two spots, one of which is a giant gaping hole. We also had to move everything out of the kitchen. Once it was finally fixed, I inquired about having this hole fixed. I was told that I would need to wait until THURSDAY for a third party to come in and fix it, but then was reassured in-person that they would "try" to get someone in "tomorrow" (now yesterday) to fix it, and that the leasing office would be closed. They also told me this hole was not "hazardous," however insulation is exposed and i have severe asthma. At about 5:50pm (10 mins before they closed for the holiday) I got a call inquiring about the leak asking if it was fixed yet (even though they should know this answer since they are the ones who hired the company that came to fix it), and when I asked to be reassured that someone will be in here (now yesterday) to fix the hole, i was told that this was a question for two people who had already left.I left an email stating that I expect someone to be here to fix this, that it is absolutely hazardous, contrary to their opinion, and that it will have an obvious effect on our electric bill. As i stated, I have bad asthma and they left this hole exposed, are not responding, and it will affect our monthly charges / keeps us from being able to properly use our kitchen as we have a right to do. Now that they are open I have called 10 times and have received ZERO communication about the hole and they are now forcing us to live like this.Initial Complaint

For the past month I have paid my rent on time and my AC unit around 7pm the ac unit gets very hot and I have repeatedly reported the unit being very hot, Around 5am its starts to get cool. I have tried to call corporate office and the office manager was very unprofessional and not helpful. The unit is not working and my son and I have asthma. I cant afford to pay for a hotel stay paying my rental agreement. The managers solution was to allow me to get out of my lease until July 1st. I need help. Please advise.Initial Complaint

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding unlawful eviction practices and uninhabitable living conditions at Arium ************************, managed by KRE SOFLO HAMPTONS, LLC/RPM Living dba Arium ************************. As a senior citizen and military Veteran, I have experienced numerous issues that necessitate your immediate intervention to protect my rights and ensure safe living conditions. Background and Timeline:1. Lease Agreement Issues: - In October/November 2023, I was assured by the leasing agents that an amended lease reflecting a 6-month term would be emailed to me. Despite multiple promises on at least three occasions, the amended lease was never sent. As a result, I incurred over $1,000 in temporary living expenses before securing my unit with a paper lease upon arrival from ***************2. Promised Credits and Overcharges: - On November 14, 2023, I provided proof of renters insurance, naming the landlord as the concerned party. On January 5, 2024, *****************, the former Assistant Property Manager, confirmed in writing that I would receive credits for the $25 monthly fee and a $20 duplicate setup fee. Despite further confirmation from ***************************, the credits were never applied, and I was unable to adjust the payment in their Clickpay system, leading to a three-day eviction notice for $806.06.Initial Complaint

I signed a lease with this apartment complex 4/5/2023 and moved in the following weekend. I was assured there were no cockroaches or issues with them and that the apartmeant was move in ready. My second night there I found several cockroaches crawling around and asked for pest control to come out (Im charged monthly) it took them months to come and service my apartment. I have asked to be treated several times and found out the same building kept being treated and no one else. Why was I paying for a service I never received?? I also had a leak in my bathroom ceiling above the shower, it took them weeks to come out and see what the issue was. They cut a hole in my ceiling and left it open with water damage for 3.5 months before filling the hole. Ive had issues with my water getting too hot in the shower to where I couldnt give my children a bath/shower the entire time I lived there. It got so bad I couldnt take a shower the last two months I lived there because I am pregnant. I told the maintenance and they have not replaced the correct part and have taken forever to fix the issues because its more a comfort issue (we were being scolded by hot water and burnt) it has been the worst experience I have had with an apartment and they are charging me out the **** for stuff that has either not been consistently done or paid for already. I am also now having to treat my new home for cockroaches because they never solved the issue while I was living there. I am about 7.5 months pregnant and this whole situation has taken a toll on me emotionally, mentally and physically. My children have also suffered because they were always seeing bugs and not being able to bathe at their own home. Please help me.Initial Complaint

I have submitted several requests for various repairs that are not being fixed (mold growing from vent in bedroom vent, dryer vent clogged and not venting to outside, foyer ruined by a/c leaked not being replaced, ceiling leak and paint peeling from living room ceiling. This week, on 4/10/24, repair men were let into my apartment without notice. I arrived home to my front door ajar and no one inside. They returned and apologized for me not being informed that they were there, but my pet was friendly, so it was fine for them to be there. The repair men also left a soda cup sweating on my wood dining table. I want to be released from my lease without penalty.Initial Complaint

This issue started since September 2023 , after a day of rain I noticed that carpet on my Master Bedroom was soaked with water. I call them that night and no one showed . A few days after they came and they told me that probably water got in from the window. I ask them to investigate more but they never did . Again by January 2024 I had the same issue and they came in and say the same thing and wash the carpet. A month after I noticed my night stands got mold . I ask the for reimbursement but they did not . I purchased new night stands . I want that to be reimbursed back to me due to their negligence of not taking care of the issue from the first time .Last week end March 2024 the same thing happened and I have to put plastic under my new night stands . The carpet again soaked in water. They came and just cleaned again. I begged to have this repaired and is today a week from now and no one has come to repair anything. I pay my rent on time never late . I am getting a lawyer to bring this to court.Initial Complaint

On 4/04/2024 my boyfriend *************** car was towed from Arium citrus run a complex. ****** had came him from work at 530am and at the time all of the parking was unavailable, except for the handicap spot. I woke up at 6:30 AM to take our children to school at around 7 AM. ****** s vehicle was still there with no sticker or anything indicating his vehicle was going to be towed if it was not moved. Around 12:30 PM I had noticed that his vehicle was gone. He Immediately called our office of the complex to ask what it happened to his car. ****** had spoke to someone in the office and they basically told him that they dont care that he shouldve parked in a different spot or walk around the building to find a parking spot. His vehicle was towed somewhere on ***** Road costing over $180 and almost causing him not to be able to pick up our children as I am at work for the night. This is unacceptable. We were never informed that his vehicle was going to be towed. The fact that this apartment complex did not care if he was unable to get to our children or not is also unacceptable. I understand that he parked in a spot that he should not have been parked in for a few hours but it completely tow somebodys vehicle is unacceptable without warning. I do also have pictures that I have taken of this complex at night of people randomly parking in the grass and all over the complex because there is no parking I have even called the office myself to ask where would you like us to park because theres no available spots and I have yet to get an answer. ****** was just trying to do the right thing and not park in the middle of the road or on the grass but apparently that was not the right thing to do. I do believe this complex is responsible for the refund of the $180 that it cost us to get our vehicle back. I would also like an apology for not giving a c*** if somebody was able to get to their children or not.Initial Complaint

I recently became a tenant at ARIUM ****** in Morrisville on 03/23/204. Upon move in, neither the thermostat nor the dryer was working amongst other items. Please be advised that our unit is extremely cold in the morning and at night, as we do not have the ability to adjust the temperature. We have been using our oven to heat the unit. We notified ******* in the leasing office and was told we could not be given an eta of when these items can be fixed. She was not pleasant and spoke in a condescending tone and no sense or urgency. At minimum we thought wed at least receive an apology for the inconvenience. This is very alarming/concerning being new tenants. How is a unit rented out with broken appliances? Also, it was a bit disheartening and misleading to have been shown a unit that has a fireplace and be assured that the unit we have would have one as well, to receive unit that in-fact does not have a fireplace. We were told we would receive photos of the unit prior to us moving in all of which never occurred. On top of broken appliances we were falsely advertised. I have yet to receive any information on when these issues can be rectified.
