The date of the transaction was on March ******.The Amount paid was $380.00 The nature of the dispute is, I paid with intent to move to the apartments, unfortunate circumstances came up and I wasnt able to move, I have been calling since March 6, 2025 and have personally went to the property as well as called the corporate only to be pushed away or talked to rudely. I lived at The Five by Arium in ****************. I lived there in Fall 2019- Fall 2020. They recently sent me to collections for $60 dollars even though when I moved out we were in disputes about them owing me money, so that is why I didn't pay my final bill. I tried to settle with them but was never given response. This apartment complex carelessly discarded my crucial work package, mistaking it for expired food. The shipping cost alone amounted to $130, and the package contained medical device materials and marketing materials valued at over $500. Consequently, I had to incur additional expenses to send a replacement package, and my company reprimanded me for the loss of product.Upon moving out, I attempted to seek reimbursement from the apartment complex but was unsuccessful in obtaining payment for the package they had thrown away. However, after they charged me after my departure, I informed them that I would not pay since they still owed me money. I proposed a settlement, suggesting that they refrain from further payment in exchange for my agreement to not pursue legal action.The value of my items far exceeded the amount I owed them. Surprisingly, I received no further communication from the apartment complex until now, when I am being sent to collections. I had assumed that we had reached an agreement to let the matter go, given the lack of *********** is worth noting that the apartment complex is no longer owned by Arium. Furthermore, the living conditions during my tenure were appalling. I have attached a compressed file of emails between me and management, detailing our discussions regarding the outstanding debt. Additionally, I have numerous photographs and videos documenting other issues that occurred during my stay, including a gunshot incident on New Years Eve on the floor I occupied. I vacated the premises a month earlier than my lease expiration. I kindly request that you remove this item from my credit report.Initial Complaint

Since moving into 935 Arium I have experienced some of the worst living conditions for an apartment complex. This building is old and disgusting and I'm sure is in violation of several codes. It was almost two months upon moving in that I had no Air conditioning and had to go remind maintenance everyday or else they would ignore the request. I've had to replace my washer and dryer, all my blinds, i also had to sleep in my car one night because my fob suddenly stopped working and there was no way for me to get into the building. Most of those things i have since gotten over however my main concern is the leak that has been under my sink since august. Its hard to say how long it was going on before I caught it but there was clear damage and good amount of mold. After my second or third time going to the office to tell someone to get up there I had someone come look at it and say he needed to go find a part for my sink. After that visit no one else has come to even try to fix and its been almost 4 months. I have to empty out a bucket every day or two to contain the leak. I have submitted over 5 maintenance requests, all of which get logged as "work completed" on the portal even though no one has been up to my apartments. I have also talked to the office at least 15 times and every time they say they'll get someone up there. I have to leave for a week tomorrow and not sure what to do because if I'm not here switching out this bucket everyday my apartment will flood. This must be a violation of my lease and the fact that I Pay over 1500 dollars a month for this place is ridiculous. I've contacted the local code enforcement. I have had several problem with Arium bad or cracked plumbing bad appliances that had to be replaced Ive over paid for water and Im over paying for rent the rent I pay is ******* roughly and I dont have half of what an apartment worth that much would I dont have a microwave I have black appliances and a a leak above my apartment I have a very unstable looking ceiling that has crack and is uneven the sockets jump off and on and I had a spider infestation upon moving in that hasnt really groach infestationInitial Complaint

My name is ****** **** and I am a US Citizen. I currently live in ********* and have been for over 8 years. In May 2023, I received an Outstanding Debt notice-$18k from a ATL based luxury rental agency, for unpaid rent on a lease opened in Nov 2022. It clearly was not me who opened the apartment using my social security number as I lived in ********* at the time, and not in *******. Clearly my social security number and my US postal address was stolen. The leasing company did not perform proper due diligence and check for valid identification. I worked with my parent's local ***************** and the outstanding debt was cancelled thankfully.I believed the issue was over. However, in July 2024, I noticed I had another outstanding debt against my name that appeared in my Experian Credit Report as they were sent to Collections My name has an $11,447 outstanding balance with "935M by Arium", which is your leasing company in *******. I have contacted 935M by Arium by phone in early July 2024, where I was told the relevant Manager is ***** Beach. The staff would not provide any information over the phone and I explained my situation about living abroad and my prior identity theft in the ATL area. I have been emailing 935M REPEATEDLY and their office is not responding. I have email trails showing that I have emailed 935M By Arium over 10+ times in the past 4.5 months never receiving ONE response. One ex. email trail attached. I filed a police report listing the debt against this leasing company with ***********I need thus leasing company to nullify this debt and contact the ****************** as it is severely impacting my credit score each month. Im extremely distressed by this lack of response. Regardless of this company's horrible lack of response to me over the past 4 months, it is their ineffective identity check controls that allowed this criminal to open a lease in my name. ************ **************************************** *********************************************.Business Response

These people hired a towing company that literally preys on the residents that lives in these apartment complexes and their love ones. They require you to register the car of anyone that visits and if you dont register your car the second you park, there will be someone watching and monitoring you from a distance and they will boot your car as soon you leave your car side. They dont give you a ***** period to register your car, they dont even care if you registered 2 minutes after leaving your car. This is how predatory these people are. I know because this happened to me. I came to visit my partner who is a disabled veteran and spent the night to help him with a few things before having to go to work in the morning. I parked my car around 11 pm and my bf registered my car around 11:25 pm because he was having a hard time with pulling up their website which I dont believe to be a coincidence. Got up to go to work in the morning and found a boot on my car! Because of this I had to pay an **** and was late to work. This could have cost me my job! We did the right thing and registered my car like they asked in the email but when I called the tow truck company to make things right she had an attitude and kept making weird sly remarks! But what really upset is that she told me that my car have to be registered the second I parked and they will not refund me my money. There is nothing in the email that stated that we have to register the very second we park. It seems like they are taking advantage of people.Initial Complaint

I signed a lease with Arium ******* **************************************** to move in on 8/22/2024. They claimed that the apartment was ready. I requested them to allow my friend to check the apartment before I moved in because I wasn't there to see it beforehand, but they refused. I drove for about 5 hours with my family only to find an apartment that was not ready on 8/23/2024. I have pictures to prove the condition of the apartment. We had to sleep in a hotel for 3 days, my food got spoiled, I had to put my stuff in storage. I lost 2 days of income Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th of August 2024. The leasing consultants were nonchalant during this whole process including the manager who never bothered to come talk to us about the situation. They treated us like garbage. This company is a scam. I would like compensation for the unplanned expenses because of their negligence and their fraudulence.Initial Complaint

I have rented ****** slip 109 for the past 17 years. Our boat left the ****** for 24 months for repainting and repairs. We continued to lease the slip for ****** per month the entire time. When we checked the slip days prior to returning with our boat we found that the ****** had placed another boat in our slip despite our continued payments. The squatter refuses to leave and the ****** will not force him out. They continue to collect double rent on the slip. The offered us a small credit and another slip inferior to ours. The user of the slip is using all of our lines and equipment that were left at the slip.
