              We rent **************************************** from First Key homes. We provided proof of renters insurance before we moved in June 5, 2024. Nevertheless, despite repeated communications with First Key, the company is billing us a penalty fee of $30 for failing to insure the rental property. Having again provided proof we have rental property insurance August 6, First Key is now charging a late fee of $100 for failing to pay the $30 penalty that weve already proved is an incorrect charge.

              I applied to *** back in September 2024, got denied for one house then got approved for another. The one house I was approved for I was asked to submit documents to which I did, then I was assigned a "move-in coordinator" to which emailed me a congratulations letter and texted me. I then was informed to sign a lease dated September 2024-September 2025 and was given a move-in date of September 24, 2024 and would receive my keys at that time. Needless to say, I received a email at 5pm that evening stating that my move-in date changed to October 1, 2024 after given my current rental agency a move out date of September 30th and canceling all utilities to only find out that *** did not pass the city inspection on the home. MY AND MY 2 CHILDREN WERE LEFT HOMELESS. *** continue to ask me how could they accommodate and they never did. All they offered was an apology. Then when I asked for my $2350 back they all of a sudden found me another home to which no one as of the date noted has called me back to offer a move in date, another lease, or transfer of funds to the property, though they continue to ask me for more money. I NEED HELP TO TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER? CAN ANYONE ASSIST PLEASE. I am left absolutely homeless with a 13 & 15 year old. I have no family. HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK FROM ***. I WILL NOT STOP HERE. WHO ELSE ARE THEY DOING THIS TO AND TAKING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM?
