February 1, **** I was put on a month to month lease in the amount of ******** for not signing the rentplus agreement.Please view the 1st paragraph of the rentplus agreement .The ******** service is a credit reporting and financial tool provided by ************************** LLC, also known as *************, to report Residents rent and/or utility payments due under the Rental Agreement to one or more consumer reporting agencies (e.g., Equifax, TransUnion, and/or Experian). ***Enrollment in ******** is entirely optional and is not a condition of this Rental Agreement.***I am signing the rentplus document in distress with the understanding that if I do not sign the rentplus agreement there will be repercussions. I have nowhere to go at this time and cannot afford month to month. I do not agree with this service and it's clear your company does not care.
