Came in with promises months ago Final upgrades never finished & I had to pay someone to do what they said they would do!!! The project manager & the entire staff know very little It's like a cosmetology student who ALMOST knows how to cut hair Pure home ALMOST knows how to remodel a kitchen; just enough to really s**** things up!!! DONT USE PURE HOME

Horrible experience with Pure Home. Do NOT sign their *** - theyll say its just Direct Payment Authorize but will later try to use it as a contract for services they did not render. Their *** explicitly states its for remediation- mold, biohazards, etc., The *** has no verbiage related to repair, remodel, renovate, etc.At the beginning of the process everything was yes, no problem. Later on, everything was a problem. They also employ bullying tactics, get you locked in, and then tell you what color vanity you have to select or that you cant change the color of your cabinets even though insurance is paying them to prep, prime, and paint. I asked ******* if he needed me to get my dad (the owner) to sign the *** instead of myself and he told me it wasnt necessary. They never met him or got his permission for anything. Verbal or in writing. ******* knew we intended to reuse our granite but went into our garage and took photos of minuscule damage and even coached me on how to take the photos once the home owners insurance requested more. The ** **** advised they could give me a 3.5k credit toward something else for keeping the granite the same as long as I signed something releasing Pure Home from liability pocketing some 5k. *** continually requested an itemized bill of services rendered to pay within 10 business day as their *** stipulates. Theyre demanding I pay a fee of 7.1k for their negotiations with the home owners insurance. their *** does not mention a fee for exactimate, negotiations, gas to and fro, etc. The little repair work that was completed (sheet rock and prepping for paint in the kitchen) was done incorrectly and will cost more money to have repaired. ******* did later send an official contract for services that I did not present to the home owner as I was already leery of Pure Home and requested to part ways a few days prior.Pure Home cares about lining their pockets NOT about the customer.

Do NOT do "ANY" business with PURE HOMES. They are CROOKS!. Do not sign any documents with them. Matter of fact, don't even have them come to your home! They are deceitful and try to get money before any work or materials are manifested in your home. They will write up a itemized hand written quote, which they deceitfully tried to hold us to paying them 10% of their total cost of the project as proof of service before any work was even done in our home. Before we saw any proof of what we were getting visually. We had never agreed to any financing, nor did they start any physical labor, or produce any materials in our home. They will give you a hand written paper to put your initials on, for what they are gonna do, We never saw any pictures nor did they do any labor or produce any materials in our home, but they wanted $2000. They will make you believe that this hand written paper is a legal document and that you made an agreement to pay them 10% even thought no work or materials have been presented. They sent threatening text to put a Lien on our home. Still waiting! What these a****** crooks don't know is the law. Work and materials have to be established before you can try to put a Lien on someone's Home to get $$$$$! Payments are made for Labor and materials. . These MF's are crooks and I would tell anyone to never do any business with them. The devil is a Liar!

We had a terrible experience with Pure Home in regard to mold remediation. I ignored a lot of red flags that I hope you do not. The first of which being a non itemized hand written quote, which I have included as proof of service. I have a feeling Pure Home is flagging negative reviews on ******* because I cannot understand how they have the 5 star reviews they do after my experience with them. From the beginning Pure Home was lacking in communication. We were never sure when anyone was going to show up or what they were going to do unless we actively pursued that information. The few times we were given a heads up when someone would arrive were on the final day of the project (when we told them we wanted to break the contract) and when they sent someone to pick up the check. After the job was complete we were not given a walkthrough. We did one ourselves and found that the crawlspace still had water damaged wood and that the spray left spray stains on the cross beams. Because of the staining it was easy to see just how inconsistent the spraying was. We brought this to their attention and they told us the spray stains were just the nature of spraying and there was nothing that they would do about it and that scrubbing was unnecessary and would not have helped. We were told the remaining water damaged subfloor could not be removed without damaging walls. Keep in mind, when I hired them they verbally assured me all evidence of water damage would be removed. We then asked if the spots could be painted with mold resistant paint and were told that was not a service they provided. I would not recommend Pure Home mold remediation to anyone. They are unprofessional and unreliable. We plan on hiring another company to complete the job that Pure Home was unable to.

I signed a contract with this company on May 11th to repair my basement after water damage. Here it is May 23rd and I only received one phone call in between. When I contact customer service the only thing they say is: "Oh we'll have ****** call you". I have been calling every other day and still haven't heard a peep out of ******. It's been almost 2 weeks of waiting on this company. This is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend based on the lack of communication alone.

He had me sign the application and said that he was summiting it. Checked with the ** A. no such application was every summited. This guy lied. Just let other Veterans be ****.
