      I signed a contract to rent to own a xbox series x for ***** a month plus ***** membership for insurance. In January my xbox quit working. I requested them to fix it but they Said if I wanted a loaner they would have to find one. After reporting to district manager 4 days after my xbox quit working they was able to find me a loaner. In the membership it states if they are Unable to repair mine they would have to replace it with a new one. A few days ago I contacted them to find out If my xbox was repaired and pay my balance of $61 left on the contract. I have paid on the xbox for a year with only $61 left when the xbox broke. They told me they was unable to fix my xbox due to motherboard being fried. And I stated that they would have to replace it with a new one. They said they couldn't do that, that I have the loaner but in order for me to keep the loaner I would need to pay a additional $286 due to them being unable to fix mine even though I only owe $61 left. I ask them how can you ask me to pay more when I paid for insurance incase something happen and now they don't want to replace my xbox. They want me to return the loaner or pay them $286 to keep the loaner. I told them they wasnt gonna do me wrong like this when I have paid through my contract except the remaining balance of $61. I told them I would pay that but I'm not paying a ***** more they can't add $286 and on a contract and they don't want to replace the broken xbox. I called and made a complaint with Aaron's franchise a few days ago and request to speak with a district manager but no one has called me. Now they have been harassing me calling me and coming to my and my disabled mother's door.

      They do not tell u that they trick u into signing a Club membership. It's always a different amount and they must make Millions on that because Alot don't know about it! My payment was supposed to be ***** a week, but then they ALWAYS charged a different price. They get u into signing for that Club membership. It's RIDICULOUS, AND I'm Contacting an Attorney, They DO NOT TELL U. I've paid it for a year before I realized it's not Required. They make more off that than rentals.. Then they say I signed 4 it. People can barley pay there rental prices. There's SHADY things with this Company. Prices ARE FALSE! They charge more once they reel u in.

      I signed my lease for a $400 USED couch and made my first payment just be me told that the couch I selected was not available due to first it not being able to be cleaned properly to its damaged. They called me to come look at similar couch and after agreeing and returning to work I was called again and told that couch was unavailable as well so the representative told me that they had another and would deliver it to me. They delivered a couch that was $1300 and tried to get me to sign for it once I refused to sign I was told I would have to call the store spoke with someone in the store and was told they would not be able to honor the price of the original offer resulting in me having a 850 SHOWROOM couch thats NOT new. I wouldnt recommend anyone to do business with them because they will get half of the cash price and then threaten to pick you merchandise for one missed payment I dont care if its 5 days late they will call nonstop and then send people to your house. DONT DO IT!!!!

      I left RAC of over 30 yrs to come to Aarons.. I have been with them for about 3 years and have had a very good experience and have paid off several items. My check was short and I called and apparently they got a new Manager Aleksa (not sure how to spell her name) and she is a total b**** and would not work with me at all where in the past I have never had a problem - she immediately said will will come and get your stuff. I said fine I will go back to RAC and she didn't even care. I will never go back to Aarons because of the b**** of a new manager. I hope you are happy because I'm sure I'm not the only customer you will be losing with the attitude that manager has.

      ****** Dryer and **** were very nice. They made sure everything was put together nicely. They were very patient with me. They were here for a few minutes before I got here and waited patiently. They were so friendly and I would recommend Aarons and their delivery drivers to anyone. They are 10/10.

      The manager of the store is constantly being rude. I get that I'm late here and there on a payment but to call all the time and then to ****** search other family members numbers to get a hold of me is not okay. If they wasn't put down as a reference they have no right to call them. I will never be doing business with them ever again. At this point I'm feeling harassed.

      Purchase a table set with a debit card. Debit went through on my end Manager said it cause an error on her end .Showed her on my mobile app that it went through It was pending call her the next day. It was taken out of my account. She needed more proof all the proof that she asked for it was sent to her and showed to her, but it wasnt good enough, i file a complaint. Went to the store another lady help with the problem n seen it was debit from my account no one call me about my complaint. Yes and all that time im showing proof they sold the merchandise that I bought .i had a feeling she didnt want me 2 purchases it. Never I was disputing the purchase I made. Call the store spoke 2 another manger or General manger he said it was sold n he will put my money back on my card .So they had problems finding my money but no problems putting it back on my card .
