I am truly disappointed with Aaron's. I was referred to Aaron's by a friend and I should have not gone that direction. When I got my washer and dryer at the time I was working and loved my unit. Until the big doom day when I lost my job hours and only one working. The account manager is the most incompetent person I have met. Would it not make sense to work with your customers rather than take them to court and take me to court to get back the units. **** both ***** and ******* are the most uneducated people I have done business with. Reached out to district manager and ******* manager only to my surprise they went with there team instead of consulting me the customer. The even tricked me with court fees, thinking I was paying the actually bill. They took me to court over $50.00 all because I challenged there manhood. Worst place ever go is Aaron's , and I'm sure other stores don't treat their customers like that. Ashley ******************** got my new.unjt coming next week.Review from Julie B

I deal with aarons for year until the employee ********************* is a racist he has said so many racial slurs at me and my husband down to coming to your house so disrespectful that he need to be fired. I'm so tired of him with his racial slurs noing that nothing but blacks come and shop. I rarely see white people there. We make there business grow us black people. That man need to go back with that trailer park things he says. It's a shame to have a copy with so much racist, but he wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for us in which he calls u people. I hate that store for them letting him get away with it for years. Had to file a complaint years ago about him and his racial slurs but it didn't matter due to still there serving people the hate he was raised from. He needs to be stopped.Review from B A

I rented furniture for so long with this company, payments are so high & i had to of paid for this furniture 2x already. I lost my son almost a year ago & with ******************** i can't work at this moment I can'tleave my house & filed disability, finally got it but im behind on so many things & tring to catch up on everything. I called & said i needed help & tring to catch up payments..well today they came & took my furniture back & it was so embarrassing & added to my depression & stress. Im tring. Woth the loss of my son its hard & the amount ive paid already i could of bought new somehwere else but tried to stay with them, all i want is my furniture or money back i paid, im about over everythingReview from Chauncey H

Ill be so glad when I pay this washer and dryer off. Everytime ****** calls my phone he has a nasty a** attitude. He needs to fix the way he talks to customers regardless if they are late or not. He does not have good customer service skills at all & doesnt care about the reason of non payment. If you ever have to rent something run the other way.Review from amandainva

Excellent store and staff, ***** and *** are awesome. I have been a customer since 2018 of the Woodbridge store and have bought a whole houseful of furniture, and electronics and I just paid off another account. I'm very happy with these guys.Review from Jacqueline O

I purchase a ** from them and also purchased a year guarantee but one day the ** stop working so I called them they say I have to call the manufacturer because I have the ** for 2 years so the guarantee I put for already expired. This is where gets interesting when I call they told me that that specific model has a 1 year manufacturer guarantee so my concern is why I pay extra for something that was already covered by the manufacturer and now I have to buy another ** or paid for repairs out of pocket..SMH..never again!!Review from NIKKIA O

I recently rented from Aaron's a furniture set back in July or August of 2023. Was making payments on time did pay late but I did pay. Shorlty after I rented my daughter a sectional at a totally deifferent address. Still was making payments again was late or missed on both until late March is when I ran into financial hardship where I was too behind they then called and called and called so now they are sueing me and also what the furniture back. But they told me when I spoke with one the people there they told me my first mistake was moving the furniture from one address to the next. I told them I never moved anything!!! **** delivered to two different address you should see that in your records. I had two seperate leases starting at two different addresses!!! So she placed me on hold and came back speaker with their manager and said our mistake they was not aware the furniture was delivered to different address they only show it going to my daughter's address someone was of deleted y address out their system. I'm like what??? They are very unprofessional and this will be the FIRST AND LAST TIME I DEAL WITH AARON'S!!!!Review from Th N

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!I financed furniture at the pennsauken, ********** location. When I needed my furniture delivered, they changed the dates multiple times due to short staff. I had to buy my own U-Haul, buy my own moving staff to help unload the truck all on my dime. I was never reimbursed for their shortcomings nor was the furniture even slightest discounted. Nothing. The experience with these people are horrid and I Encourage those looking for furniture, dont even shop here. Horrible establishmentReview from Melissa G

Terrible company! Was making payments on a washer and dryer then got behind during covid. I caught up then tried to pay it off when I had the extra money only to be told they have nothing on file in my name. Im scared theyre going to try and press charges or something against me even though I have all the emails where I contacted to try and pay, but my account was just gone and they said they didnt have anything. Aside from that, they will harass you if youre a day late. The harassment is awful and never ending. Then one of their delivery guys got my number (I assume from my paperwork) and texted me trying to hit on me. After repeatedly telling him no and that ** married, he went on to make several threats and call me terrible names. It honestly scared me that he knew my address. I will never do business with them again and refer everyone elsewhere.
