    Hello, I have been charged $24.95 for no reason, and especially since I have never opened or made an account with backgroundlooker and yall charged me for no reason to my card and I would like my refund and to be canceled out of this membership

    So, I got charged $24.95 and then another charge for $1.00. I'm not sure why I got charged for this and what ever this is I'd like a refund and to be taken off the subscription list because I would not like to be charged in the future. This is very confusing and I hope this is the same business that charged me some how.

    My bank notified me that a charge of $1 and then $22.69 was made. I had never even heard of this website and had no desire to use money on this. I came to learn that I supposedly had a account which I want to terminate and stop whatever payments they keep taking and get a refund. I tried contacting them which they did not respond. I just want to close that stupid account and whatever subscription was opened and to be refunded for everything I payed. When I went on my laptop to see what it was it asked me to make an account and when I looked at the things it needed it never warned that it would take more money after that $1. I want this resolved or Im calling my bank and police to notify about this website.

    I was charged $24.95 on my debit card from a company called Background Looker but i never signed up for anything there or made an account or purchased anything.

    I never ever agreed to any type of subscription to backgroundlooker!!!!! I am fed up they have pulled ***** out of my account twice this month!!!!!!! Scammerssss i dont have any email nothing were i was being told i was subscribed to type if information and this people are taking my moneyyy!!!! I want my $60.00 backkk!

    I signed up to use peoplelooker. They charge my account $1 for the trial period. I canceled my account on the last day of the trial period and was charged $23.42. I tried calling and emailing them but have gotten no response.

    I only paid $1.00 to them while I was on Flash Rewards. Now I just got billed $21.00 on My CashApp account I want this account canceled immediately. When I tried to find their contact info. I couldn't find it.

    I have received 2 charges on my business credit card for $1 and $24.95 from Background Looker on the same date 6/14/22. I can not find a company called Background Looker and when I do a search I keep getting directed to People Looker. The only emails I have received trying to get me to sign up for their service is Been Verified. I never signed up for Been Verified. I do not know if all these companies are connected or not.I never signed up for this service and when I tried to contact People Looker they tell me they can not find my account or information. This is because I never signed up for an account for their service. I want a refund for both charges and my information removed so I will not continue to be charged for a service I did not sign up for.

    I sent another email to People Looker Customer Support. I have sent 4 already and have not been able to resolve this situation. I did not sign up for an account so they can not find my information. I do not know how they were able to charge my business credit card either. The charges are by Background Looker. Everything I can find says it is connected to People Looker.
