      On March 28 2025, I vacated the unit storage 1116 at the ****** location. At the time of vacating, I was issued a written receipt confirming a refund in the amount of 990 USD. To date, this refund has not been processed or received.I have contacted the company multiples times by phone to solve this matter, sent email.... and more recently, the company has stopped answering my calls. This failure to issue the promised refund constitutes a breach of agreement and raises serious concerns about the company's business practices.I believe I m entitled to the refund that was confirmed in writing on March 28, *************************************************************************

      July 9, ******************************************************************************* regards to the change and charges on account being that company brought previos company (Extra Space Storage) nor was given proper prior notice from either company of the change. July 31, 2025 made 13 calls to the in which 1 associate hung up the phone when I explained to her situation and inability to go into a physical location. Then 8 times when I attempted to call back the call was picked up then disconnected by call center staff.

      I paid my storage bill for 121.00$ and Im locked out of the whole building yesterday and today this place is terrible seriously everyday its something going wrong or the place has garbage everywhere I need to get into my unit I am homeless and live out of my car

      April 7th is the date I believe of the occurrence. I arrived at my storage unit and observed the pull string to the pull up garage style door looked as if was placed in a manner that was purposely done as well as the unit next to mine. I took off the lock and noticed the door was hard to open which was unusual. my unit had been broken into. Stuff was everywhere. I was confused, the lock was not tampered with. I closed the unit, called the Cicero Illinois PD and went to the office to inform the employee what had occurred. She looked extremely nervous while I was there. The police arrive and the office, the employee of the storage place and myself went up to the unit. I unlocked the unit and opened the garage style door. The employee gave an extremely Quick Look and took pictures mentioning it was not broken into. The officer took a deeper look into what was going on, Popped his head into the unit and observed the wire mesh at the top of the unit was peeled back and seemed to have been pushed back down to try and cover the fact that it was pulled up. I was given a police report number and advised to go the next day to pick it up. I collected the police report and all necessary documents to file a claim through Storage post because the unit was broken into therefore per my contract Im insured up to $5,000.00. After what seemed to be forever I had an attorney reach out on my behalf and they did not get things going any faster having acquired counsel. My attorney reached out to me and informs me the claim was denied because I didnt not purchase separate insurance for my unit. My attorney informed me that per my contract I was due $5,000.00 because thats the most i would be able to get since that was the coverage cap. My stolen items were valued at more than $5,000.00. My attorney said they would put in a demand for the $5,000.00 and reached out 2 times with the request for the money over 2 weeks time and with no avail so here I am now filing a formal complaint.

      My storage unit was sold after management agreed to hold it the 12th, as I was rushed there from a medical emergency. I was paying rent there two years. My vital information social security number banking information and federal documents are being used fraudulently, was being brought to my attention recently. The corruption with staff is a gross injustice. I was told they would sell my possessions back to me for 1000., dollars and they would deliver to me. I have text from staff and voice mails saved. It is most disturbing how I have been violated on many levels has affected my mental health that has never been in question. I'm devastated at the loss of all . my valuable possessions I can't replace. My medical equipment has been stolen a unit costing ten thousand dollars, I can't get returned. The entire staff needs to be removed and charged there are numerous after hour unlawful activities going on. My entire life's work is gone, I want swift justice. I'm devastated and sick. I need to stop the fraudulent crimes against me. The workers are big crooks. ************, is the main player and needs to be seized with entourage. I'm sorting legal counsel as well. They have no legal rights here. The entire company needs to be closed due to unlawful business practices and ***** crimes. Please investigate and uncover their wrongdoings along with sweeping entire staff, I'm sixty two and basically healthy this has created an unforseen condition, I don't want to break down and die! I was robbed of my life's work after being productive. They should not be allowed to operate in business. I am very affected by the identity crimes against me, they are using my banking information ? didn't get my important paper work returned. Please act on all parties now to spare any other person the devastation I am trying to contain. It's taking its toll on my ability to function correctly. Please give this immediate attention.

      I signed a lease for a storage unit with storage post in ******, ** and moved in on 6/1/25. I arrived at location and no one was available therefore the move in instructions were sent via text and email. I planned on getting a lock and the customer service person helping me on 6/1 said there was a lock provided on my unit. I thought my items were safe but when I returned on 6/8/25 the unit was ajar, no lock in place, and all my items were gone. I called the customer service number because it was Sunday and the main office was closed. She made notation of stolen items and I filed a complaint with the Pelham Manor police. They came took pictures and my written complaint. I called Monday and ****** took a message for ***** the manager (he was not in that day). She sent me the tenant affidavit to fill out and send back. Tuesday 6/10 I called to attempt to speak to ***** at 11:30 left a message. No return call. I called again at 14:12 left an message again and no return call from *****. Later on 6/10 the Pelham Manor police (Det ******** called to tell me that he saw the camera footage from 6/2/25 and my things were removed by an employee and put in dumpster. I filled out the affidavit packet emailed to me and sent it to ***** certified and the tracking shows he received it on 6/17 and still have not heard from him. I have also sent 2 complaints via the Storage Post corp office portal on line and no one has emailed or called me. I had some rather expensive items in that unit that I am looking to be compensated for.

      I received the above conclusion to the police investigation.  One of their employees entered my unit without authorization and discarded my things.  All of the scuba items were 1 month to only 5 months old.  I consider all my items NEW.  Plz contact me ************.  Your response said that you have tried contacting me but I have no voice mails from you.

      On February 6, 7th and again on May 8th 2025 I was locked out of my ******* result of this, I've had to pay workers extra to redo the job and loss of revenue.unit 7334 rats are in units destroying products, im only offered to moved the unit and not reimbursement from insurance. seeking loss of revenue and excess expenses $1,000 Spoke with ********* and was offered no help at all.Can provid any further information needed. Truly hoping to resolve on this level.

      Storage Post in *********** charged my card without my permission for fees that I didn't authorize. I gave them permission to charge the amount that was due for the month and that was it. They tacked on 45$ in fees. I told them that I can't afford the fees now and I need the credit card to pay my other bills. Now they said that if I reverse it and pay in a few days they will charge me another $30 in fees. That storage company is so difficult. I was there for many years. They don't exterminate and they constantly have mice problems. MY insurance for the storage unit doesn't even cover mice problems.

      On February 6th 2025, approximately 8:30 pm, my staff arrive at the storage facility ******************************** to retrieve products for a rental that was booked. Unit was paid was should've been accessible however we **** over $800 revenue that night. After calling endless to gained access, we retried to gain access again 2/7/2025 to my surprise unit was still locked. we loss a sale of $300. My self and staff tried to reach manager for nearly a month to resolve this issue and during the wait the unit was accumulating lates fees (I refused to pay when I loss revenue) til this very day, I have yet to speak to a general manager in regards to that claims, however the store manager offered me 50%. 50% of $199 when we loss $1,100 in revenue? no fair however I didn't want to stress the issue. Fast forward to May 7th again my staff attempted to gained access for an event and the unit was LOCKED. I then went myself after calling and speaking to manager to my surprised LOCKED still. the store manager admitted it was a mistake they exactly unlocked the wrong item (this is on video) so as business owner I should continue to lose revenue because of the faults of STORAGE POST? absolutely not? I want a full refund of loss revenue within 30 days of this filing> Thank you My unit is up to date and paid off. IF ANY PICTURES OR VIDEO ARE NEEDED FOR PROFF I WILL PROVIDE UPON REQUEST

      On 10/31/24 i was looking to rent a storage unit called storage post and they told me they had limited inventory and what they have for me to lock it down I have to put a deposit and it a no obligation if I don't want it they always cancel it. They sent me and email for the lease I never signed it. Because I had changed my mind two months later I get a bill from storage post for unit I never signed the leased for. Called to canceled and ask for refund they told me because I put down a deposit with all of my information they never canceled the unit. And they have the right to not refund me because they kept storage of market. When I never signed no lease.
