My mom and I went to this theater and tried to pay at the kiosk - we made several attempts and it kept saying "card read error." We finally went upstairs and purchased our tickets and told them about the kiosk issue. After checking our statements, we were charged 7 times for one movie. We went to the manager and he lied and said there was nothing he could do. We tried to work with our banks but they said the merchant said we owed the entire amount. DO NOT SUPPORT this theater. We collectively spent over $400 to see one stupid movie and the joke of a manager said he couldn't help us reverse the charge. Really despicable.

Absolutely abysmal experience for the Barbenheimer showing yesterday. We recently attended the the Regal Theater at Atlantic Station for the 6:40 RPX showing of ******* The ** was not functioning making the experience nearly unbearable. Of course, this was after our IMAX screening of *********** at 2:50, where the projector and the screen were not in line the bottom quarter of the screen was black, and you could see part of the film showing on the ceiling. On top of that, the main entrance was closed off due to the escalator malfunctioning, and there was no clear signs to explain how to get into the theater. We were left to knock on random doors through trial and error where we were told (before having the door shut in our faces) that we couldnt come in despite showing our tickets. We love going to Regal, but this is not the experience we have come to expect. Especially considering we paid for premium showings of both films.
