I placed a Roadside Assistance request last night which was covered by the warranty on my Dodge Ram 1500. My *************** was scheduled for this morning and I received a text that they were on their way and they never showed up. I called in this morning and the *** informed me the driver was about to pull up. However, that was a blatant lie as no one every showed up. I tried calling several times and they are no longer answering. All I can say along with the other complaints that I see is that this is a VERY unprofessional company.Initial Complaint

My vehicle was towed through *** using Unique Towing as a third-party towing service. They took our car and did not deliver to the correct address. We were never notified and they brought our vehicle to their towing shop. Their attendant, ******** was very rude and unhelpful in helping us resolve the issue and retrieve our car. ********************* was assigned by my insurance progressive to tow my car November 1st after 5 to there tow yard until the next morning due to my car being vandalized and then taken to the body shop the prior morning. They did not tow my car until November 2nd 9 am. And then stated I have to leave my car for 24 hours on there I lot or pay them to release it to the body shop. Who would have known me requesting a tow to prevent my car from being stolen would then be ****** stolen by the tow company. I have called the company so many times and the women who is so rude told me to stop calling unless I was going to pay. Mind you Im out of town.Initial Complaint

This business is a SCAM. I called my insurance company to make a tow and they told me that they contacted this company listed to do the tow. After waiting the 3 hours that I was told the *** would be. I called my insurance company asking them whats going on & where the driver is. They called the towing company listed above where the white supervisor who answers the phone told them that the driver was 30 minutes away. I waited, and what turned to be another hour, still no Driver. I called Progressive again. This is me now waiting for 4 hours, just for a tow with unique towing with my newborn baby in the car screaming to the top of his lungs for from being stuck and waiting on a tow for sooo long. The tow truck driver called me after my second call to the insurance company and said he was actually STILL 2 hours away in traffic. I asked him how is that so if its been 4+ hours in which his response was that he never told his supervisor he was 30 minutes away. So she lied. I wait another 2 hours because Im told if I cancel and restart I will be put to the back of the line. 2 hours pass, I call the driver, he hears the crying baby and says oh just so you know we dont take passengers. How the heck can you have a tow truck driver that does not take passengers? That absolutely makes zero sense. If someone gets in an accident & have no way you guys can only take the car & not the passenger? Leave them there? On top of that, Why wasnt this mentioned to BEGIN with or at the beginning when the service was initially opened or throughout back and forth calls? Still no mentioning not once that this point company does not take passengers. How unprofessional and inconvenient? I wait 6 hours for a tow only to be told they cannot accommodate me or my baby. Then the supervisor called me and rudely told me she doesnt care if its an inconvenience that Im just being told that after waiting for 6 hours and that if the driver no longer wants to come thats my problem.Initial Complaint

One of their employees blocked me in my driveway while I had an emergency appointment to drop off my wife to her doctors. The individual employed by them, in car 35, made verbal threats towards me for asking him to move his truck back so I can leave, he escalated to shouting and more threats demanding respect because I said "I need you to move your truck I have an appointment I need to get to." The person employed here is borderline psychotic and probably dangerous and prone to violence.Initial Complaint

On Tuesday November 15, I reached out to my insurance company because I had a flat tired and need it to be towed. I spoke to the dispatcher at 8:50 pm she sent me a text with the estimated wait time which was 90 minutes. I called back then I was told the driver is 30 mins away . This is at **** now . I cant leave my car . I have work in the morning and I still havent heard back . The time now is 1:19 very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Im just here in the cold just waiting . Worst experience. I called my insurnace company ttheo get roadside service to have my car towed and the tow truck driver charge me a labor fee for putting my car on the tow truck the driver that if he could drive the car onto the bed there would not a labor charge so he charge to put it on the tow truck . I have had cars towed before which the insurance paid the tow company and I did not have to pay a charge because that is part of the roadside service that is driver job to get out of the tow truck and car onto the truck hook up the car to get on the tow truck bed I h have never had to pay a labor charge for car that is not able run or drive that his to get out to hook the car so it can be towed 3/4 of a mile to my home he and the dispacter charge me 60 dollars and would not give an invoice..Initial Complaint

On May 5, 2022, my car was unoccupied and parked at a collision center and tow truck driver smashed into the back of it. It was repaired, but I had to pay the $500 deductible because I filed the claim with my insurance, with the understanding that the tow truck company's insurance would reimburse me.As of today, November 1, I still haven't been reimbursed despite the Geico subjugation department trying to assist me. On Oct 21, 2022 I was in a car accident my car was towed by a different company and kept on their lot over the weekend. My insurance received which shop I would like for my car to be taken to and used Agero to hire a tow service to do so. On Oct 25 I received a text from Unique Towing at 9:18 am saying it was on the way and it can take ****** mins and gave ********** to contact them. It also had a link to track where my car is and what part of the process it is at. On this link it states it was in route at 12:07pm, On scene at 12:07pm, Tow in Progress at 12:55pm, Destination ************ ********* Complete at 2:27pm. On the map for some reason still shows my car at the original wrecker lot but I thought maybe it was a mistake since the service says it was completed. I call the shop I wanted my car to be taken to on Oct 26 for them to inform me my car was not there. Concerned as to where is my car I call the number they had listed just to hear the voicemail and that it was full so I can't leave a message. I call my insurance who then is contacting Agero to figure out where is my car and no one is able to get in contact with Unique *********************************************** this persisted for days. My insurance said they can only call and there was nothing else they could do so I took it upon myself to drive there on Oct 28th at 2:30pm. Upon arrival, I see my car in their lot but no one is there. I call the number again to hear the same voicemail. I informed my insurance for them to say well we need to get in contact with them so we can pay any fees to be able to get your car. Unique Towing was not authorized to take my car to their lot nor did they let my insurance or ****** know my car was there. I called the authorities since my car has been stolen and I cant collect the car. I was also informed that the driver did take my car to the shop and got into a physical altercation with the shop and was asked to leave on Oct 25.
