Good Service but my watch is under warranty. I could not get it to charge in order to reset time to daylight savings time. I think they did and sent it back but it costs $60.00 which is not bad but I dont think they had to fix anything.******* ******

Thank you for your honest review of our service.
As stated you could not get it to charge and set properly.
We were able to do so through our recharge, and reset along with our correction of the reference position and testing of the functions.
While nothing had to be "fixed" in the technical sense; meaning there were no parts replaced, we still had to go through that process to resolve the issues which you described.

The service from Hurley's was excellent and I was kept informed every step of the way. The watch was broken due to being dropped on ceramic tile and was returned in like-new condition. I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend them.Hurley Roberts Service Co.

My watch was manufactured in 2003, the watch works perfectly. Which shows the value of the Citizen watch and a service company like Hurley Roberts to service them. They performed all the requested items I was concerned with at a very reasonable price. Yes, it may have taken a few weeks, however the end result is a watch that looks and operates like new. 5 starsEverything happened as advertised. I sent them a 20+ year old Citizens Eco Drive that was not keeping good time. It was easy to ship and I received a quote after a few weeks. It took about 3-4 weeks to get it back and I am very happy with the service.Review fromRon T

I shipped my 20 yr old dive watch for a battery replacement only. They quoted me almost $400 for a whole assortment of "services". I declined and spent the next FOUR WEEKS calling, texting and emailing for them to return my watch. They never answer a phone and you can't leave a message. Only by contacting *********** did they return my watch.Hurley Roberts Service Co.

Dear ******,
You originally requested that your watch be returned un-repaired on October 8th.
We replied on that same day saying that we would begin to process it to be returned to you un-repaired
On October 17th you did a follow up.
You then sent 3 emails on the 20th and 2 more on the 23rd and 2 more on the 24th followed by one on the 28th.
Our hours of operation are that we closed on Friday and during the weekend.
Also as mentioned in our auto reply it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days for us to reply to any email.
On the 28th you were informed that your watch was in the shipping area to be shipped back to you.
It did not take Citizen Watch *** to have us return your watch as we had already been in contact with you 2 days prior to getting any contact from them.
We are sorry for the delay in getting your un-repaired watch back to you and any distress this may have caused.

I have had my Citizen watch repaired/serviced twice in its twenty five year history. I am so pleased that they were completely transparent and forthcoming with their communication regarding repairs and the timetables required. I have to say that last service cost me more than I paid for my watch. However, I really like it and have received numerous compliments on it. No reasonable amount of money can replace that.
