    Gaia.com is an online video streaming website with tons of documentaries, regardless of the variety of videos, the quality is NOT the problem, the lack of customer service and responding to people via email is CRIMINAL (at least it should be). Their Liars, Thieves and Locked me out without notice!I paid money to this website only to be locked out shortly after they took my money. I emailed numerous time the support email that is provided only through the website, no customer service number. Only to be IGNORED numerous times.Just an hour ago I get a bogus no-reply email stating this and the email address they sent it to was not the email I signed up with, but it is the email they IGNORED when I made a complaint of being locked out after they took my money.I was not able to use the "forget password" because their website system was claiming my email was NOT in their system.This company is FRAUD, LIARS and THIEVES!!!!THIS IS GOING ALSO ON RIP OFF REPORT!FAKE NON REPLY EAIL WAS SENT MONTHS LATER Dear *********************, While we're sorry to see you go, we can confirm that you are now cancelled and will no longer have access to our online library at Gaia, after 12/14/2022. If you ever have a change of heart, we'll always be here, continuing with our mission.
