            I placed an order with nfinity on July 3 2024 with express shipping which said it would ship within 3-5 business days. I received an email that stated my order was received and confirmed. I received no further communication. On July 9 2024 I emailed the contact information on their website and received an automated message saying I would hear something within 3-4 business days. I received nothing from them. I emailed again with a request for the status of my shipment on July 11 2024 and still have received no communication from this company. My paypal account has been charged and payment has gone through to them. They have no other way of contacting them except through their email. This is supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter in 4 days and I can not get any information from this company on the status of my shipment, or can not find a way to cancel my order to try and re-order the item.

            We ordered shoes in November for my daughter. We followed their sizing guide and sized up one size. When the shoes arrived, they were way too small. We immediately followed the return procedure and got a return authorization code. The shoes were received by Nfinity (from *****) at the end of December. I started corresponding with them at the end of January to see where my replacement shoes were. I was emailing with someone named *****. I have had no answers to anything for three weeks. I am out the original cost of the shoes plus shipping them to ***** and shipping them back from *****. I tried the number listed on this site but it went to an answering machine. This is a giant rip off.
