I placed an order with nfinity on July 3 2024 with express shipping which said it would ship within 3-5 business days. I received an email that stated my order was received and confirmed. I received no further communication. On July 9 2024 I emailed the contact information on their website and received an automated message saying I would hear something within 3-4 business days. I received nothing from them. I emailed again with a request for the status of my shipment on July 11 2024 and still have received no communication from this company. My paypal account has been charged and payment has gone through to them. They have no other way of contacting them except through their email. This is supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter in 4 days and I can not get any information from this company on the status of my shipment, or can not find a way to cancel my order to try and re-order the item.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sparkle bag over 1 month ago. I paid 200 dollars and didn't get so much as an email yet. they have not shipped my item. I messaged the company numerous times with no response. I'd just like my order or to know it's shipped. I paid extra for next day shipping.Initial Complaint

i purchased an item june 12 they charged my credit card it shouldve been here 2 weeks ago i have heard nothing no shipping notification i sent them several emails with no response on where my item is and then yesterday they sent me a response saying sorry your shoes arent what you wanted please **** them back, i didnt order shoes! i just want to know where my order is since you have charged my card there is no phone number for this company to reach a person just a personal number to ********************** marketing coordinator and left several vm nothing returned i have sent messages on fb instagram and nothing i just want my order of the uniformer. For such a large company how do you not have customer service contacts you state you have a chat option on your site but that is a lie. this is crazy doing business like this.Initial Complaint

We had just resolved the issue in early June.6/18/24 - sent an email to **** stating that the new shoes were big and I'd need to do another exchange.6/18/24 - a confirmation email was sent acknowledging receipt of my email.6/18/24 - an email was apologizing for the shoes not working out and sent a link with the return process.6/18/24 - received an email from ***** stating that the return window had passed. It had only been 2 days, but they were going to make an exception for us to return.6/18/24 - I tried to begin the process via the link they provided. The order # was not being recognized. I emailed ***** stating that. 6/19/24 - I sent another email asking for acknowledgment and assistance.6/20/24 - I sent a 3rd email asking for acknowledgment and assistance. Still no reply.6/23/24 - ***** finally replied and sent me a new order # to submit to start the process of exchanging.6/25/24 - Order number supplied from Nfinity was entered and still didn't work. I sent 2 screenshots providing proof of problem.6/26/24 - Still no reply, I sent a follow up email.6/29/24 - Still no reply, I sent another follow up email.I've requested a phone # and they will not supply it. I need to return these shoes and get ones that fit. Their sizing guide on the website is terribly inaccurate.Initial Complaint

Placed an order for Nfinity Mid-top Beasts, size 7.5 (white) and a Uniformer on 6/16/24. Order SPFY250163 Received a email stating order was received, then follow-up on 6/17/24 confirming items shipped. Package received on 6/19/24 with packing list stating both items were in there. Unfortunately, it was just the uniformer. The shoes were not in the package.I've tried reaching out for assistance without being able to connect with a customer service person. No phone number on file for customer service and the company is not responding to my emails or ******** Messages. I would like the item ASAP or a full refund included tax and the $0.98 fee for exchange options.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of shoes. They where the wrong size so I put in a return and sent them back. I got an email saying that they would contact me in two business days with a shipment for new shoes after they received them 9 days ago and I havent heard anything. I had to pay the return shipping and the restocking fee plus the cost of another pair of shoes and still dont have shoes and cant get ahold of customer service. I have paid for two pairs of shoes and have not received the shoes or a refund for the pair I sent back. Just would like some communication and for my shoes to ship and a refund for the initial pair.Initial Complaint

Ordered my daughters cheer shoes on 3/13/24. My husband and I are divorced and I had her shoes set to deliver to his home in **********. I told my daughter they would arrive March 18th. I had honestly assumed she had received them since she didnt mention not getting them. She finally mentioned to me they had not come in and where were they a couple of weeks ago. I have since attempted to file a claim to Route (where I paid through Nfinity for insurance) and was denied since it was outside of the my window but given an email of someone at Nfinity and was was told the person was amazing to deal with. I never got an email or response so emailed Nfinity. I can honestly say not having the ability to call someone at either business is insane!!!! Nfinity just emailed me back and said to refer to my claim with Route and they could help me. I looked back and it says the shoes were delivered to ******* which is 20 miles away, no address and to someone named ****. *** has not returned an email either. I have a tracking number, order number and route number from Route. This is unbelievable and told I am out of luck????? I just want my daughters shoes which I paid $173 for after taxes, shipping and my package insuranceInitial Complaint

On January 19, 2023, I placed an order for a sweatshirt and a backpack. On January 23, I was delivered someone elses order which was shoes and a purse. I immediately contacted customer service about my issue in which they told me that they will send me a Label to return the incorrect items. They have not sent me the label, and I have requested the label to be resent many times with no response. They still have not shipped my order to me. At this point I have emailed them again and asked for a refund as I no longer want my items that I was never shipped. I just want a refund and I just want to return someone elses order so they can get it.I have reached out many times to customer service via email several times with no resolve. I have included my phone number and pictures and evidence of my claim and begged somebody to call me. Nobody is getting back to me and I really need to get this resolved.Business response

To the concerned:
We found this request resolved when, on 2/26 the customer was refunded in full for their order that did not deliver (screenshot attached). We also provided a prepaid label to use in sending the incorrect items back - and they were delivered 02/28 on UPS#1Z3V79F69096181376. These details were communicated to the customer, and we now consider this matter resolved.

January 10, 2024, I ordered a backpack online ($110 including shipping). Within 15 minutes of ordering, I realized the shipping address populated incorrectly. There was no customer service number, so the only option I had was to email their general customer service email address to request either a cancellation or change of delivery address. Luckily, they did respond by email the next day to confirm my order was successfully canceled in time before the item was shipped. The email also stated that I should see funds returned to my payment method in 2-3 business days (which would have been January 16 or 17).January 24, 2024, 5-6 business days after I was supposed see a refund, I emailed their general customer service email address to ask what the status of the refund was. The next day, I received an email response that they were sorry to hear about the issue and have reached out to their internal department to look into this. I have not heard back since, despite a follow up email on February 2nd and another on February 9th.I will now be forced to open a dispute with my credit card company. This is a terrible inconvenience and it feels like this company is blatantly stealing from me.Initial Complaint

I ordered product Sept 13th 2023 and am still trying to recoup monies from my return that they received Oct 11 2023. Here is a summary of the correspondence. 1- Sept 13 2023 - ordered product 2- Sept 23 2023 - wrote about return of project 3- Sept 24 2023 - received issue # ***** and was told to return with details how to do so. 4- Oct 11 2023 - received proof of return and arrival at Nfinity Facility 5- Oct 17 2023 - I sent email advising that it had arrived at Nfinity facility; Received new issue # ***** 7- Nov 1 2023 - I was asked for proof of return by ***** 8- Nov 2 2023 - I provided proof of return 9- Nov 8 2023 - I followed up on status of return / refund request 10- Nov 15 2023 - wrote escalation email threatening escalation to social media since no phone # to escalate 11 - Nov 16 2023 - magically received a refund notice 12 - Nov 17 2023 - Responded to **** (new person in the mix) and I will reach out if not received 13- Nov 25 2023 - Reached out as refund had not been received ; Received a new issue # (*****) 14- Nov 17 2023 - apologized for not receiving refund and reached out to internal department and will update as soon as possible. (It is Rajiv again) 15- Dec 5 2023 - Sent email to check in on status of refund - received a new issue # (*****) 16 - Dec 7 2023 - received an email from ****** now - saying they had big back log from Black Friday and cyber Monday and now have it all cleared - he said I should receive a notification that day or the the next day ; Received a new issue # ***** 17 - Dec 26 - sent a follow up 18 - Dec 27 - Received response from Rajiv with a copy of the refund notification that was supposedly refunded Nov 16th (Bank never received it. FYI I followed up with bank 4 times - never received an attempt to return, 19- Jan 25 - followed up again and received a new issue # ***** 20 - Jan 26 - Rajiv reached out and said went to internal department to follow up. 21- Feb 6 - sent a follow up note
