    I’d like to leave a review for Brooke my representative. She was so sweet and understand. She handled everything pretty quickly and ensured my payment would reflect on my credit history within 30 days.

    This company is downright HORRIBLE! I have delt with collection companies in the past that was understanding of situations that happen in people's lives and helped me by giving me a settlement offer and setting up a payment plan. I let them know that I was going through things and had ****** in the family, but they did not care! They still continued to be harass me, be rude and nasty and disconnected the call on me several times when I tried to reach a resolution with them. This is a horrible company, and I hope they change their tactics, or they will continue to get bad reviews. If this company could learn some compassion and understanding they would get better results! Some people will just stop all contact with a company just because of the rude employees!!!

    I received a summons from this company who I have NEVER completed any business transactions with. The paperwork says they are collecting on behalf of ***** *********, but I paid this particular business partial on credit card and my insurance paid its part. My remaining costs were financed through a third party called **** ******. Collection Receivables never sent me anything in the mail. I never spoke to anyone via telephone. I do not understand why I have received a summons from them. They are even asking that I pay an additional $460.00 in collection fees to them. I did not ask them to collect anything, nor did I provide permission for anyone to give them any of my personal information.

    They try to play nice and sweet until you can’t make a payment. The secretary thought she muted the phone. I heard the staff talking about my file in the background. The words they said shouldn’t be said about anyone. Anna B****…the collection agent’s name

    Good afternoon, This kind of behavior is against our company policies and we would like to investigate it and address it immediately with our staff as all of our calls are recorded. However, I can't find an account with under your name or email address in our system. Could you please email our office manager ******************** and provide either your account number, phone number or what other name your account might be under in our system? We would like to address and rectify the situation. Thank you.

    I was just harassed by this company at 8:30am on 3/25/23, more than once, demanding I pay a bill that I never asked the company for services. This company is very unprofessional and violates customers rights. I was told even though I didn't asked for the services I was still LEGALLY obligated to pay for the services. They end the call twice one while trying to explain and forwarded my call to voice-mail multiple times. I only picked one star because I had to.

    I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a collections representative, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. While I regretfully forgot her name, her professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression. Despite the nature of the conversation, she managed to handle the situation with a remarkable level of empathy and understanding. Instead of making me feel uncomfortable or stressed, she approached the matter with a genuine desire to find a resolution that worked for both parties. Her communication skills were truly commendable. She explained the details of the situation in a clear and concise manner, making sure that I fully understood the circumstances.

    Even tho I didn't believe I owed the debt. I spoke with Haley and she was the most friendly and helpful debt collector I have EVER had to deal with. Complete and total professionalism at it's finest. Thank you Haley for making it a little less painless. I paid the full debt because in the grand scheme of things whether I believe I owed it or not and thought that I was being rail roaded by Power House Gym in Lake Jackson, TX. I understood at the end of the day it IS MY credit score that was being affected and I am looking to purchase a home. So Thank you Haley for your help and listening to me vent and still being helpful and polite.

    This is a standard collection agency, but it is a joke. It is an entry-level job that requires no prerequisites, and they basically train people to be nasty and aggressive towards customers and people to try to get the most money out of you as possible. If you hold an account with this company, and are interested in paying it. I recommend setting up a payment plan on a card that is not connected to you bank account. Make sure the payments don’t decline, because they will give you this junk about not being able to return you to payments due to the decline due to their “financial department” which is literally just another associate a few desks away. If you can manage to keep your accounts from going to collections please do so. So that you won’t have to deal with a low life in a cubicle working for 12 plus commission making it their job to make your day miserable. Also all the names Beth, Hailey, Jessica etc are fake names that they use to protect their identities. I guess because they pick up local company debts.

    It is really unfortunate that this consumer feels so angry that she wants to make this type of review. It's not justified and it is completely inaccurate. If this consumer is intrested in commicating with us again, she is welcome to call and request to speak to management so that we can attempt to reach a resolution. That is the only statement we will make regarding these allegations.

    By far the worst collection agency I’ve dealt with. I got a call from Beth very aggressive tone on voicemail when I called back I was in ****. When I say RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! I spoke with Beth, Jena, and Hailey the words of Hailey “I’m not here to answer your questions”; however you trying to collect debt. Then says it’s her account but Beth was the initial person who called. Listening is so important in communication! I will pay my debt however IN PERSON ONLY with the Owner of the company. I don’t trust this company nor the people that works for this company. Paying with a debit or credit card Is NOT an option . These people will not get anymore information of mines besides what they have. This company is a joke. Some advice: Trying to collect debt use more of an assertive approach vs. aggressive approach use human relations making a win for not only your company but all parties involved.

    I think people should pay their bills if they owe money. If you pay the debt you wouldn't be harassed. I just hired them to collect the debt for me and hearing you guys complain about them being persistent is a smile to my face. Sounds like I have the right company Collect my debt
