            On *****, a payment of $105.00 was made to ABC loans for my vehicle. After each payment, a code must be sent to the vehicles embedded gps system so that the car can be utilized. The code to reset my vehicle was not sent as promised. I was able to send a one time code to the vehicle but it was temporary and only lasted for 24 hours. The business was not open on Monday, ***** to discuss the matter and did not send out any additional notifications other than a posted sign on the door. I was out of town due for the holiday weekend, making this very inconvenient for myself and my family.

            This company has cut my car off before my payments was due and even when I made a payment, they would turn it off. I’ve called multiple times trying to discuss it and understand why and they never know why. Recently, I called to check to see when my payment was due because it’s due every 2 weeks, she tells me it’s due on that Friday. So I go to leave for work and my cut wouldn’t start up, I call back and ask and she said, “ yes, the days was to 2 days before Friday.” Why when I just called and spoke with the same lady. I can’t wait to pay this car off with them because it has happened well over 10 times. Even when I was at a stop light and they claim they don’t cut it off of the car is in motion but they did. Which is not legal. I’m considering in loving my attorney because this is a mess.
