Damien pressure washed our house and did a great job, and the price was affordable. I will be calling Roof Saver Solutions again in the future as needed. Damien was very professional, communicated, well and showed up early when I requested a different time due to forecasted weather changes. We are very pleased with the job.

Shane F*******, Sales Manager came to my house upon my viewing of the ad on TV. He claimed that the roof inspection looked good with one minor issue on a vent boot. My home has pitched roof and a float roof covered with the white rubber type roofing material and it is in good condition. He came inside and described what the will do to protect my shingles. He said there was 6000 sq feet of shingles on my roof and proceeded to ask if I wanted the service and produced a nice explanation of the work. The quote was for $10,000 and they would repair the vent boot with silicon. It had been repaired in the past. I signed the form and made the deposit of 20% ($2000). He did explain they do not treat the rubber roof. Kellie (Schedule) Office Manager) called me back a day or so later to schedule the soft washing process. I got to thinking 6000 sq feet was more than expected but I thought he included the flat roof area. Several days later on the day they were to come do the soft wash I was not available due to being out of town. I called Kellie to reschedule and told her I would let her know. I checked old invoices for the last roof replacement and the shingled area was 3950 sq ft. I called Shane, asked how he came up with 6000 sq ft. He said he used a pitch program on his phone. I told him I did not appreciate him lying about the surface area and did not want their services and wanted my deposit back. He said he would take care of it and refund my $2000.00 deposit. I will see if he is going so see if he keeps his word this time. Stay tuned!!

    **. *****,
I hope you are doing well today. I would like to extend my sincere apologies for the misunderstanding that has occurred. Please do not be upset with Shane, as this is entirely my fault. Shane was experiencing poor reception that day and asked me to measure your roof. Unfortunately, I measured the wrong roof and mistakenly pulled the data for one of your neighbors' homes, which resulted in a measurement of 6,000 sq ft. Shane was simply relaying the information I provided him.
Today, I used a different software and was able to accurately bring up the correct rooftop data. Your roof is approximately 4,000 sq ft, not counting the modified rubber roof you have at the back of your home. This error has never happened to me before, and I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
Your money is being returned to you, and if you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to call me.

    Best Regards,

I wasted my money. I paid $4,050 straight up to have this process done and I feel my house is in worst shape than before the process was done. The leaks from the so-called repairs done are bigger. Bernardo or whatever his name didn't replace the rotten wood and he put a red shingle on gray asphalt roof. I have spots where the chemicals discolored my paint. After my experience, I would advise anyone, if you need a roof, don't waste your money and your time and the energy it takes trying to get the problem resolved. I spent all that money and I still need a roof.

Ms. Dixon, your comment that you feel your roof is in worse condition is your opinion and I cannot and will not try to change your mind. Our rejuvenation is designed  to extend the life of your asphalt Shingles and there is proven testing to back this statement. Rejuvenation cannot prevent leaks and we are up front about this. There are many reasons roofs leak (pop nails, damaged pipe boots, vent failures, etc) Shingle rejuvenation is in no way a leak preventer. There is not a product that is. We addressed your concerns and came to repair the leak in April of this year (2023). This is the first I have heard of this since that time. If you have had problems we would have gladly come back as many times as it would have taken to correct the issue. No one or no company is perfect, however we stand behind what we do and if we would have been notified the issue would have been corrected.

There was a called made to Larry Hogue on May 23, 2023 concerning the work done on April 22, 2023 because the repair still did not take care of the leaking problem. I had to call and text several times before someone came back to check out the problem. Also, the repair done on April 22 was because the initial repair work for the process was poorly done, but I had to pay $450.OO because I was told it was new work. OK, that being said, leaks then begin to appear in the area where the new repair was made. I had another roofing contractor take look at the spot and he said the wood was rotten and repairman did not replace it. So, Bernardo (the non-English speaking repairman) came back with wife and daughter in toe on June 2, 2023. He spent from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm and placed a red colored shingle on my charcoal gray roof. The shingle is an eyesore from a distance and the area is still leaking. It was also very frustrating trying to communicate with the repairman using a phone app. Also update your files so you will know when customers have made contact. So please don't say if you had been notified. Great concept, poor execution.

I had the roof rejuvenation done on my mother's house and it looks like a new roof! From the time it was scheduled to when the work was completed took about a week. The crew was very respectful to my elderly mother and she was very pleased. I would definitely recommend Roof Savers. I appreciate Shawn and Kellie prompt customer service.

Save your money. It is a great concept but executed very poorly. Obviously the salesmen and workers don't know science and are not interested in doing a good job. They left me with a big mess to clean up as well as dead grass from the bleach and killed plants that were smothered in oil. I had to insist they come back to really CLEAN the roof . I feel I wasted my $2500 as well as my time trying to get workers to do the work that was promised.

Shelba, we contracted with you on April 10, 2023 and the agreement you signed clearly stated that our work would be completed in 4-6 weeks. Roof Savers completed your work on May 8, 2023 which is 4 weeks to the date you signed the agreement. As far as a big mess we made and killing plants and grass, this is the first news of this to us. Why did you not call us? If anything was done to disrupt your property, we will be happy to come out and fix the issue. When you called our production manager, Shawn, with concerns about the initial soft wash of the roof, we scheduled an additional appointment to address your concerns and you seemed very pleased with our work at that time. Also, during the final treatment you paid the bill in full. Might I add, your son informed our crew that most contractors will not do work for you because there are always complaints from you and you seem to be confrontational about all work done for you. He apologized to us if we had the same issues and also told our crew that the roof looked amazing and we did a great job. If you would like to call me to discuss your concerns, I will be more than happy to speak with you and if anything has been done on our part to kill any plants or grass, we will take care of the issue as soon as possible.. Our reputation and customer service is our number one goal. The office number is (706) 786-1819. We look forward to hearing from you.

They'll come to your house and tell you the steps needed and how it can be done within a week. They said, the first step is to kill the algea staining your roof, then after that treatment, they'll come back and use their "shingle rejuvenator" spray. I was given a quote and gave a $360 deposit. A week later I'm calling them wondering when they'll show up. A week later a ******* couple along with their daughter (who played in my yard) showed up in a rented U-haul truck pulling a trailer. I watched as they emptied 4 gallons of "Pool Essentials" ($5 a gallon) into a sprayer and the man climbed on the roof and sprayed it. The woman used my garden hose to soak the ground around my house to dillute the chlorine from the pool essentials, running off my roof. It took maybe an hour and then they left. Another week goes by and no word so I called them again. "Oh I was just about to call you!" (whatever) A week later and the same ******* family comes out. This time they needed to use my electrical outlets to power their sprayer, along with my garden hoses. I'm not sure what they were spraying but it had an ordor to it. The man spray painted my vents and used black roofing caulk around some of them. Did they leak? Nope. Does my roof look better? Yes - cleaner. I know "Pool Essentials" will clean/kill the algea from your roof and remove those dark stains. I have a powerwasher that I can add the chemicals too that will do the trick. I was a little surprised the people you see on the commericals are not the people who came to my house. They didn't have any logo'd clothing, just stained work clothes. Maybe it's that way just in S. Carolina (?) But if you don't speak another language, you may be out of luck. Would I recommend them? I really can't, plus it took a month and it was me that had to call/chase them down after giving a deposit. Will my roof last longer? Who knows. . Only time will tell. I'm not holding my breathe on the "5-year warranty" (What do I compare it to?)

Good Morning ****, I hope you are doing well today. I'm disappointed to hear you are not happy with our service, even though, you state in your review your roof looks better. As one of the owners of Roof Savers, it's very important to us that our customers are satisfied with our service. I was the person you originally met with and I always outline the service timeline with each customer. From the date of you signing our agreement, I stated we are on a 3-5 week timeline to finish the job which includes 2 trips to your home. The first visit is to remove algae from the roof and complete a roof tune-up. The 2nd visit is to apply the roof rejuvenation treatment to the roof which adds 5 years of life to your roof. You signed up on ****** **, 2022 and your service was completed by ********* **, 2022. Our service team are some of the most knowledgeable and hard working individuals in the industry. Not only can they do soft wash treatments and oil rejuvenation treatments, but they can do roof repairs and full roof replacements. We are very blessed to have them on our team. The fact that they are ******** should have no bearing on their ability to do their job. As far as spraying your plants and grass area with water, we do this to protect your property from the solutions we use. This is for your benefit as we do not want to cause any potential issues with your plants, grass, outdoor furniture, vehicles or pets. Your other concern was the U-Haul vehicle our service team drove, I don't understand the issue, but for your information, the service team had vehicle issues and so we did not delay service for our customers, we rented a vehicle for them until their vehicle was ready. We want our customers serviced and hopefully happy instead of having to call them and tell them there will be delays. Finally, our roof rejuvenation process comes with a 5-year transferrable warranty. This warranty is provided by my company, Roof Savers Georgia LLC, and also by the manufacturer, Greener Shingles. If your roof shingles become dry and brittle within the 5 year period, we will visit your home and re-apply the rejuvenation solution to your shingles. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call at (706) 945-5746 or you can give Greener Shingles a call at 1 (844) 543-3456 and they can answer any questions about the roof rejuvenation process and the benefits for your roof shingles. We thank you for allowing us to service your home and again I'm very sorry you are unhappy. The fact that you state your roof looks better than before hopefully is some consolation.

They say a moment of truth is marketing lingo for an opportunity a customer has to form an impression about a company, product or service.

I also believe a consolation prize is something given to game show participants.

I was told by you, that your company's work schedule was about 3-5 weeks out due to being busy. I was fine with that, left the work schedule up to you and paid a deposit.
However, I was told once they started work, it would be a matter of maybe a week to complete the 2-part job.

Sadly, it was me who had to call your company after a week to ask when you would start?. No one called me with a schedule. Was I to pay a deposit and "hope" I'd hear from you again?! Communication is key in any business.

Driving a U-haul truck wasnt an issue or a concern but more of a "marketing" shock. Your commercials are very well done with men working on roofs. I didnt see a women in any of them or teen age children.
So you can imagine my surprise when a U-haul truck pulling a beat double axle tailer with no wheel fenders arrives and out pops a ******* family.

The fact that they are ******** has no bearing, this isn't about ethnicity. Im sure like many companies you appreciate your hard working team members.

The problem is the people working on my roof don't speak ******* and thus could not relay any information to me regarding the condition of my roof, vents or any repairs I may need.

I believe you said his name was "Pedro".
After washing my roof, they were packed up and ready to leave. Pedro stood in front of me speaking in Spanish, desparetly trying to tell me something. Finally after 2 minutes, all i could do was shrug my shoulders, hoping he understood i couldnt understand him.

His wife realized there was an issue and pointed to his cell phone at which point he spoke into his phone and then pressed "Translate" I felt sorry and disheartened at the same time.

His translated message basically said he did not check for leaks on the vents but he would do that when he returned for the second part of the job. Basically he washed my roof with a pool cleaner without checking for leaks, prior. Communication seems to be breaking down at this point.

The other issue was the delay of treatments, especially when I let you decide what worked best for you and your schedule. I understand work doesn't happen as planned. You scheduled a specific day and time only to cancel just moments before they were to arrive. I wasted a day.

When Pedro returned the 2nd time, again, with his daughter in tow. My concern was if she would have gotten hurt on my property - was she your employee or would it have fallen on my homeowners insurance?!

Then more confusion came as you called me while Pedro was on the roof, and told me that I needed 2 vents replaced.

You informed me that Pedro would have to come back later that evening because he had no vents with him. Nor did he have any black spray paint to paint the vents.
Then while you were on the phone with Pedro, suddenly a determination was made and you called me back to say that I didn't need any vents replaced but Pedro would have to come back because he didnt have any paint.
Then i watched as his wife tossed him a can of spray paint and a caulking gun.

I watched him caulk around vents and painted them black. Overspray is on the surrounding shingles but im done with this. I watched as Pedro and his family packed up and left without a word.

Will I do this again or recommend it? No, I blew enough money on pool cleaners and "essential" oils.

The real issue I see, is verbal communication.
Your workers didn't speak ******* and I dont speak *******
But they're the ones doing the work, if that's some sort of consolation.
