    I paid 2,285.00 for Roof Savers to clean my roof. They did and I was not satisfied with their work. It took over a month for them to try and fix the work but they finally did and I again was not satisfied with the work, but it was better. The second time they clean my roof they finished with cleaning harsh chemicals in my grass which killed my grass. I spoke to Alan one of the owners who promised me that the problem would be taken care of, but they refuse to do what they promised!! The photos show the chemicals in the grass on ***** *** 2024 and over a month later where grass has not grown in over a month. I settled for the roof but, I will not allow them to get away with the damage they clearly caused in my yard

    I'm particularly concerned about the damage to your grass due to the cleaning chemicals. This is not the standard of service we aim to deliver, and I take full responsibility for the incident and understand the importance of your lawn, and we are committed to resolving this issue as you and I spoke about.
    As owner, I assure you that we will take care of the problem, and we apologize for any perceived lack of follow-through. To make things right, I have taken following steps:
    I have sent a team to access the damage to your lawn and determine the best course of action to restore it.
    We will cover the cost of repairing the affected areas of your grass, ensuring it returns to its original condition.
    We will provide a follow-up service to ensure the grass restoration is successful and meets your expectations.

    These steps are being taken this week.

    The company came to my home with two samples of shingles ( i wanted grey). He said I picked out the one he put on my house. But I wanted grey and it is not grey. Gave him a check for 3700.00. He did not give me a receipt. The roofers came and put the roof on and upon completion which was about night and I can't see very well. The next day I looked at it and it looked brown, not grey. They came the next day for the remaining money for the roof. I wrote a check for 3700.00. I called the next day and they verified he did bring the check into the office. I asked them to have the gentleman come back because the roof was brown. He apologized and told me he was so sorry he did not tell me it had a brown in it. I finally received a receipt and I am grateful for that but I should have been given that receipt upon payment. I am 90 years old and have to make a 217.00 a month payment on this roof as I had to borrow the money because I needed a roof. I am disappointed that this was not what I asked for. As I wanted a grey roof and they knew that. I want my house to look right, I dont want a brown roof on a grey house. I want the grey roof that I asked for, however they can make that happen. They can go over the existing shingles, I would be fine with that. I just want the roof grey like I asked from the beginning.

The account executive who sold you your roof showed you the two sample colors that were available. Your choice was "weather wood" which is what was installed. I personally came to your home to collect the remaining balance due and was glad to hear you were happy with our team that installed the roof and their professionalism. Also, I came to visit you in the late afternoon which had given you two full days to view the roof and there was never a mention to me that you were unhappy with the roof color and you did pay your balance in full. However, you did call me a few days later and voiced your concerns. I immediately called the account executive that you had worked with and he drove to your house and reminded you of the color choice you made. At this point, there is nothing that can be done to rectify this situation unless you would like for us to come back out and put gray shingles on top of the existing new ones. We can do this for you but our materials and labor cost will have to be covered. Our number one goal is to provide a great experience and professional service for each of our customers and it disappoints us when we have an unhappy customer. Please call us if you would like to change the color and we will expedite the work for you. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/08/16) */ I cannot afford to take out another loan. Please, is there another way to help me with this. Since the roof would have to be reshingled we would incur expenses that we would at least need to be covered.. I have driven by your house and your roof looks really good with your home. I am so sorry you are not satisfied.
