    Staff is extremely rude. They charge whatever they want because they have the corner market on towing. Every experience I’ve had with them has been horrible.

    Chanceys Towing have a contract with *** but their service have gotten worse over the years. Chanceys co have gotten larger with the help of the contract but their service have not improved. If it’s a problem with lack of competent workers the company should train and hire more people. No one should have to wait 3hrs for roadside service.

    Called for service through *** at 8pm by 11:00pm they still hadn't shown up. Called multiple times and got the usual run around about only 3 drivers and we are so busy... on a Mon night. Terrible customer service so far and the tow driver hasn't even showed up.

    I left clearance instructions and I was told to lock my car as I was taken to the hospital . My daughter was home and yet they towed my car. They refused to do so . Plus my car was drivable and I requested it be taken to my house. They sent me papers that was not explained to me my rights. They are trying to make money off those who have the least

    Within the time frame that Progressive quoted. Professional driver (kentrel). Crisis avoided. I cannot thank yall enough!!!
