              Terrible "customer service". I had purchased a new *** pistol (***). There was a coupon for a ******** laser in the box. I ordered online using the promo coupon. I received the laser, read the instructions, watched an installation video. I then realized the item would not fit my gun. After waiting on the phone for 30 minutes, I decided to email their customer service. I had sent them a scan of the coupon with the correct promo code. I had to return it to them at my expense. They said my refund would be in 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. They did refund the cost of the item but nothing else including state tax. Simply stated they sent the wrong item.

              BBB, thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr. ********* concerns. The item purchased for a ******** firearm not a *** firearm. The wrong item was purchased. When this happens, we do not provide a shipping label to return the item or provide a refund for shipping because we shipped the correct item the customer ordered. There were no taxes charged on this order.
