    This rental company is operating in a highly illegal manor, yet they are being protected by local law and code enforcement. There is a history of tenants attempting to bring issues to the proper authorities, and instead of the company being held responsible, the tenant who reporting the issues is "punished." The properties are absolutely disgusting, there are issues with pest and mold. When addressing the issue with Ms. *** she proceeds to tell the tenant that it is their responsibility to take care of it. Utilities to properties have been reconnected in previous tenants names without their consent. No tenant has never been reimbursed their security deposit, even if the rental is in better condition than when the tenants moved in. Many tenants have started taking pictures of the property when they move out to present when additional charges are being added to the apartment damages. Ms. ** has actually told previous tenants that they will not be reimbursed the security deposit and they owe thousands of dollars because they did not clean the rental well enough when they moved out. Tenants that have no where else to go fear trying to stand up to Ms. ** about any issues because she has a history of evicting and suing (which are always ruled in her favor somehow) tenants who have spoken up. She has been brought to court by several tenants, from several properties, for similar reasons. Still the courts always rule in her favor. Somehow she knows the right loopholes to bring up in the court room. Plus it has been brought to my attention that not only the city's judges, but also many city officials have a personal relationship with Ms. **. There are also rumors that she has bribed many different enforcement agencies and city officials as well. Ms. ** has been brought to court and the reason for the case being filed. The rulings are always in her favor, including counter suits.
