The Customer ******** **** did not purchase a home from Common Sense Housing, but in fact bought a home from Common Sense Properties, LLc. The state inspector came out and did a thorough inspection, and all matters that were deemed neccesary to address by the Seller have been taken care of. Please see report from fire marshall. Mr **** has emailed and called several times saying that he did not do his due dillegence when looking at land. He said he purchased after his realtor showed him land/home package by video. The Seller has sent several contractors out to attend to Mr ****** request, and he has continued to be unhappy.  The same package has been sold to other customer's who have no complaints such as his.  Thank you for reaching out.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:They are lying about doing any of the repairs to the home or property. The Georgia State Fire Marshall is returning to inspect the home after said work is completed. Due to  the response they gave I will be contacting the State inspector to do the final inspection and inform my attorney of their response. The home installed next door is done by the same company (******* ****** home service)and its done the same way. I can provide emails stating no work has been done.

    Regards,

    ******** ****
