Purchased a Scagg Mower on 5/14/2022. Arranged for a uShip transporter to pick up equipment from the auction company. Without our knowledge Southeastern Auction Company allowed a 3rd party transporter- that we did not authorize- to pick up our mower. The seller did not contact us - or clear the change of direction with us. We did not hear from owner ************************* until after problems started. Our bank deemed this as a fraudulent transaction and reversed the charge. ****** is unwilling to accept any accountability for his actions or this transaction. His comment was - once your mower leaves my business its your responsibility. No comment on releasing our equipment to a Towing Company that we dud not authorize. He has blocked our bidding account - which has 100% perfect rating for our business - deeming us a non- pay. ****** Towing - a business owner who is a friend of Justins still has the mower and is stating he will ONLY accept cash- $600. No wire transfer- no check- no money order. Southeastern Auction Company *** needs to be investigated for a fraud triangle. We have bought over 100 mowers in the last year and have never dealt with such unethical business protocols.
