    Ive been living out here for 4 years. Been through a number of new management but can seriously say the property management team that is here now is the worse Ive experienced. Being that I am an African American woman, I believe that they racially discriminate against me and heres why. Ive been waiting for months for simple maintenance issues to be fixed and every-time I go to the front they tell me that they will handle it. Again, I end up waiting until I have to go up there again about the same issue. Ive witnessed other individuals who are not African American come in and get their issues resolved immediately. Because Ive been here so long I would hope that this isnt the case. The first property management team I had back in ************************************************************ a request, issues were quickly resolved. Ive had mold, leaking refrigerators, broken washers, broken appliances, leaking ******************. This mold has also affected my allergies which has caused me to go to the doctor several times. As of today, Ive been trying to transfer to another unit. This is very frustrating and I need some help to resolve this situation.
