I read a few of the reviews here they are spot on. You would think the way she exhibits herself on her constant FB Lives she is a caring, forth right and a Godly person but not the way she operates her business with her rude a** workers. I ordered the package that was supposed to have 30 Patches + 24 tea bags. I counted both several times there were 29 patches & 25 tea bags. To try to shorten the story ************** returned my call and laughed because I counted everything then said I if I send the extra tea bag back she would send the patch. I told her if I had gotten what I ordered I wouldn't need to pay to ship it back she said she would have to pay to ship the patch. I told her I won't be doing it. If she was considerate and knew what **************** meant she would have apologized and send the patch. I paid for 30 patches not 29. GOD don't like ugly she should practice what she preaches.

They did nothing to correct my problem Lady who answered the phone was hateful. I has ordered from this company over 5 times .I never had a problem until this time never got my whole package. You can't think everyone are scammers I am a honest person who just wants my weight loss patches I paid for

I ordered the slimming tea, and when I ordered I didn't get a time frame when my product would arrive. So, I called, and the person was very rude. I was told that it would take two weeks, well it took three. I ordered Total life Changes weight loss tea a week after ordering this tea and I received that tea in 4-5 days. I have a family member who also ordered ****, and she was also spoken to very very rude. There was a mistake in her order, and she was told and yelled at that there is no refunds or exchanges. My aunt tried to change her order while still on the phone with the lady and she was told she couldn't change her order... I will never order from Mink again. Three weeks way to long and the service was very unprofessional.

Don't even know about this business. According to Ms. ***** live you think that this business must have it going on, well, they do actually. You place and order, receive only part of it, this is where the RUDE employees come it. Oh my gosh, these folks would be in the unemployment line. All the people I have spoken with have been unapologetically RUDE!!! I mean where do you find these folks? They are destroying your business!!! When someone orders products from you, you expect to receive them in the stated amount of time, if not, a notice of the reason and when they might expect them should be sent. Keep the customer in the loop - it is their money that is keeping you in business. When you call to let them know you didn't receive all of the products you paid for, you have to send them pictures of what you did get along with photo of packing, then they come up with another excuse why you can't get the product you paid for. WHAT, who does business like this???? ************, you do not strike me as the type of person who would condone this from her employees, but, if you do, just know God will take care of it for those of us being robbed of our money as well as our faith in you. I will be posting negative reviews daily until I receive the product I faithfully paid for. I held up my side of this transaction, you have not. Not honorable at all. *****************************

So far, I just ordered some hair growth products for my alopecia through sezzle. The order confirmation from mink hair never showed up on my email, but I did get confirmation from sezzle. My order can not be found no where on ***** website. When I called to check on my order, the person that answered the phone was very rude and ghetto acting. There was so much noise in the back ground as if a party was going on. All I have to say after reading these reviews. I hope I get my products, and I won't be ordering from there again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

I have brought several waist trainers from medium up to and including 2X my waist is not that large those waist trainers are not true to size and they will not refund nor exchange. I have also ordered the tea which has done nothing for me. Also patches that have done nothing for me.

The business practices of this company arent meeting the expectations of the owner hype. I placed an order, and still havent received it. I requested a refund before the 7th day after the order was placed and was told of the no refund policy. I will reach out to the ***** ******************* to see if they are allowed to conduct business in this manner for ***** residents. There needs to be some sort of action to take when you remit payment and dont receive a product. To have a D+ rating warrants some sort of investigation, if multiple people are making the same complaint theres a problem. Rather than going live on ********* work on your fulfillment process. Its extremely disheartening to show support to a black owned business and have to deal with horrible customer service.

This company takes people money and do not send tracking information or products. Please do not use them or you will be upset. They email do not work and the phone number do not work properly. Be careful

They are rude rude. I ordered slimming tea March 10, a label was created 3/16...I wanted it for ******* leaving 4/3 ....nothing ever shipped. I emailed and then called a rep said if I happened to order slimming tea it was on backorder, truck just arrived so order should go out within the next day or 2...received order 4/4 while in ******* get back my grease is not in my order. I call and advise she said okay human error and placed a ticket no apology no sorry for the inconvenience. 3 days later rep called and said I'm no eligible to get my grease that I paid for cuz I didn't report it right away. I asked what did I need to report if u knew my order was not sent since tea was on back order. She said she was only the messenger and a supervisor would call me back. Shasicka hill returned my call. She said my grease would be sent. Apology half azz she said I didn't have to explain but I wanted to let her know how rude her and her staff were...why would u not send the grease in the 1st place?? Didn't u read my emails?? Why would I not get my grease that I paid for whether I called the same day or a month later...I paid for it...then no apologies I waited a half of month for something that was not available. U could've relayed that information. I will not be shopping with them again
