    This is ridiculous I ordered back in March The order shows up May 5 yes today ***** All the wrong sizes I ordered one size M I got L XL ***** 4 of the 2 same color ???????????

    I tried to cancel my order after being charged to much for shipping, I was told I couldn't cancel just 1 day after trying to get my money back. After realizing I made a mistake for ordering this product that's not guaranteed to work

    This is the worst company and workers including owner is very rude, nasty and disrespectful. They take your money and don't send all your order and then when you call the person who does answer has an attitude and get smart with you. I placed an order on March 12. Received order on March 27th and half my order was missing. Emailed to let company know and then sent pictures of what came. Didn't hear anything back from them so I called on April 1st. The person got my order number and told me that she would get my order shipped out to me of the missing products. Called again on April 15th to see if my missing items were shipped and I was told they would give me a $10 credit I said ma'am my order is more than $10. Will my order be shipped once items restock. She said no. Then I got upset because The items missing were $50 & $30 so no I was not taking no $10 credit. I want my products or a refund. The owner got on the phone and said I was not missing the items. The person wrote a note saying I was only missing one item which was not true. The lady who said items would be shipped lied and said she never told me that. I told them You got my money. Send my products. The owner gonna say what Money and start laughing. Owner was nasty & rude & was very unprofessional laughing & all while on the phone. It was not funny. I asked for a refund or my products to be shipped. Owner tells me I would not get either & offered a $30 credit. I told her I did not want no credit. My missing items were more than the credit. This company basically is stealing. Taking people money& not sending orders. The owner claims to be a woman of God but is far from it. Don't be fooled by the ******** lives.. No customer should have to go through this. If you mess up a customer order it is your job to fix it. I have ordered from this company several times and every time something was missing but they would send what was missing. This time they refusing to do so. I will never order from this company again.

    On February 14 2025 I order 2 Yoni Femme Wash from Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale a month went by and I didn't receive my items, I tracked my items and they were delivered to someone in *****************, no where near where I stayed. I called and spoke with someone on March 17th about my items that was deliver to another state and the lady asked for my order number which I provided she look up my number and stated my address back to me which was correct. The lady stated that they will replace my items, as of today I haven't received anything, I called today to talk to someone they stated call back in the morning the office is closed. At this point I no longer want the items I just want my money back.

    This is the worse company .I have ordered from them before but never have had the issue that I had this go around. I ordered 2 products on February 5th called several times trying to find out the status of my order each time customer service being rude and smart .I finally received my order March 25th. Didn't get one of the products that I ordered when I called she had the nerve to say that I had 24 hrs to notify and because I didn't that means I will not get the merchandise even after the shipping package stated will ship later . Getting rich off of people and not being a company of integrity is not the way to go. Especially you proclaimed to be a Godly woman. It is not going to end well for your company sweetheart.Change your ways Be blessed.

    I will start by saying that I am only leaving a one star because no starts isnt a option! I ordered a pair of rainbow sneaker and they sent me a plain pair of white sneakers that I clearly didnt order, the invoice slip was inside my order that also stated rainbow sneakers! I did contact someone in customer service on their message line and she asked me to send a picture of the sneakers, packaging and invoice slip and I did that, she stated that she received the information and that she would personally contact me back in a few days after it is reviewed by the manager and it has been over 3 weeks and I have contacted them back but no response this time! I will not be buying from them again, I use to purchase the hair products years ago and the customer service was not so great back then, they forgot to add my free product for buying an amount of products that they never made good on by the way, I guess that I thought after a few years it would be better! I did have some good results on the hair products but the customer service is really bad, I would not advice anyone to purchase from them because they do not pride themselves on making sure that their customers are happy with the products that they order, the white sneakers that they mistakenly sent me are of poor quality by the way, they wont make things right even when it is their mistake! Thats not good business if you ask me! They may have some good hair products but when people dont get what they ordered from clearly a mistake that they made and you dont make it right, then thats not good and its just not right! After this incident you have definitely lost my business! Just beware that you may not get what you order and they wont correct it!

    They have awesome products, but the thing if it is that I ordered products on the 14th of February and paid for expedited delivery which was $39.99 plus tax in which I was told it will be here in 3 days. Today is the 19th of February and I haven’t received my products. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I don’t think I will be ordering from them again because it isn’t fair that I have to pay I for you to expedite my order, but then I have to still wait a week before my stuff come in that makes it seem like that all they are about ismoney and I have been told this over the years don’t give me wrong. The products are awesome but it’s just the delivery is what I’m about if a person pays for expedited delivery then that’s exactly what they need to get. It’s all I’m saying I’m not trying to crush this businessor anything like that but y’all just need to handle y’all business in which y’all have been doing, but I would never order from you all again thank you. .

    I ordered an iPad for my grandchild for Christmas and it is connected to a Chicago school, so therefore my grandchild cant use it. I have been trying to contact the company and was finally told that I can only call about it Monday- Friday. I called today and they told me that they cant swap it out, because its been over 14 days. Im now stuck with an iPad that cant be used. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM Mink Hair Products other than hair products. That stuff on that sight is too expensive for them to be taking advantage of people like they are doing. I received this product on December 14th and I just finally talked with someone on today January 15th and I cant get them to exchange the iPad nor get my money back. I stay in ************** and not in *******, so why wouldnt they exchange it or reimburse me my money? Please dont get taken advantage of like I did.

    I ordered a Laptop 11 G4 HP3(2.16GHz) on November 22, 2024. Received my order on December 16, 2024, it was a USED Chrome Book with keys missing. I emailed the company and called them. The email was undeliverable. The lady one the phone was rude, told me to hold on to speak with someone and she hug upon me. These people need to stop taking advantage of people. I'm trying to return this product. I do not need another Chrome Book.Thank you ***** ********

    They get 0 stars from me. I ordered 2 purses November 11, 2024. Today is December 2, 2024. I called last week to ask about product and the person that answered phone said they were sending it off that day. I look to check tracking and nothing has started moving! I spoke to the boss and she got smart and said she didn't know when the product will arrive and she couldn't tell me when delivery although she took my money of $257.56 ! I told her I have a funny gut feeling about this order and she said its coming I just don't know when. She spoke so unprofessional and always speaking how the Lord has bless her and she is blessing others. I can't beleive this so call company! I hope she does pay everyone back but my gut says no way. Please don't order from them. They charge over 20 dollars to ship one thing! My order came to a total of 70 dollars shipping of 2 purses and taxes. Product was $175 for 2 purses. BBb please fix this situation.
