            On 3/6/2023 I purchased two wheels from this company for a total $485 both invoices are attached both wheels eventually arrived and where the wrong wheels both wheels were returned and received one on 3/28/2023 and the other one on 3/30/2023 I was promised a full refund and have been getting the runaround from this company ever since and now the company refuses to answer my phone calls

            We ordered a rear end for a vehicle on April 6th, they took the $1563 out of our account on April 7th. They told us the part would be delivered within 7 days to our mechanic in ******* where our vehicle was waiting for the part. We called the mechanic 2 1/2 months later to find out if they were done with our vehicle. The manager said they never received the part. We've been calling this scam company since, we have either gotten an answering machine and left a message or we get someone "a sales person, she said her name was "*****". Yeah well ***** sounds like a foreign call center and when I asked her name it took her a minute to come up with the name. She said the parts center would call me back in 30 minutes. I called anonymously 2.5 hrs later because they weren't answering from my phone number after the initial call. ***** said she spoke with parts and they would call by end of day. Now their not answering again. I'll be filing small claims. The email address no longer works, they're payment link doesn't work either. SCAMMMMMM!!!!
