    On 3/6/2023 I purchased two wheels from this company for a total $485 both invoices are attached both wheels eventually arrived and where the wrong wheels both wheels were returned and received one on 3/28/2023 and the other one on 3/30/2023 I was promised a full refund and have been getting the runaround from this company ever since and now the company refuses to answer my phone calls

    I purchased a used engine for 07 ****** Tundra on 2/20/2023 for the amount of $1,095.99 from Prime Auto Parts LLC. The engine arrived rusted and damaged. I refused the freight shipment because of this. I reached out to Prime Auto Parts LLC about the shipment via phone and then a email correspondence was sent to confirm refund payment. Every single time I have called the company at ************* and requested to speak with there accounting department I to get update on refund, the story is either they cannot refund right now because of some internal banking issues and the latest is my information has been given to there accounting department and a refund will be submitted in 5-7 business days. I have called over 10 times checking on my refund and have yet to acquire it. This seem fraudulent and they are unbothered about returning my refund even after the engine was confirmed to had been returned back to them. I will attach the emails I have confirming my refund for the purchase I just explained. The address of this company is ****************************************************.

    Purchased an engine online on March 21, 2023. After waiting for 3 weeks and listening to excuses, they finally told me the engine was shipped and would arrive in 5-7 business days. On the 5th day I called to inquire about it and was told they contacted their logistic team and they couldn't find it on the truck. I said it didn't just walk off, and I wanted my money back. He agreed and said it would take another 3-5 days for that to occur. After it didn't I attempted to call them again, and now they won't pick up the phone when I call them. I purchased this for my grandson, ******************* so I got him to call from a different number. They took the call and when he informed them what it was about, they transferred him to someone else who never picked up the phone. He spent every last ***** of his income tax return to purchase this, so I really want him to get his money back. They really should pay more for the inconvenience for all of us driving him around in the meantime. These people I fear are crooks. Invoice number PAP2303049. $2400.00 dollars for an engine for an engine for a 2011 **** Explorer.

    My car was vandalized, and I needed a steering column for a 2015 **************. I called and spoke to them and ordered it on March 23, 2023, I paid $311 by *******. I have not received it. I've called many times since I placed the order. I have talked to ******, the shop owner, several times, and been told I would receive the part in 5-7 days. I called once and I was told I should have received it. I have not received either the part or the refund.

    I was seeking auto parts early March. Due to wrong parts, the parts were sent back and received March 27, 2023. My husband and I have been calling and trying to get our money refunded ($1323.00). We've been told every excuse possible. Now, it's almost two months later, when we call, the phone goes straight to voicemail or blocked. I would like my money back as promised. I would like to report this place of business as possibly a fraud. The company has had ample amount of time to respond to our calls and emails. Still, no resolution to the issue of a refund in the amount of $1,323.00. The parts were returned and we would like our money back ASAP.     I purchased a used 2011 ****** Murano Transmission for $1600 from Prime Auto Parts February 2023. It was supposed to be free shipping. After not receiving my part for 2 weeks they told me that the part was too much to ship and asked me for another $120 for shipping. I declined and instructed them to just refund me my money. I have been calling them since and getting the complete run around. They keep saying they are going to refund my money, They say I will get an email detailing that they are going to refund my money. I have received nothing. 3 months later, I am still waiting on my refund. They are now saying they were a victim of fraud and was not able to refund my money and that they will process it Friday, May 5th 2023. I should get my ******* to 4 business days after that. I am not hopeful that is is going to happen.

    They sold me a part, touch up paint for my *** which came in as silver but my car is mineral white. They say I ordered the silver. I never opened it and asked for a return autorization, RMA they called it. I did this and they authourized my returned. I never opened it and mailed it with tracking viz **** and paid the return postage out of pocket. $4.90. They did receive the part in the same condition sent to me. They refunded $14 . So why only this little bit and I see they have an F rating with you all. This company is a scam and not an honest business!

    I was searching car parts, came upon the prime auto parts site. I placed my $895 order and then got excuses after excuses. Didn't get my part, just robbed of my money.

    I made a purchase of remanufactured transmission on 2/22/2023 in the amount of ******* . They promise to deliver product in 7 to 10 business day . The only think I receive is invoice# PAP2302084. All calls to them goes unanswered or non return .

    I ordered a used part from the website. I sent a picture of the part that I needed. They received the pictures. I waited for two weeks before calling them. I called my credit card holder, to see if I had been billed for this. And yes I was billed on 2/8/2023. I called on the 17th 18th and the 20th. They hadnt shipped my part that they have already billed me for.On the 24th I received a part... but it wasnt the right part that I ordered.I called them, and all I got was double talk and a little chuckling in the back ground. I asked to talk with the owner. I paid $171.00 dollars for a part I can bye all day long (NEW) for a hundred dollars. The part that they sent me looked like they just picked it up off the ground and shipped. I offered to return what they sent me and get a refund. When I called on them the first time... and they hadnt shipped my order yet!!! I wanted the order canceled. But they gave me so much ****, and they had already billed my card!!! There wasnt much I could do but wait for my part. All I need help with is getting my money back!!!Thanks for anything that you can do to help!!!
