    I find it puzzling that individuals apply for account management positions that emphasize customer service yet fail to provide that service effectively. For instance, I recently had a frustrating experience with a representative named ******* Although the automated messages claim that my time is valued, I was repeatedly asked, Who are you holding for? after waiting for 10 minutes listening to the same recorded message. When I finally reached her, it felt as though I was inconveniencing her.I called because of unexpected charges on my account resulting from an insurance audit. I was automatically signed up for their insurance and debited without any prior notice or approval. Apparently, i was audited due to a random system. In the state of GA, if my insurance lapse - everyone is notified. Clearly they do not know how to operate efficiently. Such practices are concerning and reflect poorly on the companys commitment to customer service.

    It was a terrible process first they told me I had to put 800 down then it changed to 800 down then *********************************************************************************************** over the phone. One of the account managers had referred me to this insurance agent but she was a fraud now I have a driving without insurance ticket when I thought I had insurance. The car been giving me troubles but I have fixed on it, but the engine has a recall on it, but they told me to pay the 250 deductible so they can work on my car that was 4/26/2025. As of today its 5/2/2025 and they still have not touched my car or ordered my engine. They know it cost me some money to use Lyft to go to work then go home but that cost almost $90 dollars a day and since it is a recall on the engine i should have gotten a courtesy vehicle but the only thing they wanted was me to make a payment for my car note but i already paid them all of my Lyft money **************************************** out of money i did not need to spend I can not get my payments taking car of for this month i would like to have my $250 refund for paying for something i did not need to pay for.

    HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!! They lie, *************** scam!! Nothing is legit here, not even their vehicles! They are over priced & mechanically malfunctioning. Every associate lies, the receptionist is a **** to cover up their deception. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION!! ((ZERO STARS))

    DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! If you know whats good for you stay away, They overcharge have this ******** rule about paying before 5 of they will switch your car off like people dont have to work. The monthly payments are too high for cars thats not worth it. If you ask a simple question they dont know the answer to they get mad. I asked the manager a simple question about why am I not getting updates about whats going on with the payment the manager ******** reply was we just work here. Like no s*** and as a manager wouldnt you get updates about whats going on? If your car messes up they will pick the car up right away but then you dont know when youll get it back and they still expect you to make payments. This is a horrible company I wish I wouldve read these reviews before going.

    0 stars. This place needs to be shut down they sold me a car that was broken when I got it the took it and said they were going to fix it in 7 days months went on and the same problem occurred. I gave them their car back last Wednesday and bought a new car at a REAL dealership. I look on my bank account today and they took $1109 from me completely unauthorized and on a card that I did not agree to have on file. Im definitely taking them to court because they can not keep getting over on people like this.

    If I could give a negative stars I would they will charge you 40k for a 5k car. They are selling cars that supposedly have low milage that actually have the milage changed on them. As an employee they will find a way to keep from paying you your commission. Alll around rip-off!!And customer service is not a thing there. Stay away!!

    This used car dealership is knowingly selling lemons. They took my money and it was 24 hours later that every light on the dashboard came on. It was 10 days later when it stopped cranking altogether. They are unprofessional and ******* always has an attitude when youre calling for an update. These people are FULL OF BS dont spend your money here

    Please stay away ****** IS A MASTER ****** I DON'T SEE HOW THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT THEY TOOK $275FROM MY CREDIT UNION GEORGIA OWN GEORGIA OWN SENT THEM A CERTIFIED LETTER SHOWING THAT I PAID THEM ON JUN 25 . REACH OUT TO ****** YOU CAN'T GET ANY HELP FROM ANYONE HE SAID THAT HE RUTURN THE NON BACK TO MY CREDIT UNION ON JUN27 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET AND IT'S JULY 29 I HAVE EMAILS WHERE IM still trying to get my money and they came and took there car from me when i didnt owe them anything. How can these people operate in the state of ******* and our politicians are not doing anything for US as you can see their are clearly taking advantage of good people we work hard for our money and to be taken advantage in this manner is sad not just for sports imports for the state of Georgia take these people license Lock them up for scamming people ****** is the leader finace won't help you out the *** NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER .. PEOPLE STAY AWAY. I HAVE PAPERWORK TO BACK UP EVERY WORD. I'LL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS this is so sad .

    These people are theives they ran my refit card to the max..I never even had a contract with them they stored my account information after I assisted my friend with a 100 dollar paymentI had nothing too do with this purchase never rode in vehicle and they refuse too return my funds my credit card company has disputed but they will not return my hard earned money this is theft holding onto someone card info when I am not contracted for a vehicle ultimate sleazos.

    Beware of this company... ************ is horrible I purchased a vehicle the radio was not working I was told to bring it back on a Tuesday so it could be repaired. I brought it back that Tuesday and they took it to the shop they called me and said it was a part needed and had to be ordered so I can pick up my vehicle and they would call me when the part has arrived. I have been trying to reach them for months ***** the sales manager who sold me the car and promised all this would be handled wouldn't respond back to messages or calls nor the account manager ****** she just told me oh well I'm just stuck with a car with no radio.
