      These people are theives they ran my refit card to the max..I never even had a contract with them they stored my account information after I assisted my friend with a 100 dollar paymentI had nothing too do with this purchase never rode in vehicle and they refuse too return my funds my credit card company has disputed but they will not return my hard earned money this is theft holding onto someone card info when I am not contracted for a vehicle ultimate sleazos.

      Beware of this company... ************ is horrible I purchased a vehicle the radio was not working I was told to bring it back on a Tuesday so it could be repaired. I brought it back that Tuesday and they took it to the shop they called me and said it was a part needed and had to be ordered so I can pick up my vehicle and they would call me when the part has arrived. I have been trying to reach them for months ***** the sales manager who sold me the car and promised all this would be handled wouldn't respond back to messages or calls nor the account manager ****** she just told me oh well I'm just stuck with a car with no radio.

      This company is horrible.They have horrible ************************ service skills. My car started having issues after purchasing 2 months prior. I called the account manager ****** and told him they need to fix my axle and air conditioning. They had the vehicle picked up and said it would take about 3-7 business days. They did not communicate the status of the vehicle. They also did not provide a loaner vehicle causing me to miss a week out of work and cause my son (whose special needs) to miss his therapy. *** tried contacting him for a week and hes been ignoring my calls. I called the place to speak with someone as my car been in the shop for over 7 days. I had to raise h*** just to speak with someone. I asked them to provide me the location of th a shop doing repairs and they refused to let me know.Im thinking about surrendering the vehicle. I would not recommend any one to this horrible a** dealership. Unprofessional & lacks customer service. I told them I will not be making any payments until I get my vehicle back. This caused me so much stress.

      I Bought a car with power steering issues . 1 day driving and they told me I had a warranty. Only thing is it will be in a shop for 5 to 7 business being fixed with no loaner car. It will have to be fixed within 30 business days or I will be responsible for a $250 deposit. Now it seems I have an oil leak for a car I put 2000 dollars down and they will fix my issue without a loaner car . Really frustrated.now I have No transportation while I pay my weekly payment still . Staff who answered the phone are nice/ nasty if you can understand that . They act like there in a hurry to get you off the phone and more than once I have been hung up on . Not sure why but its really frustrating to do business with the switchboard as they call it wont allow you to talk to anyone except your account manager.

      Do not purchase from this carlot. We called to pay our payment they took our card info and we got got an email showing they received the payment. They turned our car off the same day we paid. Called back they confirmed payment and turned car back on. They turned the car off the next day and sent a threatening text that they are going to repo it. We spoke to our account manager ******. He said they never received the payment. Blamed it on Cash app. We made another payment with bank. ****** said well dispute the transaction with **** app. ****** will not return our calls. The ladies that answers the calls is horrible. I asked for ******'s manager to call us. No one will reply to us. We are working with Cash app and looking to file this with court. We have proof of everything. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CAR LOT

      Ive never dealt with such an unprofessional company. They have the rudest employees *** ever dealt with. My payments are to be made on Fridays. They cut the car off at 3:00 on Fridays. You dont even get to the end of their work day which is 8pm. I have been hung up on by them over 15, yes FIFTEEN TIMES. I was trying to pay this past Friday and the lady answered and before I could even speak she said its not my problem you dont want to pay the extra $5 fee!! I said what are you talking about ** calling to pay it right now the website was acting up(as per the norm. Nothing works right when them). This lady proceeded to LAUGH at me. Ive been laughed at twice by their employees. They wouldnt restart my car that night. She said she was sending the signal. I said okay let me try the car. Before I could try she hung up. I had no car that night. I had to uber home. When the payment was made. No one answered the rest of the evening. Pick up and hang up till they closed. Do not use this company. I feel like they preyed on me and my situation. I was a woman alone buying a car for the first time. Im over my head with the *** car. Everything breaks constantly. Their warranty program is absolute c*** My husband had to replace the starter cause they were going to charge me like crazy. Then told me I should pay on time and the starter would t have broken. I had the car 2 weeks and every payment was on time. The lady that sold me the car told me she thinks she job is a joke and didnt care about it. All the employees treat work like a hang out session. It was awful. I was there 7 hours and saw a lot. My antenna is missing, ox cord doesnt work, windows squeak, jumps like crazy at 60mph. Just a c*** car that Ill never pay off. They are there to s**** you and take advantage of you and lie so hard about the owner and how much they care

      My grandparents who are sick and needed a way to their many appointments, bought a car less than 90 days ago, but unfortunately, the car turned out to be a complete lemon. The powertrain warranty is practically useless, and when I called the customer service representative for clarification on the service agreement, I was met with an unprofessional and rude attitude. It's become apparent that this company preys on low-income individuals, taking advantage of the elderly and vulnerable. I'm extremely disappointed that I trusted them and brought my family to this place. Now my grandparents have a car that they can't even use, all because of this company's unethical practices. It's unacceptable, and I won't stand for it.

      I was in a tight situation upon entering a deal with the Gainesville branch of Sports & Imports Auto Sales and was working a full 38- 42 hrs a week and could afford whatever they asked as long as they'd put me in something with low miles; they gave me the only thing they said my $500 down payment could get- a 2006 ******* Elantra LS for $14, 900. Then they gave me the steepest biweekly payment I've ever heard of, $280 every other week for a total of 116 payments, or 4 years. The contract says that at a WHOPPING *****% APR, I'll pay a total of $26,731. But wait! Let's do that math: 280x116=$32,480! Not to mention that the *** on this car is under $4,000 at best! Now, work has been slow, I am behind in other bills and I cannot get refinanced bc I'm upside down yet I can't afford to let this damage my credit score I've worked so hard to build. These people are crooks!

      This was the worst car experience of my life. I have bought many cars and never have I experienced roaches in a vehicle I've purchased. After calling my Account Manger I was told because I didn't bring it to their attention at the first occurrence there was really nothing they could. She did offer to have the car bombed but I would have to leave the car there and wait until whenever they could detail the car with no idea when that would be and I couldn't get a loaner. I bomb the car and notice in the trunk a tube of blood near the spare tire. After calling once again I was told once again there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to management and was told this was going in my account record and they would be in contact. Never heard from them. And they had the nerves to ask about my payment while I was telling them all the issues with the car. When purchasing a car from them please inspect from the front to the back with a fine tooth comb before you leave this lot. Once you drive off everything will be on you... no support at all from them. They will do NOTHING TO ACCOMMODATE YOU IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE.. 4 different occasions I have had to deal with this ***** infective car with no help from this dealership. Blood which is bio hazardous was over looked. If they had taken the time and fully detailed this car before putting it on the lot for customers to purchase all of this would have been prevented.
