On Sunday February 26 my husband called to report that the alarm went on and we needed assistance to fix the pump. The toilette would not flush and water that smelled like sewage was coming up from the shower. **** from ******************************* *********************************************** came to the house and drained the area where the pump is and did not have a pump so he returned the following day. On Monday, February 27 **** installed a new pump and I paid the full invoice $1938. On Tuesday, February 28 both **** and **** returned after I notified them that the toilet and shower issues came back. After they looked at the pump and made calls to **** they noted that the pump is not working and perhaps is not the correct pump and it may take another process. **** removed the new and old pumps and left nothing in the pump area, and left the pump area open with the top off. They said they would provide a temporary fix and that **** would return later. **** did not return. On Wednesday, March 1st both my husband and I called numerous times to get **** to come out and return the pumps. March 2 I called **** at 9:30 am and he stated that **** dropped his son off at school and will be meeting with the Principal and will come to my house afterwards. Since then, both my husband and I have called ****, the office and **** numerous times without a returned call. Please contact me as soon as possible so that we can resolve this matter. I am unable to use water in my home due to the pump removal and an unresolved issue. I appreciate you resolving this issue as soon as possible. If you are unable to fix it we need to settle the invoice paid for fixing the issue and replacing the pump. I also need the old pump returned. Thank you.
