Unprofessional. I put in an application last Friday. I had to bring in my stubs because it didn't work through email . I was told they were opened the next day on Saturday. I went sat the time it would been open but they weren't there. The app was for me and my pregnant daughter who was do soon. That Monday I went back with my stubs and was told my daughter needed to fill something out. She was already in the hospital. The the young man apt mgr said I only had 48 hrs to do app and her being in the hospital wasn't a reason he could give. He goes in to talk to his supervisor. When he comes back he says we are going cancel your app and give you you're money order back. I said ok you can give it back. Right after that he hesitates and go I'm trying help. Tells me I can bring two forms to hospital for her sign and bring back . I had 2 hrs to bring back. I did.I have called after that for follow up. No one ever answers the phone. So I stop by on my way work. The mgr told me they are doing follow *** asked if I had received a call I said I don't believe so. When I listen my msg young female ****** left msg saying my daughter still had papers to sign. I called guy back ask be said she wasn't in office and they will get to my app. Now in beginning process I was told the don't really go by score. I called and finally Friday to see what papers need to be filled. Can't believe she act answered and said oh your app was denied. So after all that not being told what was t signed that got my money order and denied me without no warning. She said I should have gotten an email I checked but no email. If I didn't call back I would have been still waiting n not searching for sy else. I read reviews and seem as this place takes bribed and known for doing stuff like this.
