I bought a new trailer from Sunsouth in ******* **** .the salesman told me that I was buying a 14k trailer. So after buying it I didn’t use it until ***** ** **** and there were some issues with the wiring,some of the welding and the flooring and I called about the warranty. Because I had not received any warranty paperwork and after talking with him.it took until august to get them to send it back to the manufacturer to get fixed. But when I got it back all they had fixed was the flooring and while looking the trailer over I seen that the trailer was only a 10k trailer. And they still won’t give me the warranty paperwork and now the faulty wiring has caused an accident. And I have tried to get an attorney but they say that I need the warranty paperwork and I have sent multiple emails and text messages and phone calls. And all the manager keeps saying that they didn’t have to give me any warranty information.All I want is what I paid for I was charged 3,000 dollars over what a 10k trailer cost and on top of it being defective. Sorry if my message is jumbled I have a disabilityCustomer response

Here’s all of the paperwork that I received. I never received anything from them stating the size of the trailer or the warranty information.Business response

I have explained to Mr. ****** on numerous occasions what the process is when you buy a new trailer from us. We gave him a Title the day he bought the trailer. Any Warranty concerns need to be addressed with ***** **** ******** ** ****** *** There is nothing else we can do for Mr. ******.

I am rejecting this response because: What is the Magnuson-Moss Act and the consumer protection act any company that sales a brand new product is required to provide a copy of the product warranty and this is a federal law
