I recently had the pleasure of speaking with ***** from Not a ********* Roofing company, and I must say that his level of professionalism and expertise left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment we began discussing the job, he proved to be highly informative, ensuring I had a clear understanding of the entire process. *****'s knowledge about roofing was truly remarkable. I took a chance on a company I knew nothing about because they had very good reviews. I called ***** in the morning and he sent someone out to replace a leaking pipe boot that same afternoon. That was impressive to me. Also I thought I had some wood damage in the attic, so the repair man went in my attic and checked it too. He was honest and said that the wood was fine. What a relief that was! The replacemt of the pipe boot was done quickly too. He also sprayed kill on my ceiling where there was some water stains. I am so glad that I took a chance with this company. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. The owner, ***** called after the job was done and followed up to make sure everything went ok. It is nice to find a company that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them.Review from Bernard A.

I had some leaks in my roof and some bad water damage to my soffit where rain water was running behind the gutter another company had recently installed. I called another roofing contractor (a pretty good sized outfit) to see about an estimate. Had to call them 3 times before they sent someone out. Then my sweet neighbor told me to call ***** at Not A ********* Roofing. She gave him an excellent referral. So I called and he answered the phone first call! He came out the next day and knew exactly what the issues were with my roof and pointed it out to me where the other guy didn't see it. Got me an estimate right away and it was very reasonable. Couldn't pass it up! He and his crew came out, accommodating my schedule. Patched the roof, put on all new boots and a vent cap, new flashing around my chimney, repaired and painted the soffit, painted the stained ceiling, and fixed and painted some siding that's been damaged for a few years. All in a day! You can't even tell where the damaged siding was now, I don't know how he matched 20 year old paint, but he did it. Folks, he's the man! Don't hesitate to call Not A ********* Roofing. Professional, courteous, and gets right on it at a fair price. By the way, the other company hasn't even bothered to call me back with an estimate... Guess if you're not getting a whole roof replaced, they don't care about your business. Not ***** and his crew! They took care of business! I'll be seeing them again for some more repairs ASAP!

I hired the folks from Not a Dime Down Roofing & Restoration a few months ago to do some repairs to my house so that I could sell it. These repair requests were last minute, so I was in a bind to get everything done on time. ***** replied to my voicemail within a few hours and came to my house the next day to learn about the repairs I needed. He was super kind and personable and his team was very efficient. They had my repairs done within two days of my call! My house looked great and was ready to close on time thanks to the folks at Not A *********! I highly recommend them!Not A Dime Down Roofing & Restoration, LLC Response
