I purchased a vehicle on March 14, 2025 that had a few issues that needed to be resolved by the service department. Most of the issues were listed on the we owe before purchasing the vehicle and I was promised by the manager ********* that all issues will be resolved within a week Over a week later one issue was resolved, and I was able to actually drive the vehicle for the first time. That same day The same issue that had claimed to be resolved (the service engine light) came back on, and I immediately contacted my sales person Mai. She instructed me that the service department would be calling me in order to schedule an appointment and that never happened. So two weeks after I drove my vehicle up back to the dealership personally, demanding that my car would be serviced. After waiting three hours the service department Stated that they were unable to resolve all issues, but managed to get the service engine light to come off. That same day before I even arrived home the service engine light came back on. I immediately contacted the dealership demanding a refund or trade-in where Mai, instructed me that this was above her pay grade and I would have to speak her manager going forward. After calling all three locations I was able to get in touch with ********, who stated that I would have to wait for the vehicle to be serviced once more and I would have to bear with them and be patient. The windows on the vehicle roll up and down by themselves randomly, two times my oldest son got sick because the window wrote down while it was storming outside. The volume never worked in the vehicle, and the backup camera never worked either. On top of all that the service engine light has been on this entire time. I have not even made one payment yet on this vehicle and the dealership is refusing to take it back and refund my money that Iput down, or trade it in for an operable vehicle.

I have bought THREE cars from this dealership. My last one was bought Feb 2025. Car lasted three weeks and they are refusing to repair car after ******** (the manager) said she would take care of it. Car **** X6) has oil gasket cover leak which clearly happened before I purchased the car. I was initially told they were waiting on parts that were on back order after a week. Sales person (*******) has dodged my calls (week 2) after telling me they were going back and forth about paying for it. I feel shamed and I am left paying a car note for a car that I have literally driven 3 weeks. I am a repeat customer and I can not believe they are treating me this way. I have reached out several times and have not been able to get an update from Victoria nor *******.

I am rejecting this response because:

As of 3/31/2025, I still have not received my car back. Evolution has had my car since 3/14/2025. Car has not been crunk up nor moved since 3/18/2025 via the car tracking system. I was told vehicle would be fixed but not given a possible estimated timeframe of when to expect my vehicle back. I am currently driving someone else's vehicle and they would like their vehicle back soon. I have been stuck in limbo going on three weeks now. When I last spoke to someone about my vehicle 3/26/2025, I asked whether the labor and parts for the repair would have a warranty since it is major work. I was told she would reach back out, still have not heard anything.

    Sincerely,

I was approved for a vehicle on Dec 15th, I explicitly asked them to confirm it was still on the lot and ready for the paperwork to be signed THREE TIMES and was told it was there and to come on in and get it all done. Once arrived I at the lot and waited an hour, I was told it had been sold and then I was forced into another vehicle and made to pay $700 more down than originally approved. It had issues the night it was purchased and I was told (as they were closing) to call in the morning and they would fix it, just a rattle and no problem and now cannot get a reply and they wont answer their phone. The ****** showed it had just had an oil change at their dealership but the car had zero oil once at home and inspected. I was made to get the emissions inspection and pay for it myself. I was not given a temp tag and had to pay for the *** ex label to have it sent. It expired in January and Ive been told they do not have the title to the car, a "duplicate" is supposed to be ordered from *******. the extended expires on the 1 of March and still no title. The transmission is now slipping - still no reply from them.

As per Georgia law  used cars are sold "As Is,"  Ms. ******* should receive her tags no later than the end of March. We apologize for any inconveniences with regards to her tag being delayed. we are believing for a favorably resolution.

I negotiated the price of a vehicle and when received the bill of sales was told that there was a mandatory protection plan added to thevehicle for $3000. I told them I do not want a protection plan or warranty of any kind they told me they add them to allof their vehicles and I could not purchase the vehicle without it. I told them that that was illegal. You cannot force customers to purchase an additional service or product. they told me that it was legal.

Re: complaint ID ********,  Tried calling Mr. ***** but was unable to reach customer or leave a message  Mr. *********** was not in anyway being forced to do anything he had no intention of doing, he  was was inform of what the process was to purchase this particular vehicle.  Mr. ***** then wanted  the price of that particular vehicle reduced by a certain dollar amount which was declined.  We as a  dealership have the right to accept or decline an offer for a vehicle as we deem necessary.  We are sorry we could not  have come to a favorably resolution and consider this matter closed and have no further comment

I am rejecting this response because:
Their response is a blatant lie They told me if I didnt want the purchase agreement than my only choice was to not purchase the car! attached is a screenshot of my interaction with the salesman where I clearly point that out. The manager told me that they discount their prices and add a protection plan I told her I wanted to purchase the car at the advertised price and she said only if it included the protection plan

Re: Complaint ID ********: Mr. ***** *****,  Our protection plan is added for the peace of mind of all our customers. We are a dealership of integrity and we do not force any customers to purchase any additional packages. We decided not to accept your offer because we had several other customers interested and we were not willing to discount the sales price. As stated before we have no further action to take with this complaint at this time.

I purchased a 2019 Buick Encore from Evolution Cars 12/2/24 and the car was delivered to me 12/7/24 via transporter. When the *** was delivered, I noticed an air freshener in one of the air vents. Monday morning I when got in the ***, I noticed a smoke smell. I bought air fresheners trying to eliminate the smell but they didn't help the smell. I read the description of the *** on their website and no where is noted a smoker was a prior owner. Secondly, the winshild wipers need to be replaced and the shocks on the liftgate needs replacing as well eventhough the *** was inspected. I texted ******** ******** and ******** regarding the three issues because I'm not a smoker and the wipers and shocks should have been replaced prior to my possession, I called ******** ******** but she hasn't returned calls nor respond to my texts.

On September 9, 2024, I purchased a 2017 **** Transit 350HD High Roof Extended Commercial Van from Evolution Cars. The vehicle price was $40,736.36, with a financing rate of *****%. The van had ****** miles on it at the time of purchase. Shortly after taking ownership of the vehicle, it began experiencing significant mechanical issues. Since purchasing the van, it has been in the shop nearly every two weeks for various repairs. The recurring problems have rendered the van unreliable, which has greatly disrupted my ability to use it for its intended purpose.Attempts to Resolve the Issue:I have made multiple attempts to communicate and reason with Evolution Cars about these ongoing problems. Despite my efforts to reach a fair resolution, we have been unable to come to an agreement. I believe that the dealership sold me a vehicle with pre-existing issues, which they either failed to disclose or may not have properly inspected.I am under the impression that this van may qualify as a lemon, given the repeated failures and the dealerships unwillingness to address my concerns adequately.Resolution Sought:I am requesting one of the following resolutions:1.Full refund of the vehicle purchase price and associated costs.2.Replacement of the vehicle with a comparable model in proper working ********************* compensation for the costs of repairs and loss of use of the van.Supporting Evidence:Copies of the purchase agreement and financing terms.Maintenance and repair invoices documenting the frequency and nature of the issues.Correspondence with Evolution Cars regarding the attempts to resolve the matter.I would appreciate your assistance in mediating this complaint to ensure a fair resolution. Thank you for your attention to this ************** Information:*************]Sincerely,****** ********

I attempted to communicate with the title department to simply check if there was any issue with the paperwork and was provided multiple email addresses that can not recieve mail. I was also sent an email from the dealership with links to some kind of gambling platform that are shown as email links. They do not answer phone calls from any department other than sales and service and when transfered to other departments they either put you on hold or end the call.

I reside in ******** and found a diesel Ram 3500 HD for sale in ******* for $25,000 with 209K+ miles. First paid $1,035 on 7/22/24 with paperwork to be mailed and completed via included return envelope with prepaid label. Received some of the paperwork with incorrect odometer mileage. Signed and returned correct paperwork along with check for $14,000 (returned incorrect paperwork unsigned). No prepaid label included as promised, so it cost $91 to mail back. Completed the rest of the paperwork online and was promised a check for the mailing reimbursement. Paid $15,126 at this point, with remaining financed. Truck not delivered until 8/11/24 (no check for mailing cost reimbursement included). Taken to local Ram franchise dealership on 8/13/24 for inspection necessary to complete registration in **. Discovered the vehicle was deleted with exhaust and safety systems removed and onboard computer hacked in violation of EPA regulations and was not street legal anywhere in the ***. This risks $35,000+ in fines to me as an individual to even drive on the road. Obviously couldnt pass inspection. Quote to repair and recertify the vehicle in accordance with federal regulations was over $19,000. Was advised that selling this vehicle was also illegal (felony). Dealership in ** notified and sent quote of costs to repair on 8/13/24. Was told that Evolution Cars was not responsible for emissions testing and was unaware of the issue. Not true according to ************************************** section r, but I wanted to be patient and hear a response from corporate which the sales manager promised me. It is now 9/2/24 and all my calls and messages have had no substantive response or path to resolution. I just get hung up on or promised a call back which never comes. The truck remains on my local dealership lot awaiting repairs. Cannot be driven anywhere legally and must be towed. This situation has caused me significant hardship.
