RUN from here! I want to be clear: my mothers passing and buying a car are unrelated, but her unexpected death in December put me in a time-sensitive situation and I needed a dependable car quick. They pulled the bait and switch and the rest was lies and deceit. "We have a bunch of customers right now in-house, so she can't print it out right now, but your monthly payment was quoted at $425-$500, down payment $1,000. Can you come on in."I asked again them to confirm the car was still on the lot as the on line listing was showing it unavailable all of a sudden. I was reassured again that it was there and they set me an appointment. I drove over an hour, waited 45 mins and then was told it had been sold the day before. They wound up pushing me into a completely different car with a higher down payment. One with mechanical problems that I cant afford. They took advantage of my distress and desperation. The ** had a horrible rattling noise before I even left the lot. I immediately voiced my concerns, but they dismissed it. They were closing as I was being rushed through document signing and I was promised it was a "minor issue". Once home, I found there was NO oil in the car, despite the carfax report stating it had just had the oil changed. NOW the transmission is slipping too. When I got upset about the noise they said:"No worries, call me tomorrow and we'll tighten whatever is loose, its not a big deal. Its a clean, solid vehicle."I had to get the emissions and send back proof (no legal) then had to pay for them to fed ex the temp tag. It has already expired and Im told they dont have a title to the car, theyll have to "order a duplicate". REALLY?I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DEAL with a warranty under these circumstances. It SHOULD NOT cost me or cause more inconvenience and they wont even return my text or calls.?? Save Yourself the HeadacheTake Your Business Elsewhere! There are honest dealerships out thereEvolution Cars is NOT one of them.

I'm from out of State and I purchased a $70,000.00 Range Rover Evolution Cars. After I took delivery and got it home, I notice mechanical and safety issues. I called the dealership and they told me to take it to the local repair shop to get fix. The service tech told me there was also an open Recall on the vehicle. After notifying the sales manager of all the issues, they told me the vehicle was "AS IS" and to use the extended warranty. Their best full bumper to bumper warranty didn't cover everything and I had to pay $3000.00 out of pocket to have the safety issues repaired so it can pass inspection, I have been without a vehicle for 5 weeks due to the dealership giving me the run around. I am still trying to get reimbursed and they are avoiding me. I will be pursuing a law suit against them.

I got a car from them in February paid everything on time, my wife was in an accident in the car I got from them, I went to try and purchase a car that they had on there lot and for some odd reason they wasnt trying to give me the car Ive did all they asked me to do with putting car on my insurance and everything, still nothing my pay wasnt the issue I was getting penalized for other peoples mistakes of coming in and looking at the car wasting there time cause they couldnt afford it. So now since Ive hit them with everything they asked me for oh they dont want to give me the car now they want 12k down. They told me its a new policy about muscle cars now after I got the first car from them, but no one can show me the fine print that the policy even exist. But I will be calling the corporate head huncho in charge to let them know what the people in the store are doing cause this is nonsense. Whatever anyone does please choose a different car dealer to go to cause everyone is bs down to the finance manger. they was mad how much money I made. Bc yall knew from the jump yall didnt wanna sell me the car.. why yall didnt disclose the new policy with muscle cars from the jump. They tried everything not to sell the car. Everything they asked for I had. They didnt expect me to have what they asked for. And it requires u to put 40% down no matter what.. a car is a car. What about them amgs yall got thats not no muscle car df its just fast so i know its bs.

I brought a van on 10-11-24 , didn't test drive as I was told a battery needed to be replaced. The next day I was informed that it needed a wire to the battery, the next day I was informed that the van was test driven and they will get back, I talked at least 3 people and was told different stories on issues. It's 10-18-24 and still waiting for the 2018 Mercedes Sprinter van with unknow issues that weren't listed in Carfax report. I'm here at home on 10-18-24 still waiting for an update on delivery. Do I still have rights on recension , because I never received the product? Now it's the brakes, I'm still waiting?

Buyer Beware! I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Posting this for public awareness of our experience at Evolution Cars (EC). Ultimately, the deal breaker was that EC was not willing to list me as the new registered purchaser on the current Title at the time of purchase (cash deal). EC's Sales Manager claimed that EC owned the vehicle and had free and clear title in their possession yet were unwilling to simply turn the document over and list me as the owner. I was told that they have a "process" and that I needed "take a leap of faith" that they would complete all of the paperwork. We walked away from this deal. Salient Points Summary 1. Availability: Made appointment to test drive a car. Upon arrival, the car was not at the dealership had to wait for car to arrive. Told that the car was at their "other" lot. Upon arrival, it was evident that the car was being used by someone personally. (Red Flag number 1, but gave benefit of the doubt). Told their Superintendent was using the car.2. Price: In Dealer Chat session prior to arrival, I requested, and the dealer posted the total cost of the vehicle out the door on cash deal. After test drive, Sales manager who wrote up first "quote" tried to increase the price by $1,000. (Red flag number 2, did not sign quote and once again gave benefit of the doubt.)3. Change in terms: Negotiated out the door cash price and agreed with dealer. Initial terms included a 3 Month/***** full warranty and delivery. Paperwork for deal listed As-Is without warranty. When challenged, and to their credit, a drive train only limited warranty ***** mile warranty was given.4. Scheduled Delivery: Car was not delivered when promised and had to reschedule for following day. Learned of dealer's bad reputation and required inspection (passed) and to be listed as owner on title to close deal. Dealer would not comply. *******, our salesman acted in good faith.

I bought 2015 Lexus RC350. They were suppose to replace tires due to huge chunks on the outside of the tires gone. New bumper because if damages they said was never involved in an accident. Underneath the the car Ll of the cover was gone, they agreed to replace windshield and parts e under the hood cross bars and other partts niot screwed down . I coles them and he text messages asking when to bring my car back. They rarely answered when they did it was always let me check on the parts. I guess they never came or being shipped from ***** by boat. The front bumper came off while driving it causing damage go utters vehicle. Car was towed to the shop where I was told it was totaled prior to me purchasing it. They never told me it was totaled. They wee pushy fir me to buy the vehicle they even chased me out the door to Make a lemon sell. I then called after the incident and told them I wanted my 4000 00 down payment back. I've sent text messages and nothing. I git a missed call once. I've filing legal actions and hopefully they will get shut down. They are crooks. Never buy from them junk cars and no good dealership

I wish I would have checked these reviews before purchasing my GLE here. The only good things that Evolution cars has is one non pushy sales rep. ******** else is rude and has a stank attitude. ******* from finance is a jerk. He is not a people person and just overall caused my car shopping a 0 star recommendation for this dealership. I have had my car for a month now, and its been in the shop for two week and still no tag. HAHA let me tell you, my loan was passed around to so many companies without a notice of change and my warranty company has changed also which delayed my car even getting worked on. These people are crooks and should be shut down with the rest of the f-tards in the dishonesty car-dealership-atmostphere. Bring a mechanic with you because they don't do inspections AT ALL! Make sure you come knowledgeable when purchasing a car with Evolutions. CHECK FOR EVERYTHING!

This dealership is a fraud. They sold me a 2017 Kia ******* and 4mths later the engine locked up. They did not do an inspection on the vehicle and failed to provide me the inspection agreement. I've begun legal action.

They have my money. They fail to fulfill their end of the deal which is to provide decent service once the deal is made. All I ask is to fix a light which was not working. The salesmen give less than the average effort to help out. Texting the service department provides no answers. They have my money, so I believe they really couldn't care less anymore and that goes for all involved. I will be spreading the word about my experience with others for sure.
