I wish I could give zero stars. The office manager/switchboard operator routed my call for roof repair to one of the contractors. He called me and set up an appointment. I never got a receipt so I began to inquire. He put a hand written "receipt" in my mailbox and brushed me off. I later realized that the payment information he gave me was linked to his ******al account and he had done a side job under the company's name. When I notified the owners, they promised to rectify the situation. Another contractor was assigned to my case and we set up a date for him to come out. He called to reschedule for another date due to a scheduling conflict. On the date he was supposed to come, someone else showed up. This ****** supposedly did the work on my roof and told me that someone would come to inspect the job and get back to me. That was a month ago. This whole ordeal has been going on for 3 months. Finally, one of the owners stated that he would have the first ****** to come back out but I told him I did not want to deal with him anymore because I did not trust him. Another owner told me that he would ******ally make sure that I received a quality assurance guarantee but I never got it. This company has been 100% shady dealings. I would not recommend working with them.

The owner did contact me and my roof was repaired correctly. I am very pleased with his level of professionalism and integrity despite the earlier issues I experienced with one of the contractors.Review from Kathy S

Quality workmanship on my porch and bonus room. If I had any questions or problems they were answered and fixed asap. I will use Jaco Contract any time I need anything on my home. Thank you for all your attention to details.Review from Julio N

*****************************, my Sales Representative walked me Through the process of selecting my new Roof, helped in every way he could. Out of three different roofing companies he was the only one that mentioned I could claim some of the cost through my insurance company. A knowledgeable, hard worker and professional Representative. Would recommend the **** Contracting company to friends and family if all that represent it are like ******************.
